After my experience at this location I've been wary of all bubble tea places and malls in general. I do not feel safe nor welcome as a short, filipino man. It's honestly disappointing to have to have been treated this way by anyone. Not that it matters much but the race of the individual that I was interacting with was either Vietnamese or Malaysian or some other south east Asian ethnic. My only regret is that I haven't written this review earlier. This incident occurred late last year. I would rate zero if I could due to the severity of the incident and the toll it took on my psychological, biological, and physical health and all the other consequences that this experience may have wrought on me.

But I came with gift card in hand and needed a mid afternoon boost. There always seems to be a line or people waiting for their order. There was one person before us but it gave us time to familiarize ourselves with the menu. It's more extensive than I thought with lots of options. I couldn't decide between a berry or mango drinks, my two favourite flavours. I chose the mango hurricane since there were also strawberries in the drink. The snack size would probably have been sufficient but I decided to go with the regular a few extra dollars and not too bad at 310 calories. We waited on the side for our orders to be made and they take your name when ordering and call it out. The regular is pretty large and I couldn't finish it all at one time. The drink wasn't very sweet and at first a bit tart but I enjoyed it more as I drank more. It left me satisfied to have a fruity drink but still wouldn't be more first choice if I would like a drink to quench my thirst or hunger. Service was decent.

When I showed up at the store after making a 40 minute drive to the location, I was greeted with hand written sign and closed door. The owner was extremely rude via text to me, telling me that i should just understand that things happen and to expect a refund via a 3rd party app, never once addressing the fact that I wasted so much time, money and otherwise coming in. Only after being told that I'm going to review the experience poorly did she offer to make any sort of resolution but at that point I certainly couldn't trust that the owner wouldn't tamper or taint the product that I was to pick up. The customer service here is appalling, taking a very bold stance of even calling me a liar? Which I truly couldn't understand. I can not stress enough, avoid this location and business.
