I've probably had 3 Booster Juices in my life. It's not that I don't like it, I would rather spend $5-$7 on food than drink to fill me up. But I came with gift card in hand and needed a mid afternoon boost. There always seems to be a line or people waiting for their order. There was one person before us but it gave us time to familiarize ourselves with the menu. It's more extensive than I thought with lots of options. I couldn't decide between a berry or mango drinks, my two favourite flavours. I chose the mango hurricane since there were also strawberries in the drink. The snack size would probably have been sufficient but I decided to go with the regular a few extra dollars and not too bad at 310 calories. We waited on the side for our orders to be made and they take your name when ordering and call it out. The regular is pretty large and I couldn't finish it all at one time. The drink wasn't very sweet and at first a bit tart but I enjoyed it more as I drank more. It left me satisfied to have a fruity drink but still wouldn't be more first choice if I would like a drink to quench my thirst or hunger. Service was decent. read more

I used to be quite a huge Booster Juice fan but fell out of love over the years due to the fact the product remains the same yet the price always seems to be going up. This particular location is a short walk away from where I used to work though and I have visited a handful of times when I wanted to get something in my stomach but couldn't handle solid foods due to stomach illness. I find the service to be a little on the slow side. I was always surprised for being in WEM and having such a large kiosk that they would run it with such a small crew. The staff are usually all around nice people but very rarely did I see someone working that I saw the visit prior which always made me wonder what their turn around on staff was. The drinks pretty much meet the standard one would expect from any Booster Juice location. The food however the one time I had it was not good. I got the steak and egg wrap and it was cold in the middle and lacking the salsa in it that im used to getting when I would order it from the city centre location. Not sure if this is due to a corporate recipe change or staff negligence but either way it definitely took alot away from the wrap. All in all it's not totally atrocious but with Jugo Juice in the mall as well as the recently opened JusFruit I really think these guys need to step up their game alot. This would never be my first choice for a drink when shopping in WEM. read more

Now, I have to say after spending a large amount of time walking around West Edmonton Mall I get very tired and run down. I like to come to Booster Juice and order something that will pick me up. I'll let you in on a few of my favorite flavors. First off, if you've been reading my other reviews, you would have noticed that I like raspberry so you shouldn't be surprised to hear that one of my favorite Booster Juice drinks is the Raspberry Rapture, it's just so yummy! If you like a little more to your drink than just raspberry then try the Strawberry Sunshine or the Mango Hurricane. The Strawberry Sunshine is made with strawberries, passion fruit, guava, bananas and sorbet; it's also very good. The Mango Hurricane is made with mangos, bananas, passion fruit, guava, peaches, strawberries and sorbet; too good for words! I'm sure you know this but Booster Juice doesn't just to smoothies they also create some yummy juices. I suggest the Maui Juice, which is made with pineapples, oranges and bananas. If you are hungry then I suggest trying the Chicken Panini of the Egg Scrambler Wrap; both are mighty tasty and with a smoothie it fills you up. I haven't tired any of their Shakers so I can't help you out there. But I keep intending to order one but my three favorite smoothies always win over the shakers. The staff at the West Edmonton Mall location is really nice and patient when it comes to waiting for me to make up my mind. Good group. read more

Stopped by today while picking up an order from a store in the mall. Ordered the pea(not) butter 2.0. The guy that took my order had a trainee sticker on his name tag. I waited 2-3 minutes and grabbed my smoothie and walked away. I didn't try it before I left as I kept my mask on throughout the mall until I got to my car. I took a sip and was absolutely disgusted. It was the most bland watery texture smoothie I've ever had. I was insanely disappointed and upset that I spent just under $8 on a smoothie I threw out. Will not return to this location and recommend no one else does either. read more

I wanted a snack/drink for the movie I was about to go to. Booster Juice delivers, as it always does. The service at the WEM was swift and friendly. I got the Pomegranate Passion as I usually do because I find that I like the taste the best, and it has 20g of protein. Sure, to me it seems a bit pricey, but that's how I am. read more

I'm not a big Booster Juicer but I decided to have one the other day. I had a terrible sweet tooth and it was either a Booster Juice or a Cinnzeo Cinnabon so I opted for the healthier choice since bikini season is just around the corner. The girl who helped me was actually pretty nice, which surprised me because the only other Booster Juices that I had been to, the staff were not nice at all. There was no line up so my drink didn't take very long. It was a bit sour but I guess that's my fault for not knowing the menu well enough. i think they should have a disclaimer on sour drinks though. After my pallet adjusted, my drink was pretty good. If I have another sweet attack, I might try another Booster Juice. Or maybe I'll go for the cinnabon next time! read more

I've been coming to this location over the years as I'm often at the mall. The products are consistent but I've had 4 instances where my order got lost. Never an apology just confused faces. The first time: that's bad luck. (things happen) The second time: wow, can't believe that happened twice. The third and fourth: W T F Booster juice? Get your act together! read more

Worst booster juice in the city....starts with bad service....and when one asks for freshly squeezed...one means freshly squeeze....not dumping old stuff from the fridge they made it whenever....looks quite un hygienic too...not recommended at all...only reason running is due to its location... read more

This location hires a bunch of mindless girls. I ordered a Canadian Colada. They messed up my order by putting strawberry in. I waited for them to re-make. They messed other customers' order as well. They chit chatted. It took me 20 minutes to get my drink. Jesus! read more

Love booster juice!! Relatively healthy fast food is hard to find these days. Booster Juice tends to be a good choice if I'm on the go.

Normally, i have had good experiences with booster juice. However, the edmonton mall location seems to be a sad excuse for service and safety. My horrid encounter was foreshadowed by 13 year olds yelling at each other from the different counters. The boy at the cash shouted racial slurs at another young girl making wraps. My order was taken in between shouting back and forth. It was not even busy at the hut. My wheatgrass shot was rushed and sloppy, and when my smoothie was done, they almost threw it out because the kid got my name wrong. I sipped happily until i had the sudden urge to throw up. I ran to the bathroom and emptied the contents of my stomach. I started getting chills and dizzy. I have not felt like that since i got food poisoning at a dairy queen in vancouver. My friend immediately went to the hut and demanded my money back. The kids gave me my money, and i will never be returning there again. read more
