My only regret is that I haven't written this review earlier. This incident occurred late last year. When I showed up at the store after making a 40 minute drive to the location, I was greeted with hand written sign and closed door. The owner was extremely rude via text to me, telling me that i should just understand that things happen and to expect a refund via a 3rd party app, never once addressing the fact that I wasted so much time, money and otherwise coming in. Only after being told that I'm going to review the experience poorly did she offer to make any sort of resolution but at that point I certainly couldn't trust that the owner wouldn't tamper or taint the product that I was to pick up. The customer service here is appalling, taking a very bold stance of even calling me a liar? Which I truly couldn't understand. I can not stress enough, avoid this location and business.
