So much better than fighting the crowds. The one in the mall always has a crazy long line and this one never does. I would suggest going here. I love their Taro with the sago pearls! It's so yummy! My favourite bubble tea I get it almost every time. So, I really can't comment on anything else. I also add coconut jelly to it! It's delicious. That's all! 10/10

Got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea, it was pretty good for my taste. The area was bright, clean and simple. Will definitely coming back again maybe at a different location when I'm in town.

Unfortunately the free small is only for the first 3 menu items (Classic or the 2 mango ones as they are the only ones that come in small size). Still, they are made fresh, quick, and delicious. Next time I would love to try one of the green ones to compare to Booster Juice. They also have some wraps and sandwiches but it is really hard to say how long those are there for. Easy to find in the mall, great inviting kiosk in the mall. Clean and simple menu. Mango Magic smoothie was great - especially since it was free!

I saw them advertising their customer appreciation day, every second Wednesday of the month, so I…read morehad to go check this place out. Now I'll be putting that Wednesday in my calendar every month! Their juice concoctions are amazing and I adore the Edmonton landmark themed names! Storefront entrance is small but clean and welcoming. Street parking right out front no problem. On top of the customer appreciation discount (which is for regularly prices items) they also had some extra discounted juice. Summary: Blackmud Creek: charcoal lemonade was sweet and tart Ice District: that ice blue color and coconut meat was such surprise, reminded me of a bubble tea where you gotta chew your drink which I love. Churchill2: probably the husbands favourite as it was made with the rich mans nut: cashews. Very filling and more like a smoothie so it definitely felt like a meal replacement. WEM: so interesting the matcha flavor and Brazil nuts giving it a full, thick creaminess. Yellow head: we got this one for the kid and it was a simple orange juice that he enjoyed. We also tried the recovery and elderberry shots, but these were not as much to our liking. The recovery shot was exceptionally spicy and potent. Bring the bottles back for a little kickback discount onto your next order!

I had a terrible experience with this establishment today. I reached out to the owner after…read morearriving at the location to pick up an order that I had placed today. When I showed up at the store after making a 40 minute drive to the location, I was greeted with hand written sign and closed door. The owner was extremely rude via text to me, telling me that i should just understand that things happen and to expect a refund via a 3rd party app, never once addressing the fact that I wasted so much time, money and otherwise coming in. Only after being told that I'm going to review the experience poorly did she offer to make any sort of resolution but at that point I certainly couldn't trust that the owner wouldn't tamper or taint the product that I was to pick up. The customer service here is appalling, taking a very bold stance of even calling me a liar? Which I truly couldn't understand. I can not stress enough, avoid this location and business. With so many other establishments within Edmonton it would be easy to find a positive experience elsewhere. let's let the power of social reviews teach this owner that proper customer service trumps product or anything else and you can not treat people like this. I'd rate 0/5 if possible. Don't spend a cent here, they don't deserve any community support

There is some seating in a cute little nook but there was someone there (only 3 seats) and it has a big window so shoppers can see you - kind of like you're on display which is weird. Menu is easy to read BUT there is a lot of extras and toppings to consider. I tried the small MSB (mango, strawberry) with strawberry jelly. It was 10/10 good. Not too sweet, delicious flavor, kind of creamy, there was fresh mango and strawberry slices on top, strawberry jelly was perfect. 100% would get again but I also want to try other flavors!

This Gong Cha is located in the West Edmonton Mall right next to the bustling Tim Horton's (for…read morecomparison, we were the only ones in line for Gong Cha). They made our drink really fast, which is always suspicious that everything is pre-made. They have a pretty extensive menu, so it makes sense that most of it is pre-made. I usually order my drinks with 0% sugar, as I would just like to taste the tea without the sugar masking the flavor. However, the drink taste pretty diluted, and boba also didn't take fresh. I ordered the 3j milk tea, and I think the pudding and grass jelly saved it somewhat. This will do the job if you have a boba craving but it's pretty bland overall.

One thing we love about this location is the unusual options like fresh fruit pear made with tea instead of milk or juice. We came in as part of our recent spring break Staycation. Without missing a beat, the gentleman cave out and told her not to worry (she had started to cry) and quickly made her a new drink. He was so caring and calm telling her that it happens all the time.
