They also have a varoety of pastries and baked goods. I keep going for the zaatar croissant, which was delicious. You order at the counter and get a buzzer when your order is ready. But on my last visit the barista brought everything to my table, maybe because it wasn't too busy (still about 10 people at the tables). Therer isn't a drive-through and you coukd take you food to go, but why? Go inside, sit down (there are some nice couches if you're with a group) and enjoy some really good coffee, a delicious treat in a beautiful space. Sarah, the owner, served me with her usual warmth, and it reminded me why this spot has been such a steady presence in the plaza since 2017. I don't get to Ottewell as often now with more phone appointments, but whenever I do, Anvil is a natural stop -- friendly service, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere. Convenient location with plenty of parking and close to the clinic, Frame of Mind, No Frills, and other shops.
