Now there was just one type of a breakfast sandwich and one type of a dessert square. I think that there were some cookies too. The breakfast sandwich is small but so is the price. It was fine but not like the Dirtbag used to offer. I had drip coffee which was also fine. Unchanged is that the building is shared with the rock climbing place called Boulder. Now this is important, you can park where the signs say Boulder (climbing or rock wall?) because they are the same owners. Just make sure that you register your license plate. One other thing that is unchanged is the varied and comfortable seating. If you need a place to work with your laptop, this is a good choice. If you looking for lunch, look elsewhere. We arrived on Wednesday at a few minutes before noon so they don't seem to be catering to the lunch crowd.

After looking over the menu, I decided to order a large pot of Adani tea to share. It was a rich, lightly sweetened, spiced milk tea that I enjoyed. For dessert, I had the pistachio milk cake. This location is adjacent to Grant MacEwan university and next door to Marvel college. What brought me in the second time was the sign that said half price coffee, and when it's -30 out all warm drinks are a must. This place is a hidden gem!! The first time I grabbed a quick lunch here of an Italian sandwich and the second this delicious creamy vanilla latte!! The bathroom is clean and perfect even for reading a book or cramming for a test. Best of all is the atmosphere of this cafe. Surrounded my motorcycles, this location is two floors...a great first date spot for students or caffeine lovers alike! I was so comfortable I almost left without paying haha!!! The barista provided my airy head with a smile and just asked me how I liked my latte as I was heading out. A+ service!!!

Live music evenings bring a vibrancy that matches how I'm feeling in 2026: more open, more social, more willing to step out on my own. The owner as far as I remember is Dutch which says everything about how this Cafe is organised with the wares of other independent creators being showcased and selling their wares at the cafe, the coffee beans come from a roaster I first met years ago at the old Downtown Farmers Market, and the whole place feels rooted in local connection. A true neighbourhood gem in #StadiumYards Hub in development stage!!

I loved the hangry salad with the green goddess dressing. Boyfriend liked the other better. Both 10/10 but quite pricey. Both drinks cost the same. Not a cheap coffee shop but very nice place, staff, and food.

I had to go down to the restaurant to book the party and a second time to confirm the reservation, 2 days before the party. Service was good except we were rushed out of the restaurant after 2 hrs due to the staff needing tables for reservations after our group. Food presentation is top notch however the food itself is very mediocre for the price. I was also not impressed that they would not allow me to bring in our own birthday cake even though our total bill was close to $800. I give this restaurant a 3/5 stars

We both ordered the Seaside Benny & hash browns; over medium which should have been 50/50 yolk set / yolk runny. Hashbrowns were just meh, the typical bagged cubes from Sysco & deep fried. Hollandaise was sparse and not really enough to even cover the also sparse seafood mixture (with canned crabmeat for $28?!?!) on plain bread (not brioche & not an English muffin). Better breakfast can be had at other places for sure. Service was fine but definitely a one time & one time only visit to channel the girly side. There was an extra jewelry / trinkets / gift merchandise selection for girls / women of all ages on display at the front. We both had $9 specialty coffees: a salted caramel pumpkin spiced latte & a cinnamon bun latte.

Before opening up this coffee stand, Lui Chi's was already established as a small coffee cart so it's very exciting to have them inside and available in a fixed spot. The coffee here is definitely unique as the whisky barrel aging adds a little bit of bite and a lingering aftertaste. I personally love the roast here but it's definitely unconventional. Each drink is made to order with options ranging from your standard americano to lattes featuring in-house made syrups. In addition to coffee, they also have some baked treats sourced from Arno's. Arno's is another local favourite of mine and it's dangerously delicious to have these baked treats available downtown when I could usually only get them at the farmer's market. The brass fixtures and steampunk-esque aesthetic go well with the fresh smell of their uniquely roasted beans. The cafe is in the lobby of an office building so it's not a super intimate venue but I definitely appreciate the thoughtful decoration they've added to the coffee stand. Overall, this is a nice new addition to the downtown coffee scene and I know I'll be a frequent guest here.
