We ordered a Brier Hill Pizza and added hot peppers. There wasn't anything wrong the pizza. It was cooked well and the toppings were plentiful. It included both red and bell peppers. And they use their own mix of hot peppers, which I really enjoy. Not something out of a jar. I just don't enjoy their pizza sauce. I never have. It always seems to be lacking something. There just doesn't seem to be any flavor to it. It just seems like it is plain old bland tomatoes thrown on top of a pizza crust. The hot peppers added some heat and some herbaceousness to the pizza which made it more enjoyable. I guess that I will stay away from anything with tomato sauce from this location in the future. We also had a small order of boneless wings. They were crispy and huge. The amount of sauce that was included was just right and the flavor was on point. All in all, I would order from this location again just because the boneless wings were really great and because they used their own hot peppers. Best of luck to the new owners.
