The waffle fries are probably the best I've ever had, fresh out of the fryer, cooked right and properly seasoned without being overly salty. Most people would probably really enjoy the burger but because I felt like it was lacking flavor, next time I'll order something else. My husband ordered a BLT with hash browns as a side and he really enjoyed both of them. Service is friendly and as attentive as we wanted it to be. Being a Sunday late morning and also Father's Day, we waited probably 25-30 min to be seated. Waiting it outside on the covered porch...we checked in and they gave us a pager so we sat in the car u til our seating time was called. The food was good, and it was convenient that this was inside the service plaza so we could grab it quick without getting off the interstate. I'm not a huge fan of fast food, so I was happy to have the option of getting Panera. Overall, this is a good option if you're traveling nearby and need to grab a quick bite to eat.
