I got the chance to visit the Coca-Cola Roxy to see Miguel in concert for his Caos Tour earlier this month, and I was not disappointed. It is located in The Battery and is surrounded by various other bars and eateries. So, it's a great spot to make a whole night of. The overall venue was quite spacious, despite the massive crowd that attended the concert that evening. The security check process was efficient and, honestly, pretty quick considering the LONG line. This event was not seated, so it was standing room in the main open (ground) floor area. Seats were available for purchase at the upper level (or for VIP, but do not quote me on this). Even though it was standing room, I still had a solid view of the artist(s) once they came on stage to perform. The acoustics were GREAT! All performers were clear of sound, and there were very minimal audio issues. My friend and I were near one of the bars near the venue entry and bathroom area, so we had easy access to all points. Price points for food, snacks, and drinks were a bit high, but that is to be expected in these types of venues. I typically try to eat prior to avoid spending extra money on snacks that are upcharged. The specialty cocktails were also on the pricer side, but the upside is that they came in a cute container that you could keep and take home as a souvenir (or at least that is what I did). As far as parking goes, it looked like it was a challenge. However, I cannot speak fully to it as my friend, and I got dropped off and picked up by another friend. Traffic in and out of the area was a challenge, but again, it's to be expected when there are games or other concerts / major events occurring. All in all, for my first concert experience at this venue, I truly enjoyed myself. I would definitely go back, and I'd like to see how the experience is when it is a seated event. read more

This is a small music hall or concert venue. But I like it because there are no bad seats, unless you're on the right facing the stage behind a large square pillar. Every year for 8 years I've said whenever Miguel goes on tour, I'm going to see him. The crowd for this was 3 times the size of the venue so I'm not so sure where they all went. I don't like the idea of standing room only. The concert got interrupted twice for ppl passing out. My boyfriend paid too much money for last minute tickets to be seated up top to deal with interruptions. Miguel is so good he recovered fine, but it still was annoying. It's also a scam because even though you pay for seated tickets, they claim you still have to wait in the "general standing population line" which is insane. I kid you not, the line! Length of a football field or as far as I could see. So guess what, he paid another $80! for fast pass entry on top of already paying $300+ each for tickets. Come on now! Plus! $35 to park? This is why I stop going to Cobb. Insane price gouging. And I love going to braves games in the summer. And I really like The Battery, but this was a lot. We sat in row "A" directly in the center of the venue facing the stage which was nice. There was no one in front of us. They have no projectors, so if you can't see, you'll need to be on the right or left closest to the stage up top, or standing room only on the floor. Overall, any other act I would probably be mad, but the show was so good Miguel's performance made the great. Only other gripe is the show was short to me. Lastly, I have no clue what happened with gps or if CCR was ever associated with downtown Atlanta, but I've never noticed the Coca Cola Roxy at Truist Park. I've never been to this venue until now, so it didn't occur that it was in the Battery on Cobb pkwy. The map took us to 65 Trinity Ave SW. I was so annoyed. Luckily it was early enough before the show to account for all this error like parking, driving another 30mins from downtown, and figuring out the bogus line. I was not going to be late. If someone you want to see is performing here, get the tickets early and do pay over $150. That's about the value this was worth for me. read more

This was my 1st time visiting Coca-Cola Roxy and it's a nice venue. I came to see Raye and she was absolutely amazing! For the most part there isn't a bad seat in the house. I would recommend that they move those tables in front of the upper sections because those in section 202 could not see. Bars inside are kind of pricey. For a double shot of vodka in a vodka tonic was $35 but the customer service was good for the most part. I didn't eat any food, but those around me seem to have enjoyed what they had. I hope to come back to this venue for other acts. read more

The location of the Roxy is a bonus in being at the Battery with a selection of food/drink/dessert options before and after the show. You will want to as the food at the Roxy reminds me of a movie theater with wings that seem baked. They did have other options and the fries and popcorn can hold you over and they have a wide drink selection with three bars. The seats are all good but watch for those behind pillars. Also watch in the balcony where when purchasing it appears as you will be on the front row but there will be tables in front of you. With the balcony table seating I saw where 2 of the seats will have your back to the stage. Paid parking in the decks but that is to be expected and it is not too bad of a walk. When going check the Braves schedule if they are in season. I went for the David and Tamela Mann tour. read more

Service: fine Ambiance: nice (ONLY in the EP Lounge) I went here tonight for the Issa Rae show and was DEEPLY disappointed. First of all, I purchased a balcony ticket and they last minute relocated my seat to the floor section. I purportedly purchased my ticket to avoid the floor seats. The floor seats are far less comfortable than the balcony and are incredibly too close together for comfort. I got to my seat in section 103 and row F, and I was sandwiched between two strangers who were shoulder-to-shoulder and thigh-to-thigh with me. It was quite uncomfortable and unsettling to imagine sitting like that for 2 hours during the event. Praise God, I pre-purchased club access and enjoyed the show from up there. The couches in the club lounge are cozy and very comfortable, but the vision of the stage on the monitors are poor. It's quite a zoomed out shot, so you can't clearly make out who is on stage. Just large blurs with no definition. Other than that, the staff was nice. But the staff working the bar in the club lounge can get a little chatty and their noise was often competing with the sound from the event on stage I came to see. read more

The Roxy, along with the Braves Stadium, is located in a really cool area called the Battery. There are shops, restaurants, a theater, a distillery, bars, a gelato shop and much more. We went to see the band Yes there. I loved that the Roxy is a small venue, but I wasn't crazy about the simple folding chairs that were crammed inside. I guess that this makes it easy to move things around depending on the needs of different bands, but it makes it not so great for the concert goer. read more

The location within the Battery is pretty cool. We pulled up 15 minutes before the show and there was a long line to get in, but it moved fast. There was also a separately line if you didn't have a bag that had no one in it. Once in, we grabbed a water for $6 and found our seats that were on the side toward the stage. The rest of the venue besides the balcony was standing room only GA. From our seats, it was tough to see one side of the stage and even though it was row C, there were a row a tables right on the front that blocked the view. This was an upgraded VIP area to get a table and some of the tables were empty. The acoustics were great and the ambiance had a modern theater vibe in it, with huge chandeliers and a muted color scheme. read more

Their menu includes hotdogs, chicken po'boy sandwich, cornbread grilled cheese, fried apple pie. Bar service was great, fast, and efficient with the beeper to get your food after you order. Coca-Cola Roxy is definitely a unique venue, but honestly not one I see myself returning to for another event. The overall design just didn't work for me. The main floor felt cramped, and instead of being able to fully enjoy the show, I found myself constantly distracted by the bars in the back where groups of people gathered and talked over the presentation. To be fair, the space itself is impressive -- a modern two-tier setup with a large standing-room floor and a balcony section that gives you a different vibe depending on where you sit or stand. It's built to host everything from concerts to comedy, and you can tell they've put thought into the production value. The staff was friendly, and I was happy with both the food and drinks, which is a plus. But beyond that, I didn't find much that would bring me back. Not a bad venue by any means, just not the right fit for me. read more

We came for a concert. We bought the $48 Orange Deck parking as well. Both tickets via Ticketmaster. We loved that the venue is in the ballpark. The operations and flow of traffic was optimized as it can handle a lot more. Service inside was good in the one time we got drinks. They had a popcorn vending machine! It's our first time seeing one. It was stale. Lol. We had reserved seats so we just strolled through security as most people were already in and we came in an hour after the doors opened. We only wanted to see the headliners so we didn't think twice about waiting to go in. Our seats at the balcony has a goo straight on view. It was elevated so if people were sitting down, it would be nice. But people in front of us stood up so we had to stand up too. The acoustics in the venue were great! No complaints there. One thing that I did not like was the seats... they were cheap, thin, flimsy, and uncomfortable! I wish they were better. Overall, I'd still watch another event at this venue! The security check process was very fast and efficient. I made sure to verify the bag policy before the show. For a seated event, there are folding chairs available on the ground level. There are multiple parking garages on The Battery property where you can park. Definitely one of the more unique concert venues I've been to. I absolutely loved the area that it's located in. Battery Park was so much fun with many things to do, see, and eat. It felt really safe walking around there at night after the show also. This is probably the most assigned seating (upstairs) I've ever seen with a general admission core, which I consider a good thing. I'm way past the point in my life with being willing to deal with general admission floor. Some of the assigned seats looked like they could be problematic with their proximity to columns, but that did not apply to me. Something that I found incredibly odd was that they roped off access to the upstairs bathrooms (men and women) after the show and had people directing us to use the downstairs bathrooms instead. This felt like something they normally did and not a pluming issue. After holding it for two hours and then having to fight your way downstairs and through the line that had formed there it wasn't a great way to end the night. read more

Saw Magdalena Bay perform here - volume and bass felt too loud in the concert space, and standing room on the floor was not well managed. Most of the crowd was underneath the covered bar area, making it difficult to see the entire stage. Consider waiting to see your favorite musical act perform at a different venue! read more

Everything about the evening has been a debacle from parking in the Coca Cola Garage was reserved for the pre-sold baseball online parking or VIP ticket holders leaving no close accessible parking for those who may not hold a handicap sticker but have difficulty with long distances or lots of steps. We were forced to park almost 5 miles away and had to navigate a crowd and lots of steps; then once at the venue the seats were not the cheapest and not the highest but we found ourselves behind a giant column blocking view of being able to see the entire stage and a large part of this particular band's performance is watching the musicians perform and seeing the theatrics of the show. It's not even started and we're already bummed even though we know the artist themselves will put on an amazing show as we have seen them multiple times and have even been here before and have never seen seating in this area with obstructed view. It's disappointing that we could have paid much less for most likely a better view and more pleasant experience then sitting behind a column. We are before we come so I can't review the food or their services but if the seating chart/sales of crappy seats is how the venue is managed I can probably estimate how the food service and product for price is. read more

I was supposed to see Ashnikko tonight (I bought the tickets in December) for $668--i love Ashnikko's music, so I bought special seats as a treat for me and my family. I'd never pay that for another performer. Last night, however, five months after my purchase, Coca Cola Roxy let my ticket supplier know that the tickets were "no longer available" and instead offered to substitute $44 general admission tickets, which they said were "equal to or better" than my original first-row tickets, and without compensating me for the balance. I tried to call Roxy's customer service for an explanation, but they didn't answer their phone any of the seven times I tried. I was forced to cancel, since I don't want $44 tickets for $668. I assume they just took my tickets and sold them to an higher bidder without telling me. Avoid Coca Cola Roxy at all costs. They're criminals. read more

Honestly the floor seating couldn't have been less comfortable or less confusing-- during the first half hour of the show all we watched was ushers counting chairs because it was nonsensical the way it was set up. The EP lounge. I felt completely ripped off. Considering challenging the charge. Arrived at 7:15 waited 30 minutes for one bartender to wait on 20 people in front of me (no flight to him on that front) and then he was rude as heck (slight intended). My favorite venue in Atlanta! I always buy a ticket with seats (upper level). There are bathrooms for just this level as well as bars. Wait time for both has been reasonable. It's really nice to not be shoved or crowded in your seats. The chandeliers in the venue are really pretty. Easy in and out of the venue. Parking can be high at the battery but there's a plethora of places to pregame! Definitely would recommend and getting seats upstairs! read more

I give this place two stars because they get good shows that are worth watching. Sadly that's where it ends because being a new venue it just lacks the benefits of being a newer venue. One bathroom in the very back on the floor level (seriously you couldn't build more bathrooms on the floor and did it need to be all the way in the back through double doors), Drink prices that are beyond rediculous and by the way I got the same beer and was charged two different prices. Downstairs has huge poles and the sightlines are horrible (especially on the floor). The sound is like your in a tunnel. To clean the bathrooms they just spray the whole thing down which is idiotic cause its all disgusting and slippery. The staff is either overly aggressive with things that are no big deal but when a fight breaks out no one is able to be found. To add insult to injury the parking has gotten way out of control with prices. I paid the parking in advance 24$ at the delta lot and when I got there they where charging $20 dollars to park (why bother with advance parking ). also uber rates are very high cause you are at truist park. Sadly I will go to the tabernacle owned by the same company cause at least that place I can take a Marta to the show and the venue is older but wayyyyyyyyy better. read more

It took way too long to even find the parking deck in that big ass complex that's doing way too much, and once inside the parking garage, there isn't much signage indicating how to exit. The concert itself was amazing because of the band and only because of the band. The setting is intimate and gorgeous, however, that's where it ends. The debacle to get inside the doors was the worst I've ever experienced. I've gone to 8 concerts this year alone and all were at different venues. So, I'm not new to delays that can occur, hiccups along the way, and expectations that can vary from venue to venue. Myself, my daughter, and my sister lined up around 4:45 for a show that had doors open at 7:00 and the show would start at 8:00. The line wrapped and wrapped around the corner with some fans lining up 5-6 hours prior. Given this information, most venues would begin the precheck of bags and screening earlier than expected.... Not the Roxy! They waited until 7:00. They had only 2 lines for standard ticket holders and 1 for the VIP. The standard ticket holders sloooowly made their way to the front. When we got up there, we discovered that 2 people on each side were searching bags and then there was another screening for a metal detector. I totally appreciate their desire to be safe. However, EVERY SINGLE person made the detectors go off. Then they would randomly go off without anyone even coming within proximity. Again, not their fault, however, their lack of preparedness was absurd. Our line came to a halt while another line beside us that had not waited continued to go through. They finally stopped that line and moved ours over to the functioning metal detector. However, this was only after one of the members of the security team chewed out a patron repeatedly in front of everyone else. No sooner had we switched lines that this detector stopped working. Eventually we were moved back to our original line but only after everyone else made it through again. Ironically, no sooner had we switched lines that this detector ONCE AGAIN malfunctioned. We stopped waiting for direction and switched lines back to our original line. Finally we made it through only to have myself and my daughter separated since her lightstick had batteries and required further investigation. By this time it was now 7:52pm and the show started in 8 minutes. My daughter has anxiety and was already triggerd by the security member that was yelling at the patrons. However, while being separated by me (and I being the only ticket holder on my phone), she heard what sounded like the band starting up on stage. She went into full blown panic attack. I had to hurry her inside to our seats, calm her down, and miss out on just enjoying the excitement we should have had for an amazing concert. We couldn't do merch because the line was so long and we were concerned that the show would start any minute. Thankfully it didn't start on time as there were HUNDREDS of people after us that still had to go through that poor excuse for an "organized" event's security check. Needless to say, the show started over 20 minutes late and we were all worked up and anxious and I had to leave in the middle of 2 songs midshow to get merch for my daughter which of course had the sizes I wanted sold out by that time. Thanks for nothing, Roxy. I will NEVER attend another show at your venue thanks to this experience. And as mentioned previously, I am frequently going to shows with my child but I won't be going to this venue and would strongly advise others from avoiding it as well. read more

I love concerts. Had a chance to see a band that was very important to me for the first time in 25 years. The band was great, but the venue WAS AWFUL. The absolute worst concert experience of my life. The general admission was PACKED like sardines, FAR above and beyond the standard rock concert experience. The body heat was radiating off the entire crowd. One young lady had a FULL ON panic attack and ended up vomiting in front of me. We (other concert goers ) had to help her, not security who was too far removed to be helpful. No one cleaned it by the way. I will never NEVER GO BACK. Unless you pay for the premium super seats, which seem overpriced I would not go at all. A+ Band in a D minus venue. I drove 500 miles for that show and left disappointed. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. *I've been to six other concerts in the last few months, so I'm keenly aware of what crowds, lines, etc are like in other ATL venues or Nashville. read more

Our work got us free VIP tickets to the Lil Nas X show (yes, the one where he announced that he was taking a dump after 10 minutes of performing). First time visiting-- interesting venue for sure. Central to the Battery. No particular COVID safety protocols in place. No longer checking vax cards. Would recommend coming early to find parking in the structure nearby ($20), and to ensure your spot in the crowd. The venue fills quickly, and the security/bag check line can take some time. PROS: - Staff are quick and professional, answered our questions thoroughly - 21+ bands are given out efficiently, maybe the most efficient of all venues I've ever been to. No delay and quick at verifying age - VIP got to skip the lines and pass through an alternate entrance with separate security - Two spacious levels to access, the floor and balcony - Various locations throughout venue to purchase food/bev, hardly any lines backed up - Acoustics are excellent. All parts of the venue has fairly good sound quality - Paths for foot traffic are clear and easy to navigate; entering and exiting was quick and painless CONS: - VIP does not include access to specialty seating on the right hand balcony, or front row booths (with the table)-- that's a separate tier. We just had access to the lounge, which is a room in the back (can't see the show) selling food/bev at a ridiculous upcharge. $6 for Sour Patch Kids??? Girl................ - Oversold. The floor and seated areas were packed to the brim, some folks spilling out to the sides - Balcony seating has poor view of the thrust stage, where performers will walk up and down. We missed maybe 1/4 of the show Pretty decent venue in a great location. Most bars and shops were conveniently open post-show. read more

This was my first time visiting the Roxy and if your not a local I would highly suggest reading this review. I will start by saying be sure to arrive well before your concert...especially if there is a baseball game. I am not a baseball fan so I had no idea how much traffic and parking is consumed by the Braves baseball stadium near by. The stadium is very close to the music venue so parking can be nearly impossible. We went to 6 or more parking garages and every single one was full. I personally think a parking area should be directly dedicated to this venue. With this in mind I would suggest getting a Uber or Lyft to concerts here. Even if you do end up finding parking for $35 like us... you still may have to walk pretty far so give yourself plenty of time. Another important factor to consider is their bag policy... make sure you don't carry a purse. They aren't allowed and you will be forced to walk back to your car or buy a $20 locker... which was our case. On the verge of tears the security staff suggested putting my bag in the bush (what the hell) She didn't mention the lockers and thankfully a kinder security employee showed me. We already missed a majority of the show so we couldn't waste any more time. I will say the security added a very important safety element and they have plenty employees working. The venue itself is very nice. There are a lot of cute design elements... cute for photos. I especially liked the murals of iconic artist such as Bob Dylan. We interacted with a few staff members and they were less than friendly. The bar is very cool with Coca Cola inspired drinks but extremely overpriced. I understand a venue having pricier drinks but I've been to many concert venues and they were never this expensive. I didn't even bother buying a drink and I would suggest waiting till after or enjoying yourself beforehand. My friend spent nearly $50 for a double. For the most important part... which is sound quality... I thought the venue had nice sound. I really enjoyed my seat. I do wish they had monitors with closer views of the stage for people in the back (like us) but overall the sound was nice. If it weren't for the factor of this artist not coming to Florida... I'm not sure this venue is worth the visit. read more

I've been here for two concerts: Kehlani & T-Pain. This is probably my least favorite venue space in Atlanta. Here's why... The Parking: So on the day I came to see T-Pain, there was also a Braves game, which made parking non-existent. We eventually found parking about a mile away. The Venue Space: If you come here, buy a seated ticket. This place is way too scrammed and way too hot to be in the general admission pit area...unless that's your thing. It's so hot in here. This venue space reminds me of Tabernacle, but with no air conditioning. Every drink line and food line, IS A LINE! A long ass line. I advise you to come to The Battery early to pregame and eat because you'll be waiting forever in here for anything. The only plus about this venue is the free water coolers. Because it's so hot, they keep water coolers by the entrance/exit. Overall, I won't be coming to another event here. I can't do it. It's not my thing. read more

Came to this Venue about a week ago on July 14th for the T-Pain concert. I loved that the venue had different seating options instead of the standard standing room only. The venue had an upstairs viewing area with seats and knowing that concerts usually start 1 hour to 2 hours after their scheduled with opening acts it was nice to not have to arrive early to get a nice view and risk your feet hurting all night. They also had a separate bar upstairs that was super helpful since the one downstairs tends to get really crowded. The one main downside of this location is the location. The concert was scheduled around time and the same night as a Braves game which causes notoriously bad traffic! We arrived an hour and half before the concert was scheduled to start hoping to grab a bite to eat but, with the baseball traffic we spent all that time in standstill traffic trying to find a parking garage that wasn't full! Luckily with the delayed show start time we were able to get a bite to eat at the concert venue and eat at our seats which was a nice backup! read more

Event date: 03/05/2025. I arrived at the venue two hours before the doors were supposed to open. They were supposed to open at 7 PM, but the doors didn't open until 8:30 PM! This is absolutely unacceptable--horrible organization! It was freezing and raining (which I expected while waiting in line), but to make everyone stand outside in those conditions for over an hour and a half after the scheduled opening time is beyond disrespectful. DO NOT USE VALET! We waited over an hour to get our vehicle after the event, and it wasn't until I demanded my keys or my car that anything was done. I PAID over $50 for that service, and it was a complete joke! I will NEVER attend another event at Coca-Cola Roxy, and I will make sure everyone knows to stay away. The Roxy is a great nice little venue for acts to have concerts or performances here! It's a pretty small venue - I would say it seats about a thousand people. It's a standing venue but the concert I specifically worked had seats so they put some seats in there. There is a second floor which actually seems to give a better view of the show since the seats on the first floor aren't on an incline. The stage is pretty small for a theater but it gets the job done. They also have an in-house bar that sells drinks and some food as well but it seems overpriced ($6 for a Red Bull). I will say they maintain the temperature inside this venue SUPER COLD -- I was wearing a short sleeve because it was mid May and temperatures were reaching high 80s outside but I was absolutely freezing inside the venue. Location-wise, it's nice because the Roxy is at the Battery and there's lots to do inside the complex. They also host events here that aren't necessarily concerts and I definitely want to come here once for leisure! read more

Why here for a concert. The plastic folding chairs provided for seats were very uncomfortable. The VIP experience with "EP Lounge" was pretty pathetic. The lounge was the front lobby. There wasn't even enough seating for all VIP guests. No food was included in the VIP experience. The only food available for purchase were chips and popcorn. Really!? The venue was cold. I don't care who is performing here, I will never go here again. read more

I actually loved some things about the Coca Cola Roxy! First of all, the fact that it was near the new Braves stadium made it an interesting venue that I would have only traveled to for an artist I truly loved. If Janet did I concert there, I would come back. I loved that I wasn't being yelled at or harassed at the entry. A light metal detection & the crowd was let in! No scream security guards like @ Lakewood & no messy parking situations like at the State Farm/Philips Arena. Lil Nas X chose the perfect venue for his first concert. The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 was the fact that my seat did not have a QR code to replenish drinks in the VIP seating area, but the view made up for it! They opened the doors at 8 for an 8:00 show and the line was a 1/4 mile long or longer. Wrapped around the orange parking deck. Completely unorganized and overall ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend booking a show here. read more
