Lo and behold, it was not too late! Sinead agreed to make us a Pavlova Roulade and have it ready for 5:30pm pickup. I was super duper impressed with how flexible and accommodating she was as I really didn't expect anyone would be willing to take such a last minute order. I ordered the small size of the roulade this time since we were a smaller group. It was just as delightful as the bigger one we had back in September; however, I think moving forward, I will just order the large one every single time so that even if we're a small group again, we can have leftovers because her Pavlova Roulade is just sooooooooo good!
