The quality of their product is really good. My daughter has had gel polish at other nail salons, and it never stays on as well as when she gets it done at this salon. Cute little nail spot! Very clean and bright. Did a walk in with my SIL and we were taken right away. Pretty decent selection of regular polish colors. Pedi stations all had massage chairs and the regular pedi came with an amazing leg/foot massage. Post-pedi, you're sat at a bench station where they point fans directly at your toes to ensure you don't smudge your paint. The staff were very kind and polite. The salon also offers gift cards. Absolutely terrible nail place. Cheap gel polish and poor customer service. I paid 100 dollars for a Mani-pedi, mani in gel, nails regular on 8/17. By day 3, my gel nails started chipping. By day 6 (8/23), they were peeling from the top and chopping at the bottom. My pedi also started to chip on my right big toe. I of course was unsatisfied after paying good money for the mani-Pedi. I called for a refund and I was ignored. I sent photos via IG to get my money back and they ignored me and told me they wouldn't get my money back. I have a work function and I am very ver upset that I have to show to looking unkempt because of this nail salon. Do not recommend at all. read more

I have never found a nail place that does amazing AND has great prices. This was my first time ever coming and they took me in right away since I had an appointment. I suggest making an appointment because they do get busy and have regulars. I noticed the workers have really close bonds with their regulars which is always amazing. My nails were done by the owner and he seemed very friendly and it felt like I was speaking to a friend. He made sure to give me the best nails possible. They do however try their best to take walk ins so sometimes the nail tech left me to fix a broken nail on a walk in however I understand because it is a business and there are only so many nail techs. When l am having my nails done l expect my technician to work on me exclusively. Such wasn't the case today. Unfortunately, the owner decided to take care of me. I wanted a simple manicure, a little nail trimming and a basic nail polish. She had her hands on everything and on everyone while doing my nails. She left me a dozen times to do other things (sometimes she'd leave for 15mns, never less than 5mns). While doing my nails she constantly gave orders to the receptionist and had her eyes on all the other technicians. It was ridiculous and rather stressful. At one point she returned from her endless running around and wanted to start working on my right hand without finishing my left hand. I am sure she runs an outstanding business but she should not do both. I will not be back for fear of getting this low class treatment. read more

First of all, your Spa is very well maintained, clean and nice. Your technicians are very sweet, kind and do great work!! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. On another note, you treat the young gals that work the supposed "front desk" like garbage! You are disrespectful, curt, and rude to those girls!! I have witnessed you treat them like they are incompetent of doing the job they've been given. You make them relay and report for your permission for phone calls, taking payments etc. Rather than guide them to represent your salon and handle customers appropriately, you are beyond RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to them. It almost seems they are being punished and have to work for you. I would strongly recommend you taking better direction at setting them up for success in the world of business rather than creating fear in them having to abide by your awful ways of handling customers and showing any type of respect. When I turned 16, I got a job here as a receptionist and worked there up until I left for college. They treated me great and it was the best first job I could've had. pros are it's easy to get an appointment even for a walk in. maybe that's a sign I get simple manicures ( I mainly go to get my cuticles done) and the polish will chip within 3 days. the techs rush the coatings so I usually damage the fresh manicure before I get to the car. when I do my own nails it's lasts almost ten days before chipping. same polish Brand. not the friendliest place. they raised their prices but not the service. plenty of places to choose from. read more

This place is incredible. So open and light. Tons of space, unlike most of the crowded nail spas around the valley. All of the employees are so very kind and caring; they take their time and do a great job. Their colors are organized. Actually, everything about this place is organized and clean. Su, the owner, recently did an amazing renovation and opened up the spa to span across two suites. The new spa chairs (double the amount before!) are luxurious and super comfy. The salon is impeccably clean and chic. There isn't obnoxious house music playing and you don't feel like you're being judged here. From the first time you walk through their doors, Su, his wife Eileen, and the rest of the staff, will forever remember your name and most of all, what your nail preferences are. They don't treat their customers like walking wallets of money but instead, like friends. I always get compliments on my nails and never walk out of the salon without a smile. You know when you get back into your car and have that lump in your throat 'cause your nails don't look as awesome as that one picture you saw on Pinterest? That doesn't happen here and if you don't like them, they will work with you. For several years, I was an occasional client of Cobblestone until my last experience. I do not plan on returning again. I made an appointment for a manicure on Halloween, at 630pm. I was going to a family wedding the next day in Texas and I really wanted to get my nails done before I left. When I called to make the appointment, I asked if they'd still be open that late considering that it was Halloween. The girl on the phone said yes and I made the appointment. I arrived at Cobblestone at 620pm. The whole place was empty and dark, but I could see someone still in the building. I went inside and spoke to Eileen who told me they were closed. I let her know I made an appointment and she went to check her book. She found my name but still said that they were closed. She said that she wanted to call me earlier that day to let me know they were closing early due to Halloween, but her receptionist didn't get my phone number. I left the spa very unhappy and the next day I went to the wedding in Texas without having my nails done. Upon my return to Tempe, I went back to Cobblestone. I spoke to Eileen again and expressed my displeasure. She apologized and asked me if I wanted to get my nails done that day. I said yes and she took me back for a manicure and pedicure right away. Eileen did a great job like always, and my nails looked very good. After my nails were finished, I went up to the front to pay and she only charged me for the manicure, giving me the pedicure for free. She apologized again for what had happened the previous week. I appreciate the free pedicure but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Truthfully, I do not feel like a valued client. The salon is nice and generally they do a great job, but I will not be returning. read more

I reported to the BBB!!!! We were there with my niece for nail service, when my niece stood up from the nail tech to ask my sister , her mom, if the length of the nails she was getting was ok, the owner of the nail place , a male , who did not want to disclose his name , started to yell at my 13 year old niece to not stand up and walk away from the nail tech and if she has questions for others my sister to come to her instead , continued to yell after we asked him what the problem was he continued to yell at us and stated that they are performing a service and to not stand up. I told him to not yell at my niece she is 13! He said I am the owner and I am saying to not get up! Continued to yell without hesitation to my niece and my sister and myself in front of other customers and employees!! I told him if he is the other and that he should know how to speak to customers especially a 13 year old, there is a way to speak to human beings! He just kept insisting that he is the owner and he is saying what should be done in his shop. This is ethnically wrong in all aspects of how to treat another person, especially a young person. It was 6:15pm and maybe he was at the end of his shift but in no means is this right for anyone or an owner to act with his customers at all!! If I can give it zero stars I would!! read more

This is my go-to for pedicures. I love their #2 that includes an orange sugar scrub, hot wax treatment, hot stone massage & amazing pedicure. It's really just lovely and relaxing.
