I paid 32 bucks for a works wash. They had only 2 guys and sometimes down to one detailing the cars. It took forever well over an hr for them to get to my car. I expressed my concerns with management and I got the old were short staffed excuse. No I know the labor market is rough but man give a brother some warning on how long its going to take.unaceptable if I would have known I would have gone through a self service wash. I bought a package deal to get 6 hand washes for the price of 4. About $100 i believe was the total cost. 1st car wash, which is the day I bought the package, things went good. little slow but good. Here is what has happened the last three times I have gone to this place: 1st: my car was put to the side to get the hand wash. After 20-25 minuets that it sat there in Arizona sun, I went to someone and said, is there anyone who is going to wash my car? then, they finally attended to it. After a hour and a half, I asked what is up with my car and if it's finished. One of the guys told me and said, due to language barrier with one of their employees, they mistook "hand-Wash" with "hand-wax". Once I got the car back, there was streaks of whatever material they used to clean my car inside. I drove away upset but because I was there a hour and half, i didn't want to be there anymore so I went home to clean the streaks on the inside my self. 2nd: hand wash was on time this time. But after the hand wash, they pulled the car to the front to dry it but my car sat for 20 minuets or so in the front with no one attending to it. when they finally called me to come pick up my car, as I walked around the car, there were water marks on the body and specially on all the rims. i mean, 4 guys were wiping the car down to dry it. They called me to the front to come pick up the car and none of them noticed al the water marks on the rims. I had to wait more after I pointed the issue out for my car to be ready. How can 4 guys not see the issue with the rims. The lat time I was there, which was today: I go in, I pay, I watch to see how long they let my car sit in the sun before starting to wash it. 1st issue is that their own guy, didn't' read the ticket. they were about to run my car through the car wash and if I wasn't watching them, it would have happened. I went outside and stoped the car from going in and then the guy looks at the ticket and notices that i paid for hand wash. After 15-20 minuets, someone comes to me and says, it will be a hour and a half for a hand wash. They couldn't tell me that when I pulled in? by the time they pulled the car back out and gave it back to me so I could drive away, another 10-15 minuets had gone by. I wasted 30 minutes or more of my time for nothing. this place has failed me over and over again for something so simple as a car wash. they don't understand customer service. they don't understand that I have a 200K car. it's a high end car and there is no care. the issues kept on mounting with every visist which then lead to this yelp review. a simple thing as a car wash has turned into issues after issues and at times, caused me to do additonal work when I get home. if you care about your car, especially if you have a high-end car, where hand washes are the way to go, don't waste your time here at this location. I just got done with the platinum car wash, paid $39.00 thinking it would at least look like when Ido it myself but although there was two guys doing the job they weren't thorough at all. Few of my fellow coworkers have been hitting up Cobblestone Auto Spa to get there car's washed during lunch, and I have been looking for a new place since the one that is near me is not opened during the hours I would like to have my car washed haha My car was just a hot mess and needed a washing and vacuuming out, went over on a Friday afternoon to get her washed, from the time I pulled up to the time I left, everyone was so friendly, at this time I only wanted the regular wash with vacuum and they didn't even try with upselling me or being pushy about another choice. I went inside to pay, was told I have 5 days to come back to get it rewashed in case of rain, which I will be taking her back tomorrow for that exact reason, and for the next time have a wash @ $4.99! How cool is that! The waiting area is nice, you can watch a variety of tv screens to see where your car is at and what is being done to it, like a crazy car wash big brother, and waiting area outside is nice too. Been coming awile now. Took my females car there for oil change and car wash. So patient and hr and half later when was told done drove off and nothing was done on the inside. $40 lost truthfully rather bought a Colin Kaepernick jersey and burned it. Nust like a exx on to the next...sure hope they did my oil at least 50 employees there and every single one trying to upsell you. Hey not knocking it but went over the edge when just like a 711 i had to ask for my change gave 2 20s and cost $39.45. Sad unsatisfied so not recamended. Was going to call and complain but for why...another car wash free really. I had to travel 30 miles to get there and kicker is this is not my car its gift for my female. Shes a smoker and gave her her car back w ashes all on floor. Not bitter just a sour taste in my mouth and will never return. Update: Jason's reply shows that he is simply out of touch with customers expectations as I had figured the response I received at the wash from the GM was a mindset coming from the top. Ignoring responsibility, blame the customer and show no respect for the customer. Jason never called me like any other business would have done he simply took his GMs word for it. I've never experienced a business like this. You must be too coward. My car has been through hundreds of washes, my bumper was lose by one screw, there were 20 others holding it in. Your attendant used abrasive tape not made for cars and he never told me he was going to do it. You damaged my car, you're lucky it was my Honda and not my Mercedes would've cost you thousands more. Now I'll never go back to any cobblestone, tell everyone what you did and how two employees handled it, file a lawsuit and continue to leave my review where I can. All because you're too arrogant to admit a mistake, don't know how to handle a customer complaint and spend $50 on touch up. I'll continue my efforts until my bumper is fixed. I felt welcomed and cared for all the way through. These guys have always been the Carwasher chain to watch here in the valley. Although this location is a little off the path and not really the cheapest option, I would still highly recommend it. The staff was courteous, facility was very clean and comfortable and my car was so sparkly it felt like brand new. They were a little understaffed at the finishing area and I personally did not think much of it as I was enjoying the fountain and a cold coffee, however, the manager was quick to apologize, which I felt was very sincere. Especially since I don't think it took any longer than any other car wash I've had. It's also important to note that these guys always get involved in many local charities and support fallen officers. For that alone I would recommend them but it's a huge bonus that they do a great car wash too! read more

I have plastic windows in the back of my 2005 jeep wrangler. All three windows we're fogged up and I could not see out of them. Al, from the detail department, took the time to help me figure out the best way to fix it. He used a finishing wax and was able to make it so that the windows were clear. Usually go here to get a basic car wash, not anymore. 25 minutes to only watch as another vehicle come in and 4 guys jump on it and get it out the bay in 8 minutes and all the while I'm sitting there. Cashier - Karina was very friendly and helpful. Everyone wore a mask. They did an awesome job on my car.Windows were clean, car was vacuumed, and I even had air freshener inside. They also use a dryer to dry the outside while wiping it. They make an extra effort to get all of the bugs off the front. I used a coupon for $10 off. For your standard car wash place, i'ts okay. Prices are comparable across the valley. I can't review the oil service or detailing. I like the outside waiting area with the misters and comfortably chairs. It took a long time for our car to be towel dried, and we were afraid there would be water spots (one of the main reasons we pay for full service....that and not having to vacuum the car when it is 100 degrees outside!). Luckily, no water spots. So, slower than expected service for the number of cars there. Bathrooms were really dirty and looked like they need an update. No purse hooks on the door. The attendant who took my keys looked at my like I was crazy for asking for "Light" fregrance....I really hate getting into my car and being choked by "New Car" yet I want it to smell nice. read more

I decided to sign up for the monthly car wash Mesa location as I brought in the one vehicle the staff member Asked me to walk inside the facility to purchase a monthly agreement when I came out to get back in my truck the staff drove my truck through the wash with out permission or with out telling me I left the facility and realized my $1300 watch was missing granted I should've removed my watch from my consul but I never intended for anyone to get in my vehicle for all I was paying for a express lane drive-through I called the facility three times spoke to managers they all told me there was nothing they could do about it and that they never have left problems so I Facebook the incident And surprise surprise multiple people have had their items stolen from their vehicles one being my realtor who had police show up then they handed her her $500 necklace! I've been coming here for years but with their rising prices their service has gone down. I just got an oil change and car wash. Now there's a hefty charge for the extra quart my car needs - nearly 50% of the total price of the oil change and car wash total for a single quart! To add insult to injury, I just spent yesterday evening cleaning my ivory floor mats and now they are covered in dark black streaks, I'm guessing from the oily, dirty water picked up from the car washers shoes in the dry off area. They also missed vacuuming in all the nooks and crannies, didn't clean the water spots off my rear view mirror or the scuff marks off my glove compartment from my son's dirty flip flops. They used to do a thorough job, but those days are long past. Time to find a new car wash spot. read more

This is one of the most expensive car washes in the valley and is is not worth half the price they charge! I will never go to this car wash again. The only thing good about it is there's free vacuums in the same parking lot so you can clean what they missed. 1st Time I went they missed wiping down half my car and did the bare minimum of vacuuming. The second time I took it was because I had a coupon and I asked them to vacuum better because they missed a lot the previous time. Well, sad to say it's was worse the second go around. The car wash unit itself is ok, but the service is pretty bad. Everywhere it is young guys on their phones, not doing much or paying attention. I went for a carwash, paid, pulled up, waited for 2 minutes for an attendant to arrive, then he very pathetically pre-soaked only a quarter of the front end for 2 seconds, threw down the spray wand and proceed to pull out his phone. I get that the younger generation can't go 30 seconds without a view of their Instagram feed, but this place needs better management...the car washes aren't cheap and the service is bad. Also, the gas station portion never has any towels. One positive, for me, would be the vacuum area: it is well stocked with towels and powerful vacuums and air hoses. read more

Went in for a wash for my daughter's SUV and was sold on a detail. They did an incredible job inside and out. The seats were a mess and they cleaned them to almost new. Carpets cleaned and all the cup holders are spotless. Couldn't be happier. read more

I took my car to get an oil change and wash two weeks ago. My check for maintenance light was on and I asked them to turn it off if everything was OK. They returned my car without resetting the light. I took my car back yesterday and paid $70 for all four seats to get washed and was told that the small spot I had on the passenger seat would be removed. Upon getting my car back, the stain was still there and it appeared like my seats were not even cleaned. I had my boyfriend double check to ensure I wasn't overreacting and he found rocks and dog hair and crumbs still on the seats. I called for the manager and was told I would get a call back and still have yet to receive one. I am going to give it a couple more days but will be filing a charge back if I do not hear from the manager. read more

I have the monthly pass and I've been to numerous throughout the valley always have a good experience until today. This is by far the worst Cobble stone!!! My car was ran through without any soap. Wash and rinse system was much shorter and without water. My car was still filthy after the wash. Skip this place and drive two miles to Ray rd. Much much better read more

It took 30 mins just to get the truck thru the wash and then when the truck was done it was still super dirty. Not in one spot or two but all over from front to back and side to side. They had to re run it thru the wash. We pay for the ultimate unlimited package and now I see why they need unlimited because it takes more than one time to wash a vehicle in the same day. I've been to a LOT of different car washes and It can be so hard to find a reliable place! Unfriendly staff, too pricey, don't do a good job of cleaning your car...I've pretty much seen it all. This place is the exception! The staff is so so nice. They remember me every time I come in and have my receipt and wash ready for me before i even step out of my car. Prices have been going up but it is worth It. They do a great job on the inside and outside of your car and do a great job drying too. Really great rewards program (i get lots of free washes) and they even offer passes where you pay a flat monthly fee and can come and get your car washed as many times as you want throughout the month. read more

I pulled up and not just one but two men were able to help me figure out where I needed to be. Bob helped me write a claim to fix my windshield and the other, Andrew, was just as sweet as could be. Beware of series attempts to upcharge. Dude tried to talk me in to an $80 car wash to "scrub my seats". My car is fairly clean all the time and does not need that deep of cleaning, nice try. I have come here twice now. The second time I came I had a coupon for a free full service wash. As soon as I denied upgrading my wash the person who checked me in completely changed his demeanor, didn't say another word, and simply handed me my receipt. This really gave me a bad vibe and didn't make me feel very comfortable. As the first point of contact, he should have been friendlier and especially to be rude about me not wanting to upgrade is wrong. I give this location 4 stars because the women inside at the cashier were very friendly both times I went. I was also satisfied with the quality of the cleaning inside and outside. I love spas! My car deserve to be pampered also and cobblestone is my choice sometimes. Cobblestone Auto Spa has beautiful locations all over the valley. The indoor waiting area has leather seats and TVs for sports watching, the outdoor area is clean and comfortable, just perfect for all of us wanting to enjoy the weather and see our cars being taken care of. The car washes here are a bit pricey (I believe I paid $37 for ultimate plus tip). Sometimes they do a good job and other times... well not so much. I have driven away with a sparkly clean car, however, often I ask for towels to wipe the left over dust, clean mirrors, bugs or even things off the floor that were not vacuumed... If you have issues, address them at the place right away. Do not contact "wecarecobblestone". I have tried several times and no costumer service representative even reached out to me. I will return here, but not very often since the quality of wash is not always matching the price. read more
