I've been here 4 times now and have gotten the same poor service. If you just need to run through the wash then they are fine. If you pay for the detailing be prepared to check over your vehicle very closely ! The do a terrible job vacuuming or wiping down the inside areas like cup holders. Brought my husband's truck to get washed, first time at this location we have the unlimited pass. As we sat there watching them attend to our truck we see the girls doing the windows and the guys standing and talking. They let our truck dry naturally, windows were half ass cleaned. And when we brought it to their attention they all just stood there looking at the truck and no response, yeah the truck was dry because of the wind not because they actually did anything. We had just driven from palm springs and we needed to get the bugs washed off our car. We were glad to see there was a decent car wash inside and out near the wigwam. UNTIL we got out of our car after paying $23 and there were black marks that we made from walking to our vehicle to pick it up (see pic). Extremely disappointing since they should have paper placements for both the employees and customers to have until the black top is off. Very friendly staff, I had the pleasure of working with Ray and Victor last night. They were willing to stay an hour and a half after closing to buff and wax my car. My car had a moderate amount of scratching and scuffing from the previous owner and they were able to get them out or make them less visible. I also received a quick wipe down of the interior free of charge. I would like to place additional emhesis on the customer service. Throughout the service they gave me through answers to my questions on how to maintain the finish of my car. I was also made aware of chipping on the front of the car and how to prevent those chips from rusting. These guys definitely deserve a raise. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I was waiting in the express lane car wash line (which was wrapped around the building)when out of no where one of their staff pulled up in a white truck on the driver side honking the horn obnoxiously...telling me to "move my f*cking car!" Apparently I was blocking the way for other cars to get thru (which I wasn't aware)so I attempted to put my car in reverse but there was a car in front of me and behind me, and I could not move. The little guy then parked his truck in front of the establishment and proceeded to run towards my car (that's when I noticed he actually worked there cause he had the blue car wash shirt on). He was still screaming to move my car along with other profanity. The whole time the line was moving and I was not even blocking the way for more than 30 seconds. As I approached the entrance of the car wash, an older man took my payment and so I mentioned to him "is there a reason why that guy behind you was screaming at me like a crazy person? I couldn't even move my car?" He asked me who it was and I pointed behind him. The whole time the other guy behind him was throwing up his hands gesturing "whats up" and gesturing "cut throat" and pointing at me like you're dead. The whole experience was miserable and uncalled for. That place has always had sketchy workers, but it's getting a little out of hand. Crazy how I've been going here forever and this new rule about no slip tanks with your hose barely poking out is now a problem. That is only at this location too the manager tried to make it seem like it's cobblestone car wash policy now but it sure as hell isn't. The other location off dysart and camelback has no problem with it. You guys need to get that shot straight. Been coming to this gas station since before it was a cobblestone and never had a problem. I was not happy with the service i recieved. I purchased the platinum car was. I waited a while for my car to be done so i was expecting an amazing job. When i got my car back exterior looked ok windows werent fully cleaned, went to put my daughter in her carseat and one of my seats was soaked i dont know if they left the window down but that was wet. when i got into the driver seat my dash wasnt spot on clean nor my center console. they like half a$$ed my car service. I was informed that they would take the coupon, but they didn't because I was already getting a discount because I had the fuel injection service done as well. Would give a zero star if able. I brought my car in for a very expensive detail and they completely destroyed it. The leather seats are unrepairable. Some how they managed to melt the leather, you can see the melt marks and what isn't melted is crispy and cracks when you put weight on it. Worst part, is the way they have responded. I get it, mistakes happen, someone tried to use heat to clean the leather. But they stated out by not pointing out the issue to me (most of the front passenger seat is missing the leather and there are holes all over the other seats). Then they said I'd have to wait for the general manager to respond. My husband brought the car in to show the gm and still didn't get a response until several days later. The response, nothing we can or will do about this, you can call corporate. Corporate hasn't returned our call. Sometimes when you see complaints you think the person complaining is making a big deal out of nothing. Our car needs the leather on every seat replaced, they still charged us the $400 AND the car isn't even clean!! Accidents like this is why you have insurance, make it right, apologize and everyone is happy. None of that has happened. DO NOT take you car to this place. I wanted to get my car washed on this beautiful day and also wanted to get the oil changed and decided to come to Cobblestone on Indian School Rd and Litchfield. I started with the oil change and had a great experience with the young man who also added the platinum wash from an extra 25 dollars and it would take about a half hour. We'll the oil change was done and my truck finished through the car wash and they let it sit there without touching it for about 15 minutes,by this time it was dry... everyone k ows that if it drys there is no way your car will come out clean if you don't wipe it down while it's drying. I don't consider myself to be a carwash genius but have wash my share of cars in my life. Well to say the least they called me over when they felt it was done, and I was not at all satisfied with the wash I received! The outside was still dirty and the wheel wells had dirt in them... when I asked the gentleman if he could clean it he explained that this is not something they do... huh? He also said I have to tell them to clean them prior to the wash. Well isn't this why I brought my tuck here in the first place? Ok so I could live with a little dirt in the wheel Well, but they never wiped the truck down after the wash and it was not at all clean. This is a white truck have you and you can see this from a distance. I also asked why the interior was not wiped down with a protectant and he said that the Platinum wash does not include the interior service. What? The most expensive wash and you don't wipe the inside? Well he also explained that if I tip his guy good he will wipe it down... ok what did I just pay for? The oil change and the Plantnum wash was 134 dollars. And I have to pay for things alacarte?? Well I highly recommend to go else where to get a car wash, Cobblestone is a complete waste of money and I had to go home and re-wash my truck. I will not return to this place. read more

Buyer Beware! Make sure you know what you're getting and what you'll be charged. I had TWO guys mislead me - 1. Told me I was getting unlimited washes for "the rest of this month" (but NEVER mentioned it was EVERY month for $50 monthly) 2. On the second visit, the guy sold me "buy 4 washes, get 3 free" for $90 .. great deal but c'mon now, why would I do that if I knew I had unlimited washes from the 1st guy?? And instead of telling me that when he pulled me up in their system, he took my previous scan sticker and gave me a new one. Then 4 months later I got hit with a back bill of $200 and I've spent 2 hours on the phone so far trying to straighten it out and it's still not resolved. I'll find a new car wash but I gave them 2 stars because the people who actually do the washing work HARD! read more

The wheel wells were still covered in grease, the trunk wasn't vacuumed, the trunk was opened to put the mats in, but no one bothered to wipe the dirt the car wash didn't get. Went to this location to get an oil change done. First they over charge for the oil change because "BMW require special oil" which was told to me by the employee. That was a false statement because you can use 5w-30 high mileage full synthetic oil. Also, the filter is a MANN filter that isn't special at all. Costs $10 on amazon. Secondly it took like almost two hours with no one in line. Third, come to find after doing my own oil change (highly recommended everyone do their own oil change) my filter cap was missing a rubber band that comes with the filter. $110 for poor work. Never going back. At least the car wash is decent. read more

Took my 2018 new Corvette there the first week I bought it. The only place it had been driven was to work where it was parked in a covered, gated parking deck for 5 days. It took an unusually long time for my car to go through and when I got home I noticed it had been wrecked in the process. Front left damage by the tire and the bumper. Cracked turn signal, starburst and cracked blemishes in the paint and fiberglass from hitting something. Went to my car dealer and we looked at photos and videos of when I bought the car. No damage. When I called and talked to a manager he supposedly looked at the video which was not believable. Of course they will say no damage. It was not worth my time to debate a dishonest business. I came back on veteran's day - they give all vets a free oil change and car wash! The guys personally shook my hand and showed appreciation. I'll continue going there. When i pulled up i asked for someone i spoke to before - the he/she unprofessional explains he don't work there anymore - okay so then i talk to her about what happened before - which i wasn't trying to make a big deal but she insisted to talk to me like i was wrong. I wasn't even asking for a favor or free.... she was very confident to try and make sure i was wrong. I just wanted to say lady you were not there. Instead i left and will never argue with someone to take my money - I drive a 2019 BMW it's pretty easy to wash! It's sad my neighborhood hires people to just fill spots- what happened to trust and respect. They have always offered friendly and professional service! Just recently, I bought a "new to me" car, and shortly after, i spilled Chinese food on the passenger seat. Got their most expensive wash, and when I got my car nothing on the inside was cleaned, and no new car scent was even sprayed. I went back before I left and asked did they clean the inside, and the rude employee rolled his eyes at me and said yeah I cleaned it. I ran my finger across the dash and it turns up black from dirt. Not bad, not bad at all. The staff were really pleasant to deal with. They let me know of the current deals and let me chose without hassle. They even gave me an additional $5 off for, what they called, the early bird deal. All in all, I got a diamond touch car wash for $35. The only thing I wish they would've told me about was that I would get $.40 off a gallon of I were to purchase the wash at the gas pump. They wouldn't take calls back then. Tried it online. Got my bank statement recently only to find out they are still charging me. I've been calling everyday for the last week. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the workers that helped me were trying really hard. I showed up and asked the person that approached my truck how long it would take to get a spot cleaned on the carpet, truck washed, inside vacuumed, and surfaces cleaned. I was told they could do it in 1-hour. At the one hour point, the truck has been washed (but still has dirt on it and small debris in the bed), but inside hasn't been completed. After I pointed out the terrible wash, they take the truck to spray it off again. Now we are at 1 hot and 15 minutes. Then they still needed to spot clean the carpet and condition the inside. This treatment took one hour and 35 minutes begin to end. And I will post pictures of how the inside looked afterwards... absolutely NOT worth $69. Complete rip off. read more

I've been coming here since they opened. I usually get the exterior wash then use the free vacuums and towel service to do my interior myself and shine my own tires. They have great service. Many of the employees are willing to go above and beyond. For example, pressure washing my tires for me. Anthony also pressure washed my kid's bike for me. read more

Really wish sometimes you could give negative reviews. Should have stopped them when the manager was talking to another client about how they damaged their vehicle and response was"you should take it to the dealership" $170 detail, asked how long, under two hours was the response. 2.5 hours later and I go out to just ask where we were at because I could see my truck has sat there with no attention for some while. I ask how long and the guys start arguing jokingly about who was going to finish it. Neither jumped on it........ the guy who rang me up came over and asked how he could help. I asked if I could get a time. He grabbed the manager and I explained the situation. His response was that it would be an additional 30 minutes. Have had this done several times at cobblestones and this is twice as long as it has ever taken. Guy wouldn't take off his glasses when speaking to me, maybe just a me thing but seemed rude.
