After reviewing the other reviews I also stand by what everyone says. At other locations always had a good experience and satisfied with the cleaning. But here.... Let me tell you just like everyone else has said they DO NOT do good job cleaning the interior. The cup holders, inside the door handles and what ever else you can think of. It looks they didn't vacuum either. Once home had to wipe everything down and use my own shop vac to get whatever else. Was talked into upgrading $5 more to add a smell, tire shine and wheel cleaning. Surprisingly they did do the upgrade service and the front windshield wasn't to well clean either. Even gave them a $5 tip which was completely regretted and didn't expect this level of service. SO DO NOT GET YOUR FULL SERVICE CAR WASH HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well I have been going to this location for over 20 years! My service today was definitely sub par. I requested the platinum wash. I specifically asked if they armoral the tires and everything the gentleman said yes! So I get it washed! And when I'm called to get my truck it is still has mud on it. So I asked don't they wash the mud off? They said no. So I drove back around and asked the same person do they not wash the mud off when they wash my truck? He said no I have to ask to wash the mud off. I said so washing my truck doesn't include washing mud off and it's not like the truck was real muddy or covered in mud. I have been going to this establishment long enough that I have 3472 points and if you know this place and their points system you know that is a lot yet they won't wash the wheel wells out !!! If I could give them zero stars I would. I have attempted to cancel my membership through their website and their call center and nobody has responded to me. I've had been charged over five months worth of membership and I don't even have the scan anymore anymore I was told my membership was canceled but yet every month I have a bank charge for this company. I can't get a call back. I can't get an email back I can't get a hold of a live person, all I get is a voicemail that they will call me back within two business days. I have been waiting for five months for somebody to call me do not get their membership. It is a hassle to cancel through them. This is my "go-to" full service car wash in the West Valley, and based on how busy it usually is, a lot of other people agree with me. The lines can get a little long, but they move cars pretty quickly and get your car back to you in no time. I usually go with the Supreme wash which does all the standard stuff plus air freshener, wheel cleaning and tire dressing, plus clear coat protection. They also offer a Military Discount, just show your ID at the counter when you pay. I was very disappointed. I was in line and hustled into an update only to discover an equipment problem, and the wait was an additional 15-20 minutes. I had already been in line for 15 minutes. I was sold for a full detail with various discounts because of delays, prepay for service, etc. With all the discounts, $150.00 for a full detail inside and out was worth it. Wrong !!!. The carpets were not cleaned, and the wax on the car consisted of some spray that I could have done at home. Own a car wash in another state and receive trade magazines with articles on up-selling services. Updselling is fine as long as there is customer value. Little irritated that the sign made me think gas was lower here. That price is only when you get a car wash. It was clean and not bad for a shell station but I made a special trip just because of crappy advertising tricks so I'm annoyed by that. That was my fault though I should have known it wasn't anything special. They're open 24 hours which is cool but I'd rather just hit the QT because I never waste money on car washes which is what this place is for. Had them for a year since I lived down the street. Not the best when compared to those guys that detail vehicles that promote on IG but for the monthly price and their unlimited (twice per day) car washes is not too bad. They did an ok job while I was there. However, they're sneaky when it comes to canceling your membership. I went online and cancelled my membership due to me moving far away. Cancelled in the beginning of October of 2023 (charge was at the end of the month usually around the 30th. They didn't charge October but charged $30 in November, $30 in December & $32 in January all around 6th of the month. I spoke with a manager I can just hope that they can give that money back. read more

Been over a year since I had a car serviced here. Got a 30% off coupon from them in the Inbox, so I decided to try them again. Attendant was nice but the services offered with the more than $49 oil change has been reduced. The oil change service used to come a better car wash service-- i.e., wash the car, vacuum it, wipe it down. Now you drive the car through the express wash, which is okay but doesn't clean the bugs off the front grill, and no wipe down or anything. Lobby used to have a couple PC's that allowed you to browse internet while you waited. Those are gone. Yeah, not very happy with the value, even with 30% off. read more

Got my husband a full service wash for his birthday (truck) paid $26 and they did a half assed job. It wasn't even busy, only 2 cars. The wash itself seemed to miss a lot not to mention missed wiping numerous areas. Didn't seem to clean (or wipe) the interior windows or the wheels and missed the majority of the driver's side.By the time I left, there were several cars so I just ended up going to the vacuums and cleaning it up myself. These guys don't deserve one star! They stole my watch while I was there getting my truck washed and could care less! It is a very expensive watch and has extreme sentimental value! Yes I left the watch in my truck after being distracted by the guys trying sell me 500 other things but that is no excuse! I went back 10 mins after I picked my truck up and they couldn't find anything on camera, asked the guy to empty his pockets but come on.... By then my watch could have been 100 different t places! I purchased a car wash at the pump and did not realize that it was full service. I explained that I meant to buy an express wash and asked if I could get a refund on the difference. The employee told me "no, it doesn't work that way and I couldn't get the difference even though I was not getting full service". Meanwhile I had to drive through the lines several times because they I went to the express side, then they sent me to full service. Then made me drive around again to go through the express lane again. The price of the full service wash $24. The price of my express wash $10. And to boot the guy kept my receipt. 1-Star Summary: Just get the basic wash for $12, use the vacuums and detail the care at home. Their other services are not worth the dollars with such low quality. CV-19 led us on a 2500 mile road trip this summer in our GMC Yukon. The white beast is my wife's car so it needs extra care. ;) The inside was dusty (UT, CO, NM and AZ Dirt) so I wanted a full detail inside / out and wax to protect the car. We negotited down from $275.00 after a bit to $225.00. I dropped off the car at 11:02 this morning and gave them all afternoon to work on it. They were "discounting" the package, so I would let them have this as fill work and we would both come out ahead. It didn't come out as good as I expected. Vinyl surface protection was sprayed all over the car, but without any attention to detail. I find that ironic. I think it is better to show than tell, so uploaded a series of photos on the quality of the work. I guess to be fair, it was $17 for the wash, $62 for the exterior clean and wax . So the level of interior detail work was just $152.00. It was not a great deal. I This is the 3rd time I have tried this location for services since they have opened. 1) Premium car wash package for 90 days when they first opened (didn't use it enough). 2) Car wash and oil change (broke off the retaining clips on fan shroud and split top of engine cover) so that didn't work out too well. I use Wilhelm Automotive around the corner now 3) Car Wash, Wax, and Complete Interior Detail, $225. I think you see the quality they provide. Cobblestone Service Motto seems to be Caveat Emptor "Let the buyer beware". I hope this helps you be an informed buyer for the quality of services you wil get. read more

Word of advice DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU'VE INSPECTED YOUR CAR UP TO YOUR STANDARDS. I took my car here to get a full service wash. Exterior looked pretty good & shiny but the interior was yikes. I REALLY wanted to like this place! BUT, it looked like my 2 year old came in with greasy fingers after eating french fries & touched all over the dash. they didn't wipe or smooth out whatever crappy greasy spray they tried to clean my dash & seats with. The backseat didn't even look like they touched or vacuumed it. The back of my front seats were not wiped down at all because i could see my sons shoe marks still on the back of the seat from kicking it in his car seat. There are soooo many bad reviews here just don't even take the chance and give them the benefit of the doubt because that's what i did and i'm extremely disappointed & unsatisfied with the outcome of coming here. You'd get better results doing it yourself with water and a couple paper towels. I REALLY hope they take into consideration all of these reviews people put their effort into and change the outcome of all the cars they're "cleaning". My husband and I have always had a good experience at this car wash. So much so, that in the past, I have purchased donuts for the whole staff and hand delivered them. However, this morning they lost a customer. My husband took our car in to be washed and felt like it was taking longer than necessary. They finally called him back to vacuum area to let him to know that the back window was broken, and would not roll back up. This is a known issues with this older model BMW, and we do not hold them responsible for breaking the window. It happens. However, it was handled very poorly by the manager who claimed that my husband had rolled down the window prior to entering the wash. My husband assured the manager that he had not rolled that window down in over a year. The manager insisted his employee did not touch the window. My husband was not looking for compensation for the broken window. He simply wanted the manager to admit that they indeed rolled the window down, and apologize. What he did shows a lack of integrity, and for that reason, we will not return. read more

Terrible sub par car wash I had to have them re vacuum the front but made the mistake of not looking in the back, just got home to realize they didn't even go under the seats:( I also asked if they could re dust the front and the cup holders because it obviously wasn't done (?) paid for the supreme and they didn't spray air freshener so I had to go back thru and ask them to do it. Said okay?..after getting in truck it was half dusted, mirrors were left dirty and then realized the next morning that they removed paint from the body and never said anything about it. Went in and spoke to manager...his lame response was, oh there was a chip we didnt tell you about and this is why this happened. Wouldnt offer to fix it and left this truck looking like this! They did not wipe the front of the dash or the consoles and it appears while doing a very sloppy job cleaning the inside of the windshield the residue dripped onto the top of the dash and dried into white sticky messes. SAVE YOUR MONEY ON FULL SERVICE & DO IT YOURSELF!! Arrived Saturday December 8 @ 200pm following a few days of rain in Phoenix and with a not too super dirty car. Upon arrival I immediately notice the do it yourself line was about 10 cars long and full service line had only 1 car plus mine. I also notice the trash cans in the do it yourself area are beyond full yet staff is standing around watching the detail folks work. Once my turn comes, I get the normal glass repair guy looking for chips and the "welcome" guy trying to up-sell my wash choice. All to be expected. Once the car is vacuumed and begins its path through the wash, I go in to pay. Cashier was super friendly and helpful. Kudos there! Now the fun as I realized why more folks were washing their car and not letting the staff do it. As I arrive at the finish line, 1 customer is irate with the staff as they ran his battery down causing it to die. When my car comes up as done, the young "supervisor" looks at me as if can I have my tip? I ask him about wiping the rims, the numerous water spots still on the car, the half applied armor-all that has now splashed on the paint and the mud that has come up from their lack of drying the water standing in the driveway all day from the cars leaving the wash bay. No squeegee or mop in site....just standing water with mud that ends back up on "clean" cars. After trying to wipe off the mud from the lower part of the car the Supervisor turns to me and says "better?" to which I simply shake my head. He then says "you have to tell me what's still dirty?" to which I ask why do I need to tell you how to do your job? Does Cobblestone not have standards for car cleanliness or a means to get rid of standing water that is making otherwise clean cars dirty again?
