Watch your vehicle being washed. They are fast tracking them. That's when the brushes are not wrapping around the vehicle. They just push them through and they are still dirty. This happened to me twice in different days. Both times they couldn't answer why it was doing that. But the brushe's worked when I questioned it and brought it back around. Even the top roller brush was not spinning but it did on the 2nd pass. I this continues every time I bring my cars then I'm just canceling my membership read more

Paid for a platinum car wash, which was about $39, waste of money! You're better off just getting a basic wash. They don't do much to justify that price, and they run a vacuum over the interior and wash the windows barely, and Call that Platinum service. Get a bucket and a garden hose and you can do just as good a job. Save your money. read more

I Love This Car Spa!!!! I picked this particular car spa due to the location. It's on route to my home after I drop my kids off at school. I pay a fee once a month for express unlimited car washes. So at minimum, every school day I drop off the kids then stop in to get my car washed. Every time I've gone I've never been disappointed . The facility is very clean and well kept up. The bathroom was immaculate. The employees and staff are very kind, courteous and professional. This particular day I had the pleasure to speak with Stephen Peralta, he was very engaging and helpful. I am extremely happy with the quality of the wash. I have a black SUV which you can imagine how hard it is to clean it. I also add wax to the wash. My SUV comes out spotless. I am also impressed with the free vacuum area. It's very clean and they supply free towels to wipe your car down with. I really appreciate that! I highly recommend Cobblestone for your auto needs. read more

I have gotten my car washed here a couple of times hoping it would get better, but nope! Staff is very nice but this is the second time my car was not vacuumed properly and I still have spots inside my car. 31$ and I am going to still need to clean the car myself. Will never come here again. read more

I totally LOVE this place!! Everyone here is always so friendly & helpful. They do a great job cleaning my car & have lots of accessories. Everything is always stocked & clean. They offer discounts & also do a great job on my oil changes. They are fast & efficient. read more

Saturday afternoon, my husband and I took our brand new 2022 Toyota Tacoma (have had it only a few days) to get a wash at the Cobblestone on 51st ave and Bell. We like to do the Express Wash and just dry and vacuum it ourselves. So we pulled up to an open Express Wash lane and pulled right up to the machine. We were there for less than a few seconds when an attendant came over and said hello. Immediately after the attendant says hello, the very large and heavy metal cover door swung right into the left side bed of our brand new truck. The attendant stood there for a second and then walked over to the cover door and put the chain, that was clearly designed to keep this type of thing from happening, on the latch. Then walked away and just a minute or so later the manager, Richard, walks up. My husband show him the damage and expressed his extreme frustration and heartache over this situation that could have VERY EASILY been prevented. Richard's response was to tell him not to worry and that they would get it fixed. No apology or even empathy towards the unnecessary damage caused to our brand new truck due to the negligence of the car wash employees simply chaining the door back on what was clearly a very windy day, and had been for hours already! He provided the name and address of a body shop for us to go to for the estimate (over $2k in repairs now needed), had my husband fill out a paper and then walked away. We left to go to the body shop because they were closing in about 30 minutes. We are beyond upset with this whole situation, with the handling of the exchange. A couple of issues: We now have damage on the brand new truck that is now going to lower the value of our vehicle and who knows if the body shop will get the repairs right. We now have to take time out of our schedule to get the vehicle in for repairs (which they can't do for over a month from now), get into a rental, go back and pick up the truck and then hope to God that it looks EXACTLY the way it did before. All because the car wash employees failed to simply chain back the heavy metal door/cover. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL changed here. I have gotten my oil changed here multiple times with issues on more then one occasion. The first time they did not put my air box lid back on and I drove around for 2 weeks before it was noticed. The 2nd time just last week they did attack a rubber flap between the bumper and my skid plate causing it to get ripped off. These guys just don't care about you vehicle. I'm more then capable of doing oil changes myself. Wish this place was better as it was a decent deal with the included car wash. read more

Worst car wash I've ever received. Paid $38 for my car to look like it hasn't even been cleaned. Interior still dirty/dusty and was barely vacuumed, outside has same dirty spots the car had when I got there, and you can tell it was not waxed whatsoever. Would not recommend this place, unless you love paying $38 for the highest wash to receive literally nothing from it. read more

I gave no stars because the place is a joke. VIP car wash is a joke. My five year old could have done a better job. Then they make you take your time out of a busy day to come back. No refund either. Go to Francis and Son. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. This place sucks. I paid for a platinum car wash and I could have got a better car wash at circle k. Truck still dirty window all filmy inside dirty. what a waste of money. Avoid this at all costa. read more

Might as well just buy the Basic wash. Platinum is no better. Interior and windshield left dirty. Property stole from my truck

I've gone to Cobblestone about 5 times now in the past two years and have always had a pleasant experience. Even when it looked like a busy day I was usually out of there within an hour. I have gotten full synthetic oil changes for a decent price, a new filter and new wipers. They usually have coupons as well or give you one when you leave so I think I've only paid full price once. They also do this complementary vacuum and wipe down inside your car after every service which is a huge plus for me. Decent prices for the valley but I will keep going back for the convenience and friendly staff. Keep it up! read more

I bought a car from the dealership about a year ago and it had the heavy duty Honda tire valve caps on the valve stems that matched the color of my car. This is the only place that has ever touched my car (just oil changes) and today I went to put air in the tires only the nice valve stem caps were replaced with different cheep ones. I find it very unlikely that a person wanting to take them from a random parking lot would replace them with cheep ones. They would most certainly just take them and run off. Therefore I'm going with the logical conclusion and will never go to this place again. read more

Don't buy prepaid details through these people. I bought one, paid over $100. I come back early in the morning and they tell me it will take all day (car won't be ready til 6 pm). read more

it was a really good car wash they were supposed nice topay was really helpful and did a great job on my car

Had a ceramic coat service . The car sat for 20 minutes before it was driven into bay. The employee waited less than 10 minutes and drove it back to the front and said he was done. I was watching him the whole time through the window into the service area, and he didn't even touch my car. I asked for the manager and he said fuck you. The manager said he would review the video, but never did and he performed the service himself. read more

I went and ended up paying 230 dollars for an oil change, car wash I didn't ask for but they made me pay for anyway, and I did a detailing to take stains out of my carpet for $82 and they didn't even take the stains out. I'm going back in to get that resolved but I'm never going back again for service. read more

This is the 2nd time I have been to this location and purchased the $27 wash. There were 3 individuals working on drying, etc. and I had to tell them to Armorall the other 2 tires that they didn't do and still had water drips and spots on the car. Also it appeared that they were in a hurry to wipe dash as only part of it was done. Although this location is more convenient to us, I will not be coming back here. $27 is way too much and then when you have to tell them everything they miss, when there are 3 people working on it, I could do better elsewhere. We used to come here before it was Cobblestone and were so happy and impressed that we even followed them to another location further out of our way. I will now be going back to a not as convenient place and get my money's worth. read more

Urgent!!! DO NOT GO to the 5050 w bell road location They are horrible. Took my car in for cleaning and when they return my car it have a giant scratch all through the side of my vehicle. I have only had this car for one month straight from the dealership. These workers had the audacity to tell me that my car came in with the scratch. Completely LIE to get away with what they did. Especially when I saw one of the workers playing around with the equipment right next to my car earlier. I ask to speak to a manager which they took for ever to to do. They were in the office for some time then came out and told me that they saw nothing on the camera that could have scratch the car up. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.. AND REFUSE TO TAKE ACKNOWLEDGE FOR WHAT THERE WORKER DID.Instead they call me a liar and messed up my brand new car which I work hard to get. I will never go there again. I have been to the location on Indian School and its terrible. First time at this location and I have to say that the staff were much friendlier and they did a better job wiping down the car after washing. I have been coming here for about 7 years at the Bell Road location . And the Tempe location is even worse than there!!! It has consistently going downhill all they care about is pushing cars through and all of the people from vacuuming to clean your windows do bad bad job.. Waste of money! Don't come here! The other day I had brought in my car and decided to do the diamond wash which was $45 plus tax. I was not expecting anything crazy just wanted the dash, stereo, and steering wheel wiped down and maybe my windows. I basically threw my money away that day since they did nothing the inside of my car looked like it wasn't touched by a single cleaning wipe and the outside of my car my windows had dried water droplets since they didn't even bother to dry it after the machine wash. I recommend going anywhere besides here. read more

This place is absolutely awful! I had decided to get my car detailed early on a Friday. I arrived at 10 am and told the guy that I wanted my car detailed and for sure my carpets shampooed. He quoted me a price of 179 dollars I agree and paid. I proceeded inside to wait and they took my car. Three hours passed my car was wasted but hadn't even been touched as far a detailing. I asked the girl at the front how much longer it would be. After speaking with the guys that do the detailing, she told me it would be an additional hour for them to just get my car in there to start. I was informed that there was only one person doing detailing that day, which was not expressed to me when I paid for a package. I asked her to come back another day to finish? They said yes and I was able to come back another day. However, when I came back to get my car detailed and my carpet shampooed, they detailed my car, but did not even shampoo my carpets, even after I talk to them about it, and there was still crumbs everywhere my car didn't even look clean. It was an awful experience. I will never go back there again. read more

First time coming to this location and wow! I'm terrible with the upkeep of my car. There was a lot of dust and dirt and hair.... it was bad. I got the diamond wash which is a wipe down of the interior, windows and vacuuming. I'm sure there's more but that's the basis of it. It took about an hour and my car looks phenomenal. I'm just sad that I didn't have any cash to tip because they definitely deserved it. read more

Today is 10/13/22. I received an answer to my review that I left on 09/23/22 a few days later and they acted like they were concerned and asked me to e-mail them which i did. I received one e-mail back on 09/28/22 from the manager, Guillermo Lugo at the store located at 5050 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ. He offered to do have the wax done over again and asked when i could come in. I responded on that day, 09/28/22 and said i could come in on Friday 09/30/22 to which I had no response. I then e-mailed him again on Friday 10/07/22 and advised that i had not heard back from him since his initial e-mal and he still hasn't responded. Bottom line is that Cobblestone has employees who answer these Yelp and other reviews acting like they're going to take care of an issue to make the company look good but the company doesn't follow through. My review will remain one star but wish i could leave zero stars for Cobblestone. My recommendation is to go to Francis and Son who i have had good luck with in the past. read more

We went to Cobblestone car wash yesterday because we had a free car wash coupon. When we got there the signage was not very clear on where to enter if you weren't paying the machine. I backed out of the line I was in and drove to the next one where there was an employee named Dominic. I asked him where I was supposed to go and show the coupon. He said I should be in that line over where I was but he could take me where I was. His attitude that showed was that I was bothering him and how dare I ask him a question without being talked to by him first. He scanned our coupon and proceeded to show us where to go. Because of him and the other employees just walking around that make eye contact with you and keep going we will never again go to another Cobblestone car wash again. The only reason for 2 stars is the car wash itself did a good job. read more

I've never had the worse experience at a car wash ever!! New to AZ just signing up for a membership and regretting It to the fullest. Got the Platinum service. When it was time to get my vehicle it still had bird poop, windows still dirty, 3rd row seats were not vacuumed and the inside of the vehicle still had soda marks n so forth. Spoke to the manager/supervisor and he went over it himself and it was decent. Drove off and as I picked up my planner between the seats to check my schedule all the trash that was in the vehicle flew out as i noticed they stuffed all the trash between the seats. At this point I am pissed. Made a uturn and came back around and spoke with Omar and let me just say this man needs to be a damn supervisor. Their own supervisor didn't even acknowledge Omar went home or try to get his attention about me in the services I received you are a shame!! Everyone else is full of it and doesn't know how to do their job Including the manage/supervisor Thank you Omar!! I appreciate you!! Anaa. & Dominique...your full of shit!!! I paid for a car wash on 1/18/21 at 10:39 AM When my car stoped from getting out of the tunnel. I noticed the front part of the bumper laying on the ground by the wires. I let the cashier know because the people outside did not even care or want to deal with it. i waited for 15 min before someone would come out and look at it. He said he wold review the camera in the car wash. I had to go and i could not wait all day. I gave my number to the lady at the register and she said they would call me back. Disappointed every time I go here. I sat in my car in the parking lot in the blazing sun with the engine turned off while they checked my fluid levels at the oil change place. Then I went over to get a car wash and four cars were pulled in at the same time I did but I was there first. They came over to help me last and I said no thanks and drove away. Too bad the employees have no common sense. They would rather play around than help their customers. I won't be back. read more

Be careful if you own a Ford Explorer and take it through this carwash!!! We lost our left windshield trim ($70 replacement cost) in the car wash and employees and manager "attempted" to locate the missing piece, but was unable to find it. The manager explained that the windshield trim coming off was a regular problem for Ford Explorers, which was the first I've ever heard of it and this is our 2nd Explorer. We never had an issue prior. The manager was adamant that the piece must have came off prior to going through the carwash. We live less than .25 miles away from the location and sure we would have noticed it. We left our information and was never contacted, never compensated and not offered anything, not even a bottle of water. I will never take any of my vehicles to ANY Cobblestone because they have horrible customer service. You have to take care of your customers and even if not in a position to replace the missing piece, some acknowledgment would have been nice. I'd recommend better training for your managers! read more

It's a Monday at 12 in the afternoon, needed an oil change and got in quick and even gave me a coupon for a coolant flush I needed done so great service! I walked to to pay though and one of the cashiers has his face mask down eating sunflower seeds and being unprofessional because when he dealt with a customer still eating and not sanitizing his hands or putting his mask up even with a plexiglass in between, it's just common curtesy and professionalism that's lacking a little otherwise everything else was great! read more

I received a mailer with a $10.00 off coupon for the ultimate car wash. Great! So I went to buy a gift card for my husband for fathers day expecting to get the $10 off but was told it was not possible. What? I was told by the clerk (Nathan?) that the car wash had to be done that day to get the $10 off. Obviously this was a surprise gift for someone and that was not possible. So I asked, what if he brings the coupon in when he gets the wash done, will he get the $10 off then? The answer was no again. This does not make sense to me at all. I bought the gift card but I'm disappointed that the coupon was not honored on any level. read more
