Worst car wash I've ever received. Paid $38 for my car to look like it hasn't even been cleaned. Interior still dirty/dusty and was barely vacuumed, outside has same dirty spots the car had when I got there, and you can tell it was not waxed whatsoever. I've gone to Cobblestone about 5 times now in the past two years and have always had a pleasant experience. Even when it looked like a busy day I was usually out of there within an hour. I have gotten full synthetic oil changes for a decent price, a new filter and new wipers. They usually have coupons as well or give you one when you leave so I think I've only paid full price once. They also do this complementary vacuum and wipe down inside your car after every service which is a huge plus for me. Decent prices for the valley but I will keep going back for the convenience and friendly staff. Keep it up! read more

I bought a car from the dealership about a year ago and it had the heavy duty Honda tire valve caps on the valve stems that matched the color of my car. This is the only place that has ever touched my car (just oil changes) and today I went to put air in the tires only the nice valve stem caps were replaced with different cheep ones. I find it very unlikely that a person wanting to take them from a random parking lot would replace them with cheep ones. They would most certainly just take them and run off. Therefore I'm going with the logical conclusion and will never go to this place again. read more

This place is absolutely awful! I had decided to get my car detailed early on a Friday. I arrived at 10 am and told the guy that I wanted my car detailed and for sure my carpets shampooed. He quoted me a price of 179 dollars I agree and paid. I proceeded inside to wait and they took my car. Three hours passed my car was wasted but hadn't even been touched as far a detailing. I asked the girl at the front how much longer it would be. After speaking with the guys that do the detailing, she told me it would be an additional hour for them to just get my car in there to start. I was informed that there was only one person doing detailing that day, which was not expressed to me when I paid for a package. I asked her to come back another day to finish? They said yes and I was able to come back another day. However, when I came back to get my car detailed and my carpet shampooed, they detailed my car, but did not even shampoo my carpets, even after I talk to them about it, and there was still crumbs everywhere my car didn't even look clean. It was an awful experience. I will never go back there again. read more

Today is 10/13/22. I received an answer to my review that I left on 09/23/22 a few days later and they acted like they were concerned and asked me to e-mail them which i did. I received one e-mail back on 09/28/22 from the manager, Guillermo Lugo at the store located at 5050 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ. He offered to do have the wax done over again and asked when i could come in. I responded on that day, 09/28/22 and said i could come in on Friday 09/30/22 to which I had no response. I then e-mailed him again on Friday 10/07/22 and advised that i had not heard back from him since his initial e-mal and he still hasn't responded. Bottom line is that Cobblestone has employees who answer these Yelp and other reviews acting like they're going to take care of an issue to make the company look good but the company doesn't follow through. My review will remain one star but wish i could leave zero stars for Cobblestone. My recommendation is to go to Francis and Son who i have had good luck with in the past. read more

Had a ceramic coat service . The car sat for 20 minutes before it was driven into bay. The employee waited less than 10 minutes and drove it back to the front and said he was done. I was watching him the whole time through the window into the service area, and he didn't even touch my car. I asked for the manager and he said fuck you. The manager said he would review the video, but never did and he performed the service himself. read more

I went and ended up paying 230 dollars for an oil change, car wash I didn't ask for but they made me pay for anyway, and I did a detailing to take stains out of my carpet for $82 and they didn't even take the stains out. This is the 2nd time I have been to this location and purchased the $27 wash. There were 3 individuals working on drying, etc. and I had to tell them to Armorall the other 2 tires that they didn't do and still had water drips and spots on the car. Also it appeared that they were in a hurry to wipe dash as only part of it was done. Although this location is more convenient to us, I will not be coming back here. $27 is way too much and then when you have to tell them everything they miss, when there are 3 people working on it, I could do better elsewhere. We used to come here before it was Cobblestone and were so happy and impressed that we even followed them to another location further out of our way. Urgent!!! DO NOT GO to the 5050 w bell road location They are horrible. Took my car in for cleaning and when they return my car it have a giant scratch all through the side of my vehicle. I have only had this car for one month straight from the dealership. These workers had the audacity to tell me that my car came in with the scratch. Completely LIE to get away with what they did. Especially when I saw one of the workers playing around with the equipment right next to my car earlier. I ask to speak to a manager which they took for ever to to do. They were in the office for some time then came out and told me that they saw nothing on the camera that could have scratch the car up. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.. First time at this location and I have to say that the staff were much friendlier and they did a better job wiping down the car after washing. It has consistently going downhill all they care about is pushing cars through and all of the people from vacuuming to clean your windows do bad bad job.. Waste of money! Don't come here! The other day I had brought in my car and decided to do the diamond wash which was $45 plus tax. I was not expecting anything crazy just wanted the dash, stereo, and steering wheel wiped down and maybe my windows. I basically threw my money away that day since they did nothing the inside of my car looked like it wasn't touched by a single cleaning wipe and the outside of my car my windows had dried water droplets since they didn't even bother to dry it after the machine wash. First time coming to this location and wow! I'm terrible with the upkeep of my car. There was a lot of dust and dirt and hair.... it was bad. I got the diamond wash which is a wipe down of the interior, windows and vacuuming. I'm sure there's more but that's the basis of it. It took about an hour and my car looks phenomenal. We went to Cobblestone car wash yesterday because we had a free car wash coupon. When we got there the signage was not very clear on where to enter if you weren't paying the machine. I backed out of the line I was in and drove to the next one where there was an employee named Dominic. I asked him where I was supposed to go and show the coupon. He said I should be in that line over where I was but he could take me where I was. His attitude that showed was that I was bothering him and how dare I ask him a question without being talked to by him first. He scanned our coupon and proceeded to show us where to go. Because of him and the other employees just walking around that make eye contact with you and keep going we will never again go to another Cobblestone car wash again. I've never had the worse experience at a car wash ever!! New to AZ just signing up for a membership and regretting It to the fullest. Got the Platinum service. When it was time to get my vehicle it still had bird poop, windows still dirty, 3rd row seats were not vacuumed and the inside of the vehicle still had soda marks n so forth. Spoke to the manager/supervisor and he went over it himself and it was decent. Drove off and as I picked up my planner between the seats to check my schedule all the trash that was in the vehicle flew out as i noticed they stuffed all the trash between the seats. At this point I am pissed. Made a uturn and came back around and spoke with Omar and let me just say this man needs to be a damn supervisor. Their own supervisor didn't even acknowledge Omar went home or try to get his attention about me in the services I received you are a shame!! I paid for a car wash on 1/18/21 at 10:39 AM When my car stoped from getting out of the tunnel. I noticed the front part of the bumper laying on the ground by the wires. I let the cashier know because the people outside did not even care or want to deal with it. i waited for 15 min before someone would come out and look at it. He said he wold review the camera in the car wash. I had to go and i could not wait all day. I gave my number to the lady at the register and she said they would call me back. Employee number 13706 I still have not received a phone call to this date. I wanted to let the customers know car washes dont pay out when they damage you vehicle. Be careful if you own a Ford Explorer and take it through this carwash!!! We lost our left windshield trim ($70 replacement cost) in the car wash and employees and manager "attempted" to locate the missing piece, but was unable to find it. The manager explained that the windshield trim coming off was a regular problem for Ford Explorers, which was the first I've ever heard of it and this is our 2nd Explorer. We never had an issue prior. The manager was adamant that the piece must have came off prior to going through the carwash. We live less than .25 miles away from the location and sure we would have noticed it. We left our information and was never contacted, never compensated and not offered anything, not even a bottle of water. I will never take any of my vehicles to ANY Cobblestone because they have horrible customer service. You have to take care of your customers and even if not in a position to replace the missing piece, some acknowledgment would have been nice. Disappointed every time I go here. I sat in my car in the parking lot in the blazing sun with the engine turned off while they checked my fluid levels at the oil change place. Then I went over to get a car wash and four cars were pulled in at the same time I did but I was there first. They came over to help me last and I said no thanks and drove away. It's a Monday at 12 in the afternoon, needed an oil change and got in quick and even gave me a coupon for a coolant flush I needed done so great service! I walked to to pay though and one of the cashiers has his face mask down eating sunflower seeds and being unprofessional because when he dealt with a customer still eating and not sanitizing his hands or putting his mask up even with a plexiglass in between, it's just common curtesy and professionalism that's lacking a little otherwise everything else was great! read more

So I went to buy a gift card for my husband for fathers day expecting to get the $10 off but was told it was not possible. What? I was told by the clerk (Nathan?) that the car wash had to be done that day to get the $10 off. Obviously this was a surprise gift for someone and that was not possible. So I asked, what if he brings the coupon in when he gets the wash done, will he get the $10 off then? The answer was no again. This does not make sense to me at all. This place doesn't even deserve one star. Tried getting an oil change and a wash on 3 separate occasions. The first two times the oil change techs said they didn't have time. The third time the guy said it would take 40 mins for the oil change and car wash. We said, "fine". We wanted the oil change and wash. We told the guy we would go run errands while the truck was being worked on. The guy tells us to wait for the the ticket to get written up and we could leave after that. We went inside to wait for the ticket and watch the guy open our hood to our truck and he walkedaway. About 20 minutes go by and still no ticket. My husband is eagerly waiting near the door when a gruff woman employee with a tattoo on her neck forced my husband to move. She clearly had plenty of room to walk around. She went out of her way to be rude. My husband asked politely if she wrote the tickets because we were waiting on ours. She rudely said they will get it to him when they get to it. 35 mins passed and still no ticket. My husband told the guy we changed our minds because he said it would only take 40 minutes but it was taking longer just to get our ticket and the service hadn't even started. He began making up excuses and yelling at my husband. As we we leaving a guy said he was the manager and started talking crap because we didn't wait to have the work done. These people don't want to work and are rude AF. Don't waste your time or your money on these incompetent people. They have no work ethic and need to hire people that treat others with respect and common courtesy. The people know nothing about the value of good customer service. read more

I've had nothing but great experiences here soo far. Huge shout out to Austin one of the service managers!!! I've brought in three vehicles for oil change and he's been there to help me with two. He genuinely cares about the customer, and is not here to nickel and dime you!! He really goes above and beyond! Bradley at the counter is very friendly. The waiting area and seating indoor/outdoor is very comfortable! Free popcorn, small basketball hoop for the kids and a cute water gin set up where the kids can spray the cars as they go through the wash, it's just super cute! I had previously given this place a two star review due to a terrible experience with an oil change. Since my experience, this store has changed management and has really upped their game! I was in for a full service $23 car wash on Friday 1/24/2020, and the workers failed to vacuum by backseats and trunk (crossover SUV). I didn't realize this until after i got home, which was my own fault. I called the store and spoke to Aisha (I'm sorry if i spelled your name wrong!) and Derrick. Both of them were very professional and Derrick invited me to come back and he would vacuum out my car. When I got back, Derrick met me at the front of the store and treated me with respect. Not only, did he a manager vacuum out my car but he also made sure to wipe down everything and really go the extra mile! Thank you Derrick for taking such great care of my car and I!
