Great service, I went through just the wash and did the interior myself. They had every you need to dry and vacuum your car.

Rethinking the years+ long membership on both vehicles!!!! Due to yesterday's interaction that left me literally speechless @ the 4601 Chandler blvd location. On my drive home stopped in. 35 minutes before they closed for the night. Washed and then dry like normal. so I'm now at like 25 minutes before they close maybe it doesn't take long to wash when they're not busy there's myself and another gentleman on the other side of the aisle drying and vacuuming his car. I have the membership because I go maybe like three times a week so my car is relatively clean It's just my husband and I, we have no kids and the dog never goes in the car so it doesn't get really dirty so it doesn't take me long to vacuum!!! I'm literally going from front passenger to rear passenger, hose in hand IN THE MIDDLE OF VACUUMING ALMOST FINISHED BECAUSE I'VE STARTED AT THE REAR DRIVER SIDE PASSENGER, AND I WORKED MY WAY AROUND and finish with the cargo area/trunk whatever ya call it, the 3 dudes working decide that is a good idea to turn off the side of the aisle that I'm vacuuming, literally almost finished. They had sat there and watched me and the other guy, vacuum and dry the whole time because they were not busy they were gonna be closing now we're 20 so maybe 19 minutes OK that's 19 minutes before you close. You don't turn off the goddamn vacuum on a customer who's paying clearly when they watch me go through the tunnel after cleaning the parking lot and being around me and the other gentleman in the car on the other aisle, seeing that I was just about done as I didn't have much more to vacuum I was already dried. I was already washed. I had the hose in my hand. The kid was cleaning up you know gathering towels, and I say hey yo turn on the vacuum kinda looks at me and smirks and says you can go to the other side you know. I was literally speechless like shocked. I didn't know what to say. Are you kidding me???? they're not even close yet not even five minutes from closing. It wasn't like I was there after closing and they were like all right dude time to go. I could understand that. No no I come to this location around the same time three times or so a week because that's what time I'm available and on my way home I was like speechless to him shocked, but that's how they treat customers and I asked a kid what's his name cause I was planning on contacting the manager the next morning and he like beats around the bush. He's like well you know doesn't have a name tag on or I wouldn't have had to ask him then I said OK well, who's the manager? What do you mean I said who's the manager working tomorrow morning? He's like shrug his shoulders. I'm like you don't know who your general manager is sir really OK finally he claims the guy named Sergio but didn't seem too sure. Not all locations are the same everyone's gonna have a different experience, but this was like straight up unacceptable. read more

Would give 0 stars if available. Brought wife's car to Scottsdale/Deer Valley location for a top line "Platinum" service. Three cars in line, 6 workers standing chatting (one with visible face tats). Asked why no-one was working, "Donny" said each had specific jobs.(apparently customer service was not one). "Donny" told the guy not to service me. Asked to speak to manager: "Jay" and he did check the car in. Upon exiting the "Platinum" wash noted with pictures several (4) areas that were not touched inside. I ended getting the monthly car wash deal here. I go through whenever my car needs. What I like is the vacuums, air pressure cleaner, towels, so the service area makes it for me. I can go through and get the car cleaned and then fine tune the wash. Use a cloth to get the bugs off and clean the car out real quick. If you want to do this every week or so the monthly deal is worth it. read more

I attempted to cancel my monthly car wash. Initially, I attempted to cancel it inside, but was given a card with the contact number to call to cancel. When I called this number, no one ever answered. I left a message (as directed on the voicemail) for a callback, which I never received. My final option was to text the number to cancel. I received an initial response, but no additional response, confirming the cancellation. Buyer beware...cancelling this monthly subscription seems to be a monumental task. read more

I was wrongly accused of a hit and run at this location, only to later be told it wasn't even my vehicle. They didn't verify anything before calling me. Completely unprofessional. I canceled all my memberships and won't be returning. read more

Quick in and get the car washed. No issues. Is a touch wash. Never get the hood fully but gets the main muck off.

I got a new car and treated myself to a Cobblestone unlimited car wash subscription. I've been going a couple of times a month now for the past year and the service has also been cheerful, friendly, and fast. I typically get the basic wash, then hit the vacuum stations to do the windows and floor mats. There are always clean towels and the vacuums work great. I particularly appreciate the high-pressure air guns for blowing dust and water out of those tiny places. The only issue I've ever had is that the place can get pretty busy sometimes, making it hard to find an open vacuum bay. read more

I come here every week to get my cars washed. I had to take a moment and give a shout out to the gentleman leading my car into the car wash this morning. He actually looked at me and smiled while guiding me in. Although it seems small, it made me feel special, he is tall and slender He has his nose pierced and was wearing a sun hat. It's a pretty good wash with great value if you get the subscription, it's very convenient to just pull up and have them scan your barcode. It's not too special but if you live in the area it's a pretty good deal . read more

Absolute dumpster of a car wash. I spent $22 on a "premium" car wash which was essentially just spraying foam over the hood then slapping it back off. It left streaks all down the top and back of my car, didn't really wash off anything besides some dust, and didn't fully dry either. I had to go home and scrub the whole car again to get rid of the streaks there soap left. 0/10 would not recommend this place to anyone unless u like wasting money and having to wash off the joke of a car wash you get. Nice upgrade from old ownership. For $13.00 I was able to get a good wash & shine. They provide reusable cloths to dry and clean the inside of your car. Vacuums are good and the staff was friendly inside and out! read more

Had bird droppings on my car, ran it through the car wash and the bird droppings were still there. As a unlimited member I decided to run the car through a second time and noticed that the cleaning brush wasn't actually touching my car and the bird droppings remained after two washes. They admitted the machines need repair and offered a third wash including a extra pressure wash which almost cleaned it. The car wash is broken and needs repair, buyer beware. read more

Warning About This Cobblestone Auto Spa on Chandler & 48th St: **** DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR AIR FOR YOUR TIRES- the nozzle doesn't work properly. I went yesterday and tried to inflate all four of my tires. 1) the air costs $2 for 5 minutes - Wow! 2) after struggling for 10 minutes and $4 later, I had one tire that was 11psi low because the nozzle doesn't fit correctly and it let a bunch of air OUT of my tire. 3) the clerk was extremely rude to me. *** I am a very capable person that knows how to fill her own tires. I went somewhere else, used their air for FREE, and everything was just fine! read more

My car was pretty dirty after two days of monsoon dirt and rain. This car wash got the worst of it off, but did not get it clean to even warrant a two star review. Drive a little further to Warner and 56th for a better clean. read more

Same issue as others with the "lite wash" being comparable to the previous $5 wash under previous management. It didn't even remove the dirt and bird poop off the hood. My experience was however different than the others. When I swung around thinking maybe it was a malfunction with the wash I was met with a extremely disrespectful kid named Mason at the gate. I asked to speak to the manager after getting no where with the kid and getting tired of his attitude. After hearing the manager out on the lite wash I even offered to pay the difference for the normal wash. The manager just ran it through again on lite wash instead... lol two washes and the dirt & poop was still there! I won't be back anytime soon, both from the attitude and service of the carwash. read more

Fantastic place to get your car washed. I've had unlimited washes for my truck for the last two years... If you get your truck washed more than once a month it's worth it. When you get unlimited washes it's good for all cobblestone locations. So happy they built this one so now I don't have to drive to the one in Tempe or hit up the one by my work but they do have a lot of convenient locations all over the valley. read more

Neighbors, this address used to have a nice and easy $5 car wash. Now that it's "Upgraded" to Cobblestone, be prepared to pay more, for less. I selected The "Lite Wash" for $6 thinking it was the same simple wash we used to get. Got through and realized my windshield wasn't remotely clean. Went back through. Got the very nice person to run me through again at no charge. Second time through, I realized that the side brushes engage, but at no time did the top brush come down and clean the car. Thinking they had a malfunction on their hands, I swung back around. At this point the young woman explained that to get the top brush, I needed the $9 Basic wash. On one hand, I was miffed. Mostly at myself, I should have asked them to explain the detailed nuances between a Lite wash and a Basic wash. Besides, how is this Cobblestone employee supposed to know that the community is used to getting a real wash for $5. So now a real wash is basically double the cost. She claims it's a real Cobblestone. It's not. The Lite wash should be called a Rinse. Why they have the side brushes engaged but not the top seems dumb and incongruent; but hey, it's their business. They can run it the way they want. I'll warn the spouse. There's now no reason to stop in again. read more

I live in the neighborhood and I have always gotten my car washed at this location before it was up graded. I decided to get the unlimited wash. But I must say the people they hired to work the car wash are rude!!! The guy that waves you into the car was so rude to me I was about to get out of my car on him. Disrespectful behavior. Its ridiculous that you guys just opened a car wash, invest all this money, and it still sucks. Terrible vacuums, workers seem less than amused to be there and the cyclical cycle of crappy car washes remains. I don't know who consults with Cobblestone on user experience, but it's clear to me that no one in the corporate office has ever actually used this car wash and gotten out and vacuumed. This used to be my go to car wash before cobblestone took it over. I have yet to be satisfied with any of the levels of car washes that I've paid for. I literally just paid $11 for the basic car wash and all it literally did was rinse my car off. Not one bristle touched my vehicle for $11. I could have literally done that at my house with a hose in the same amount of time. At this point I come to use the vacuums for free without a car wash to make up for how shitty the car wash is that I've paid for up to this point. read more

Total upgrade from previous owners. I have been coming here for over 10 years and The vacuums are my biggest because I have 3 boys so I need super suction and finally this location has extremely hard suction. I haven't had any problems with my car wash so idk what any of these people are talking about. Probably just want a free car wash. I've had nothing but good experiences here since the owner change including great costumer service. I have a membership so I go here a lot and no issues with wash or the workers. Every time I pull-up they greet me even though my membership is being scanned and I really don't need to speak to a person. The only thing I would suggest is the drying I do have to get out and dry my car which I don't mind because I do my windows anyway but the front of my car stays pretty wet could be because I went from a Kia Soul (tiny car) to Sorento (way longer) and it is just too long. Had a poor customer service experience. I called in and was told I would be comped a few washes to address my dispute. So, I made a specific trip to the wash to pick those up and the cashier refused to honor what I was told by a manager.
