I went t the Surprise wash off Bell rd. and Litchfield Ave. First, this is our first time at this car-wash company and we are not happy!. The exterior of the truck was great! unfortunately, that is where it ended. we got the Diamond touch, and the carpets had to taken back to be re-done and still were not completely clean, the console was dirty, they had to re-do, and still was not right, there was dirt still at the bottom on the door where it connects to the vehicle, as well as where the doors, both had dust and dirt, they didn't even wipe this area down. the windshield on the inside was not cleaned, after driving away into the sun, we could see the finger prints that were left there by our grandchildren. the truck back windows was not even wiped down inside or out. They waxed the foot pedals, which made my shoes slip. and to end it, they didn't even give me the air freshener that they said they would give. For the price of the Diamond Touch, we expected a little more effort that running it through wash and wiping a few areas in the interior ans calling it a day. We are very disappointed with the service of this company. After talking with a window replacement company on site, we are getting a new windshield through someone that is affiliated with this company, and we are at this point very apprehensive about getting it done, and they are giving us free car washed from this car-wash, and we are seriously considering declining this generous offer. For being a top end car wash, we expected more, but I guess, as they say, if you want it done right, do it yourself! I am getting older, so I need to rely on others for this type of job, well, maybe my 10 year old grandson can get it done better. read more

Stick to the car wash and skip the service. Said they checked engine air filter and in-cabin air filter, and they did not. They tried to up-sell me and say my car needs full synthetic oil when the car manual says synthetic blend. You have to stand out in the heat for about 15 minutes to let them know what services you want and find out how much it's going to cost you. read more

I've been an unlimited wash member for about a year now.... The washes always turn out great, and I love the staff. For $30 a month I get to wash my car as often as I need to. I couldn't be happier! read more

Such great service here!! From the employee that helped me decide which wash, to the cashier, to the employee who handed me my keys when my car was done! 180 degree improvement from Jackson's Car Wash which had NO consideration for happy customers. read more

Terrible place, I have a brand new Ford F250 and after being there today, it has a broken windshield and scratched hood. The wash itself was even bad, dirt all over and the wheels weren't cleaned at all. I asked for no sent, it's a new vehicle.... They spayed that nasty new car sent all over. I talked with a supervisor and basically was told "to bad". I'll never go back and I hope they change things around. I'd recommend not going there.... read more

These guys are just plain crooks!! They try to upsell junk then do a poor job. They talked my wife into getting the tranny fluid replaced. As soon a they did that it started leaking, then we took it back to get "fixed" and now the steering fluid leaks like a siv. They clearly busted it.We never had any leaks, we had a nice clean driveway until these crooks got under our car. These people are the reason all mechanics have a reputation of being theives. read more

Do not use the Auto Glass company associated with this car wash. Terrible, terrible product. Make sure your insurance company has them as a preferred provider or you will be stuck if something goes wrong with their windshield install like mine did (3 times). Yes, 3 seperate poor quality windows were installed. The last time they incorrectly did the seal thus creating loud wind noises. The car wash is great but the Pro Glass company they contract with is substandard. Do not have your windshield replaced a by these guys. Worst experience ever with a windshield replacement. read more

Vehicle was damaged in car wash. GM Sean did not think it was necessary to inform the other vehicle owner of the collision caused by attendant negligence. Immediately blamed my wife stating he "knew" the car was in drive and that she is lying. Refused to give insurance, corporate contact (he stated he was the GM and there was no one above him) or any other information. Stay clear of cobblestone unless you just need a Redbull and some jerky. It's really unfortunate because the cashiers inside are always helpful and kind. read more

I've been a customer for over a decade- service is always great- car washes are usually perfect. I even had a tire blow out close to their shop- as I pulled in, several employees rushed right over to help! They changed my tire to the spare so I could make it home all out of goodness of their hearts! Now that's customer service! read more

5/29/156 I just returned home from the car wash. When I went to retrieve my car, there was drops of paint on the wind shield. On further inspection there was drops of paint all over the grill and smeared paint all over the right headlight and signal light plastic cover. I drove my car @ 6:30 this morning and not see any paint before and after driving. Drove to cobblestone @10:10 where an employee tried to sale me a car detail which I refused. He was not happy. I admit I'm a senior citizen always being taken advantage of. The person who called to pick up my car said it needed some kind of wash. Cost $100.00. This is the 3rd time the have damaged my car. Will never take to any Cobblestone car wash again!!!! SENIORS BE ADVISED!! read more

I went to this car wash with a free coupon provided from my work. It was for a free basic car wash. Once I pull up to the gas station out comes the shark (car wash attendant). I explained I only wanted the basic wash and yet he was very accretive on getting me the supreme and any upgrade possible. I just looked at him directly and looked frustrated and said "please sir only a basic wash". He wrote up my ticket and I went into the cashier and gave my coupon and they still wanted $15 extra. He wrote me down for the supreme. At that point I didn't want to proceed with the car wash because if the worker was willing to do that I thought he was capable of anything. They already processed the car through the wash. They were able to make it free with the coupon after complaining. My only question is to management.. Do you put that much pressure on your attendants for up sales that he needs to lie? Also In regards to the window replacements they are absolutely relentless without replacing your window. When you tell him you have Stare Farm Insurance and it can be done for free. They say your insurance will pay you back. I called State Farm and they said to never go to those suckers. The pressure he puts on you to buy more expensive product I felt like I was at a time share presentation. read more

This is particularly for the auto glass portion of the facility. I had just come back from a road trip and the sales guy approached my vehicle and told me that I had lots of little chips and my windshield needed to be replaced. I said ok and that I wanted to look at the price. He came back with a man , who I assume was his supervisor. Then the originally sales guy said that I just needed one chip repair. I agreed and he fixed the chip. He seemed very nice and walked me to the registers to pay. When I got my car home, I looked at my windshield and noticed that there were several other larger chips that were never addressed. I also noticed that there was a square piece of film over the chip he fixed. I don't know if I am supposed to take it off or not. I do not appreciate not being told the whole story. I went to another auto glass place and they said because of the amount of cracks, I will need a replacement. I had no problem paying for a replacement, but what I don't like is paying for a useless chip repair on a compromised windshield. read more

First when I went to get a wash they tried to sell me on upgrades one of which was a detail of $100+ package. My husband always schedules details/oil changes. So, I told the salesman my husband does all of that, he replied, "Ugh! That is such a cliche" and walked away with out helping me; which another guy had to help. I didn't go back for a year until I received a free wash coupon. On the way to the car wash with my husband driving I was putting on makeup which the AC blew some of the powder over the dash, gear shift, and cup holders. Not a huge mess but glad to be going to car wash. The coupon ended up being outside wash only so we bought the $20.00 works package for the whole care. When we got our car literally the inside was untouched and powder was still seen as it was. When we went to the manager to have then inside done he said, "Well, that's what you pay for!" As the most expensive car wash around this area the Chevron across the street for 5 bucks would have done the same job. After complaining up to multiple people and showing them the powder, they just wiped up the powder without doing all the other areas. I am not a picky person, but this place is just plain lazy. Save your money and go somewhere else which I am sure is cheaper and does a better job without insults!! read more

The car wash was fine, minus a few missed water spots (minor issue), but the process was frustrating. This was my first time at a car wash that was not self-serve. I told them that as soon as I pulled up, but there was no explanation of how it all worked. The guy driving my car through the wash was rude. I told him this was my first time and asked if he needed me to get out of the car and he retorted, "Do you want me to wash your car?" I took my wash receipt and waited for about 20 minutes while they washed it (again, no problem, they were busy & it was a Saturday), and finally figured out on my own that I needed to go inside and pay. Then for some reason, they couldn't figure out a way to let me know when my car was done. No calling over the loudspeaker, nothing. I just saw it driven out front and parked. Then I had to flag the guy down to get my keys back. Again, the wash was fine, nothing stellar, but the customer service was enough to make me not want to go back. read more

I went here about 25 mi to closing and their were about 2 others cars besides mine. I went here even after reading all the bad reviews. I mentioned to the guy that I was concerned after reading Yelp. He ensured me that they would do a good job. My car had dust and floor mats needed vacuming. I did have some sticky stuff in my cupholdeds I mentioned I'd liked cleaned. The man then proceeded to tell me that to get a wipe down on my car I would have to purchase the most expensive car wash which I believe was $45 plus. I asked what the car wash one step down included. He said a "dry cloth wipe down" vacuum, windows and exterior wash a tires. What exactly would a dry cloth wipe down do on any vehicle? Most $20 car washes are good at other places I've been to. I decided to do it anyway. When they called me to pick up my car I looked around the outside. I wasn't impresssd but it looked better than before. The tires were still dirty and the actually wheel did not have even product on it. Sloppy work! When we got in to drive away that's when I realized why the Yelp reviews were so bad. There was dust everywhere, they did not clean interior windows at all. The "dry cloth wipe down" just pushed the dust around didn't remove it in any way. I pulled over when my ten year old son said it didn't look like they vacuumed the floors or seats. They did not lift up the floor mats to vacuum they did a fast job on surface which was horrible. I was so disappointed. I drove back and had a guy do the windows and tires. It was a waste of time and money. Best to do it yourself at the $3 carwashes all over town. My ten years old does the interior of our car and does a far more better job then this place. Trust the Yelp reviews and stay clear of this place. I do give five stars for the wonderful staff inside the car wash. They are friendly, kind and had great customer service. read more

I took my Toyota minivan on Saturday May 12th for a express car wash at this location. I know when I went throught the tunnel for the wash my bumper was in good condition but when it came out my rear bumper was unclipped on the passenger side plus some paint also came off with a very minor dent. I filed a complaint with the car wash manager (Austin Eirley) on duty at that time, he said he will review the video and let me know. I have to follow up with him every time because he did not called me at all, anyways he said all looks good on their side and it is something in the van was not right but he did admit that when it came out he saw bumper did came off. He didn't allow me to watch the video or not willing to give a copy of the video so something is not right and they don't want to admit that. I just want to fix this bumper but they are not ready to coperate at all so beware of this place. read more

I went to cobblestone car wash in Chandler today and was very disappointed. I asked for the $15.99 car wash and as usual they try to upsell. At first I said no but the salesman told me that if I would purchase the ultimate wash for $32.99 he would clean my doors and get them looking good do a good vacuum and get all of the dirt of my daughters seat. I said ok. When they were finished they did no more that the basic cheapest wash I usually get. My doors were still dirty and they did not vacuum the third row in my SUV. When I said something they said " your car was really dirty this is the best we can do" Really! I would not come in if my car was clean. He then told me for $99 he could detail and get it clean. I don't want to spend $99 I already gave them $32 and still have a dirty car. He offered me a free car wash next time. No thanks I don't need another crappy job. I came home and vacuumed my car and wiped down the inside myself and it looks better. Thanks a lot I paid to clean my own car. read more

I've been going to Cobblestone for as long as they've been in business. I've tolerated the less-than-great wash jobs because they were convenient for me and I liked supporting a local business. Today was a very unfortunate day, in that while my truck was in their custody, one of their attendants drove a car into the back driver side bumper and creased it badly. I brought this issue to the attention of Tom, the car wash manager, who brought up a series of grainy videos. The damage was caused between the vacuum station and the wash tube and his videos were just not conclusive enough for him. My truck did not have as much as a blemish on it prior to today. I thought that I would give them the opportunity to stand on the right side of right, but this is clearly not their policy. So....for the $600 in damage that they've done to my truck, they've lost me and my entire family as clients. This business will not protect your vehicle or take responsibility for it's welfare while it's in their care. Know this before you go here. read more

This review is for the oil/lube service dept. I had some slow starts on my car yesterday and knowing that this Az. heat drains batteries, I went to Cobblestone (where I purchased my previous battery) and they hooked me up. I even got a $20 proration on a 4 year old battery. Forward to today... I realized that I had some lights illuminated on my dash and that my brake lights were on non-stop. I stopped by Cobblestone first thing in the morning, thinking that the issue was connected to the new battery. Devin (the new manager) quickly checked things out and discovered it was my brake light switch and said it was a ten minute fix. He told me to get the part from the dealer and bring my car back. When I called the dealer, they told me it would be $190 to repair and they would need the car overnight! Instead, I purchased the part for $17, went back to Devin and indeed, he hooked he up again- NO CHARGE!!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest! He even joked with my son while he installed the part in the sweltering heat! I can't tell you how much I appreciated his help and quick, FREE fix today. I have always had good luck with their service and I will definitely continue my loyalty. Thank you, Devin, for such a feel-good gesture! I am truly grateful! read more

My $25.00 car wash not completed to my satisfaction. One of the employees spilled a white greasy liquid on my black cloth seats. I brought this to the attention of the manager. While at my truck I was able to point out several other concerns. Sand and debris on the floorboards, the windshield still had bugs, black spots and bird dung still remained on the paint. The manager, Mike, suggested I come back some other day and he would fix it. When I advised him this was not possible he said, "OK" and walked away. I considered leaving but as I was entering my truck I noticed muddy boot marks in the bed of the truck. Someone had climbed in to dry the top of the cab (?) and then left a trail. I was force to go back inside and have Mike paged. He was not happy to see me and made it very clear hat I was wasting his time as he did not intend to rectify it this night. I demanded a refund he refused. I advised him I would, if need be, dispute the charge with my credit card. He said that this was not a problem for him. When I asked him why the bed of my truck would be dirtier than when I brought it he walked away again. I asked him again as he was walking away and he simply waved his hand in the air. He never once apologized. I will update this when my dispute is resolved. read more

I find it hard to believe Cobblestone would let Novus auto glass drag down there business. My insurance 2 times has referred me to Novus for window repair and 2 times I have been burnt. This time (Thursday) they sent out the wrong windsheild so coulldn't do the work. I was told they would call back in less than an hour to reschedule."probably the first of next week to get the work done" they said. Well no call Thursday of Friday. I called Monday and said they wqould call right back with a schedule of when they could do it. Over 3 hours later I drove over to cobblestone to talk. They acted like - you called here... Then the soonest they could do it was maybe Friday. These guys seemed like they just didn't care. They would stop everthing to ask someone if they needed a glass fixed while talking to me aout my car. So I told them to forget it and I took my car to another glass place. needless to say I will never let these guys near my cars again. read more

Though the car washes are usually average (they ALWAYS miss something), their oil change service is now off my list of places that I will do business! They WAY overfilled my transmission and REFUSED to admit any guilt whatsoever even though the truck has been going only there for service for quite some time! They wanted me to pay for a transmission service to fix the problem! Apparently my truck is now PRODUCING transmission fluid on its own! I caught the MANAGER in numerous lies and he had absolutely no apology AT ALL! I will NOT be doing business with anyone who treats customers like they do. The manager called me a liar basically and actually stated that his employees don't make mistakes, even though I pointed out that when I first got there today the guy went to check my fluid and turned the truck OFF to do so! Bottom line, they don't actually do a service (the manager said that they don't check levels and they only try to sell you a transmission flush), they don't stand behind their work, they flat out lie, and they treat their customers like liars. Rant and business concluded! read more

I went there this morning for an oil change and car wash. Staff was fine, but when I went to pay for the service they only gave me half the value of the coupon I presented. I thought it looked funny and asked the cashier who assured me that $6 was taken off only to look at the final receipt and see it only took off $3. Then she had to get a manager who had to speak with the oil change manager about the issue. They thought it was maybe beacuse the coupon had expired on the 15th. I didn't have the patience for an extended wait so I left and said I would be back. Upon my return I checked the car as it sat in the lot and realized that it really hadn't been vacuumed well and didn't look like they removed any of the bugs from the front of the car, much less cleaned any of the interior windows. At that point I grabbed one of the supervisors and upon looking at it he re-vacuumed the car, cleaned the front and did the Windows again. While he was doing this I went back inside to get my resolution to the coupon issue and was given $3 in cash and my paperwork. Upon returning to my car to see that it was finally cleaned I gave the supervisor my receipt and a small tip and he asked me if I wanted another coupon. I said sure and took it and left. Upon looking at it I realized it expired on the 15th. I wonder what would happen if I attempted to use it again or another thought I had was how many peolple have been misled by this gimmick. read more

I have come to this auto spa for detailing and always had good service. I am in a tight financial spot and needed to use my car care one card for gas and was on empty already. I have used this card here before last month. The attendant needed to type in the account number last month and said it was typical for that card. I went today for gas and informed then of the card issue. They refused to type in the card and cancelled the transaction even though it was even capible of me entering the number in. They said it was a security issue when i asked why. I offered 2 forms of government issue IDs that matched my card. She said that they never will type it in. When i asked why they couldnt just type it in like they did less than a month prior, she said that they just couldn't. I asked if there was anyone that could give me a better answer and she gave me a number that didn't work for a supervisor. When i told her that it was not working, she said that it does work. I explained that i was in a bind and see if there was anything that we could do, her coworker escorted me out into the 100 degree weather to my car which had no gas. They just argued and said that i was lying that i used that card there and it must be me. Now they lost a customer for life. The gas station a mile down the road gave me 10 in gas. I will return the money on Friday with a nice tip for that sweet guy. read more

Frank Lloyd Wright Cobblestone Auto Spa scratched the inside of my windshield and would not take responsibility for it. I have an immaculate newer Toyota Tundra and noticed a 2 inch fine scratch in the center of the driver's side. I noticed it right away within a couple blocks from Cobblestone after getting a simple $15 wash plus $5 Rain-x. I thought it must be a streak on the outside of the windshield because it didn't wipe away from the inside when I tried to rub it off while driving. I drove all morning, checked it out after lunch and discovered the scratch WAS inside. I called immediately, was told to come down which I did. The manager tried to wax it out and said I couldn't prove they did it. Supervisor tried the wax treatment and said the same - Sorry, tough luck. He told me I may have done it - I said the scratch is smack in the middle of my side of the windshield. It is a new scratch that wasn't there before I brought the truck in. I got the corporate office number, called and left a message but no reply. Beware. High pressure sales by monster drink junkies. Business has no integrity. Thugs. read more

I stopped this morning to get my car washed. I was approached about some chips in my windshield, which I've already had repaired. I don't appreciate arguing about whether or not a chip in the middle of my windshield was repaired or not. When I told him that it had been repaired, he treated me like an idiot, saying "let me show you" and I know about the chip. I got it exactly one week after I bought my car in 2010. I brought it to the same Cobblestone 2 weeks later where I paid $30 out of pocket to have it repaired --- and I had to argue with a guy then as well as I did not want to file an insurance claim. I sell insurance for a living and I know what filing even a glass claim can do to one's rating factor. But this morning I couldn't believe how I was treated. He stood there telling me in a very loud voice that the repair was not done right --- well then shame on Cobblestone as they did the repair! I don't appreciate being treated with such rudeness and blatant disrespect. read more
