After signing up for a membership I went to use it for the first time to get my car cleaned. While outside I was asked about detailing and not explained anything as to what my membership got me. I said nothing extreme a light detail would be fine. They printed the receipt to which I saw was $75. I again asked for clarification as to what I was getting and wasn't given much. I went inside to pay hoping they could better explain what this included. Apparently the "light" detail was originally $110 and my membership discounts got it down to $75. I then went outside and my car was already done (10 min max). I would be totally fine paying this is there was any attention to detail and that in numerous spots left in my car that looks like they barely even touched it with a rag. They also didn't even move the floor mats to vacuum under those. I suggest that you also educated your people as 1) none of them could tell me what the membership they sold me last time got me and 2) what exactly the $110 detail got me as it seems like not much. read more

Just heard a strange clicking noise while I was at Walgreens next to Cobblestone. I approached a gentleman outside of their service shop and explained what was going on. He walked over to take a listen. Although they were closing, he invited me to pull up to top off my oil. Two other gentleman took time to check things out as well. Last time I checked the basic wash still included a vacuum and wipe down of the inside of the vehicle, but today when I went, they did not do either of those things. They didn't vacuum or even wipe the inside windows or windshield, and sprayed something greasy on my floor mats but didn't wipe it. This is not the first time they've done a terrible job, the only reason I get car washes here is because they're included with the oil change. That said, I don't think I'll be back for an oil change here either. Each time I go the guys try to scam me into buying some add on that I have never heard of, and today was no exception. Can I say it again, Terrible!!! $50 for a ultimate wash, they don't bother doing a damn thing else, no vacuum of trunk, no wiping down the door jams, heck they were supposed to condition the seat, nope. You think they wiped down the wheels after spraying them fully with tire shine, Nope. Took me an hour to wipe the car and wheels down at their vacuum station which you guessed it,,,, hardly worked. GREAT SERVICE! Didn't go here for a car wash or an oil change, just stopped by because it happened to be where my girlfriend pulled into when she got a flat tire. I left work to go see what I could do but we didn't have the necessary tools as she had tire locks on her lugnuts so we were clearly struggling... Next thing you know two mechanics from the oil change shop walked over and offered to lend a helping hand since business was slow at the time, they brought over some gear and got the tire off, went and filled up her spare tire with air and put it on!! I washed my car at Cave Creek Rd/ Tatum location. My Platinum wash was ok as long as it was by the machine. Once it went out for vacuuming and window cleaning, it was horrible. The workers there only cleaned the inside windows on the driver's side. Last time, they didn't even clean the inside windshield window. All my dogs' nose prints on the back windows were never cleaned. They only touched up cleaning on the outside on the driver's side, and basically never touched the passenger side. There were still dirt on the passenger seat. I am not sure if they even vacuumed the back seat. Car wash didn't worth $40. read more

Go here all the time and get pretty decent wash and clean. If they miss something they jump right on it. Very polite and efficient. Other day my wiper arm was bent up. Just waiting for manager to tell me 'not our problem', but he came out and agreed to replace it quickly....and then did a couple days later when he got the part. After trying to only give me the more expensive options I told him that I wanted the basic which he brought me to. I took my car in for an oil change on a Saturday as was very pleased with the honest service and added bonus of a special premium car wash. The next morning my car was running quite ragged. I recently completed a customer satisfaction review which was emailed to me a day after having my vehicle washed at Cobblestone on Cave creek and Tatum blvd in Cave Creek. I have an unlimited service plan there and yesterday when going through the car wash I had noticed that the rinse cycle wasn't being triggered on which left my car and engine bay filled with soap. I figured there had been a technical glitch with the machine running the rinse cycle so I decided to pull around and go through the car wash a second time. Much to my surprise the same issue ensued only this time my vehicle was loaded with more soap suds (likely an added effect from now having twice the amount of suds on the car the 2nd time through. I decided to cut my losses and call it a day. When checking my email today I saw a cobblestone survey in my inbox asking about my recent car wash I decided to complete it and express my frustration. After completing the survey I was called within 15minutes by management at Cobblestone who expressed their apology for my experience and to inform me that the situation with the machine had been rectified. I was offered a complimentary detail which I declined as I was more interested in ensuring this issue wouldn't continue to affect others. I was impressed with Cobblestones management reaching out so expeditiously to ensure that my vehicle was tended to and that the problem had been resolved. It's not very often that management is willing to own up to an error and reach out so expeditiously to correct and issue. This encounter merits a 5 star review despite originally starting as a complaint however cobblestones management handled this situation well. I will continue to have my family's cars washed at Cobblestone as I find value and convenience in their unlimited car wash plans. read more

Louis and Jay from the oil change shop were AMAZING!!! I got a flat tire and pulled over in the cobblestone parking lot. They saw me trying to fix the tire and offered to help me take it off and put my spare on. They did it free of charge out of the kindness of their hearts and I am so grateful! I'm a big fan of Cobblestone Car Wash, just not this one. Up until a couple of years ago we always went to the Scottsdale Rd/Adobe location. After moving to Cave Creek I can't stand the bother of driving that far. My wife, on the other hand, still goes to Scottsdale Rd. Now I go to Tatum at Cave Creek. To say they are slow and mediocre is an understated. In conversation with others waiting forever for their cars to be done, we decided that I'll accept half the cleaning job and three times the wait to save the drive. Customer service very poor. Put our account on hold for the summer. They acknowledged the hold but, continued to charge us $21/ month. After numerous emails, phone calls & communicating with numerous different people they said we had two accounts??? Not sure how that happened. We have only one car with a bar code on it. One time the service person said he could not scan the bar code & proceeded to put a new bar code on our car. Maybe that is the second account? Customer service was unwilling to do anything. We are now out around $250. I cancelled both accounts. After cancelling accounts I have another $21 charge. Something is very suspicious with this company. Be aware. Want to give everybody at least in my neighborhood a heads up about cobblestone. Not that you can't do the math, but here's the reality of their ultimate plan. $35 a month for 12 months is $1120. If you got your car washed once a week, which is a lot, that's $21 per wash In reality, we probably wash our car once every 4 to 6 weeks in Arizona, if you went through the full service at $27, you can spend about $150 a year which is about three dollars per car wash But here's why I'm riding I went through for a normal car wash $27 vacuuming the inside, wiping it down and exterior. The young man that was helping me signed me up for the ultimate wash at $35 a month on a manual program, without talking to me about it without bringing it up, and I noticed it on my credit card that I review closely every day. I reported a management and they acknowledged that the guy is out there do that to make conversation bonuses they realize it and yet I'm not sure they're very excited about doing anything about it to protect the public So if you do use them one the annual plans ridiculous you would never hand out $1120 for anybody to wash your car for a year. Because I was an unlimited member, the attendant said he could give me the holiday special on a detail for only $190. I told him I have a guy who will come to my house & do it for $170. Sent the car through & couldn't believe what a bad job they did. Seriously.. One other car in the bay & they couldn't wipe the dash or even the water spots around the mirrors. Went in to get my monthly car wash and the sale guys explained they were running a special to get the car detailed and the headlights buffed out. I asked how long it would take and they said 30 minutes. 2 hours later I received my car and they took off the paint along my headlights, they didn't even wash the inside of my car. I was furious and was met by Maurice the GM. Who proceed to tell me "to roll out" while he reviewed the video to see if the damaged was caused by then. He ran to his office leaving me in the bay. I went to pull my car forward and the key wasn't even in my car. I had to hunt down an attendant to help find that. I asked for the district managers phone number name and was told they can't give personal information. They finally told me his name is Tyler Triska and gave me their generic customer service number. I want to ensure that my car is repaired correctly and would like to be able to have some way of contacting them without constantly having to go in person. A horrible experience all around. Terrible company. My wife went in for a car wash in June. They signed her up for some sort of car wash plan for 25 dollars a month. She never agreed to it. She never was even asked if she wanted to do it. They just signed her up with her payment card she used when she got the 1 car wash she needed. They were stealing 25 dollars from us every month until I noticed in September. She went in to see what was up and the manager assured her it was cancelled. Well it's January and it's still being charged. She contacted corporate and they cancelled it, but not until the 25 dollars for February goes through. I absolutely LOVE this COBBLESTONE LOCATION. I find myself always wanting to write a review about one or more of the amazing employees! Amie the manager is so sweet and had the best customer service. She is always running around like a chicken with her head cut off helping everyone and working so hard. I believe that all of her employees respect her bc she is always working along side them. Most recently 3 other employees stood out to me! LUCAS!! He is the hardest worker and takes great pride in his detailing of cars! He is also so polite and snd makes sure I am happy with my car. Of course I ALWAYS AM. I am super picky and Lucas seems to go above and beyond to make me happy. Matthew and Louis always greet me when I drop off my car! So in general... They do a really good job cleaning your car. However, I have found it impossible to cancel my monthly membership. No one answers the phone, they do not call you back, and canceling online does not work. Neither does canceling at a auto spa. You get this message when you try to cancel. This car wash is the definition of rip off. I paid $27 for a wash, inside wipe down and vacuum this morning and my four year old does a better job. I had to redo everything when I got home. I am not talking about being particular and every mark was fine I am talking they didn't even go to the 3rd row and only the driver side dash was wiped down. Unfortunately this is the closest car wash to me so I'll just be traveling to a better quality service. I came into to cobblestone today to get the full interior detail and deodorizing done on my truck. It's been about 4 years since my last visit to this location for a the same reason - a sub par interior detail and excuses upon excuses to cover it up. I paid 367$ for a full interior detail, and a basic exterior wash. Upon picking up the truck, i got in, and the interior was soaked in spray shine, literally running down the door panels and dash. Whatever, i can wipe it out myself not a huge deal. My weathertech floor mats were great on the driver side, but the passenger side was completely untouched. The windows were streaked and there was still dirt on the outside of the truck, after i had paid an extra 100$ for an exterior pressure wash instead of the automatic wash to protect the wrap on the truck. After inspecting, it looks like they ran it through anyways, as there are many missed spots of dirt, as well as a gash in my fender on the truck, which wasn't there previously. I drove the truck back up to the guys who gave it to me and asked them about at least getting the floor mats cleaned because after all, 367$ is almost highway robbery for what was actually cleaned on the truck. The gentleman who sold me the detail, Ethan i believe his name was, was super friendly and helpful, and got me what i at least thought was going to be done to the truck set up. He is the only reason this review isn't a one star. They told me that despite paying for a full detail, and even after Ethan assured me the truck would look fantastic,(funny enough, he even specifically said the floor mats would look brand new) the truck came out extremely poorly for the price paid. I was even told by the dude who i was talking to about my floor mats that the reason they weren't done was because i didn't tip his guy. Of course not, why would i be tipping him after receiving the truck looking like a mess! And it wasn't even finished! Very rude. Sad that after 4 years, service here still hasn't improved. Won't be coming back to this location. The location off of Scottsdale and Deer Valley is a much better improvement. read more
