    I hadn't been to this location in many, many years. I wanted to surprise my husband and have his car hand washed. I went on a Sunday and it was super busy. I opted for the $59 hand wash. There were many different car wash machine options but his car has a chrome delete and I didn't want it to get messed up. It did seem to take awhile for them to finish the car. I could watch them outside from the window. It seemed like a decent job but I did notice some water stains when I got the car home. I'll probably go back to Tom's Thumb - Their hand wash is $40. Everyone was friendly. They had fresh popcorn in the lobby for us to eat while waiting.

    We've had a monthly membership for years at Cobblestone and try to use it every weekend. A great value! Because of the great staff - especially all those working outside - our car is done in a few minutes and we are on our way! (With a clean car!) Thank you Cobblestone for taking such good care of our cars.

    Spray residue everywhere!!!!! I even had them comeback and wipe it down.

    RUINED MY CAR! Melted the plastic on my brand new car. When I confronted the workers they all of a sudden couldn't speak English. It's awful when you feel powerless and are blown off by a company who should care about the work they do but are acting carless! Terrible quality. For $150 at that too. This is their warning!!!! As I will be coming back after my work shift to speak to the store manager and file a claim. YOU ARE PAYING FOR THIS, not me! I even posted a five star review in the past for my oil change (not detailing) which I should delete after this horrific experience. Not worth your time or visit! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Zero stars if I could!

    Chevron gas is unequivocally garbage. Ask me how I know. For those preppy Scottsdale supercar owners, go to the Thumb gas station on Bell Rd and try a tank full of their Sunoco Super Sport 100 and fall in love with your car again. You're welcome! Aside from Chevrons piss poor gas,, the full service car wash gang is always happy and they really go the distance to make my whip shine. Some guapa's there too. The best monthly membership I've ever had. Period.

I had a special project in mind and they help guide me and acquire parts needed to achieve. There was a bit of fabrication needed, and they did FANTASTIC. It looks like an OEM part.     I had an awful experience with this shop. I originally took my car in to have a steering stabilizer…read moreinstalled. The check engine light had also been on in my Jeep, so I had them check that out as well. It was Friday when they told me they could order the part my Jeep needed to be delivered by Sunday. They asked if I could prepay for half of the part/services, so I did, which should have been the first red flag. They told me to drop my car off Monday morning, and it would take around an hour - an hour and a half to install. I dropped by car off around 8:00 a.m. I finally called the shop back around 12:30 because I hadn't received an update. I called four times with no answer, then left a message. When they called me back, they said the part would actually be delivered Wednesday, which surprised me because they should have told me when I dropped my car off that the part didn't arrive Sunday. They said they were talking to the dealer to try to get the part sooner. I asked for them to call me back with an update. They still didn't call back. I had to call again. To which they said the part was actually showing up wrong on the website, and I needed a different part, and there was going to be a price change. I said just order the part, but if it can't get done on Monday or Tuesday morning, I'll have to pick the car back up and have it installed another time. They said they would call the dealer again to see when the correct part would arrive and call me back with an update. Yet again, no call back. I finally called again around 4:30 p.m. and asked for an update. They said that the correct part is actually a kit with 20 different parts that I should just source on eBay because it would be cheaper. They were zero help. I had to call for an update every time. Each time, they told me something different. It just seemed like they were lying on top of lies and could not keep up. They seemed to have no idea what was actually going on with my car, and they had multiple opportunities to be honest. When I picked up the car, I expressed my concerns about the situation. My car was in the shop for over 24 hours for no reason, I paid for ubers, and pre-paid for this service all for nothing. Their reasoning for not giving me updates was that they only had one person working in the shop. He also became defensive and said "Did I not leave you a voicemail??" Yes, you did. But that was after I called 4 times asking for an update. These people don't know what they are doing, and they have horrible customer service skills. I should've said no from the beginning when they asked for payment upfront. And before they comment and say "we don't have records of you in our system" the car was under my husband's name, Wyatt :) EDITED: The shop reached out to clarify my concerns. As indicated in their reply, I asked how the fact my car is a hybrid was missed considering I told them it was a hybrid, and they stated in their reply that is the root cause. Their response was that the dealer gave them two options and they ordered the somewhat readily available one. AKA they didn't check to make sure it would work with the hybrid. Yet another instance of inconsistent communication and incorrect information provided in their reply below. The root cause was not the vehicle is a hybrid. It was that they didn't pay attention. Also, since they want to talk about phone records, mine show the following: I called at 12:15, 12:20, and 12:25. I left a voicemail. I received a call back at 12:49. I called immediately back at 12:50. I had to call again at 1:26 for an update. They didn't call back until 3:19. I had to call again at 4:20 p.m. This is consistent with what I explained above. Their pettiness just goes to show they only care about their image and not their customers or their vehicles.

    I wanted to protect my new Raptor with a full front clear bra and added in the A pillars and roof…read moreabove the windshield along with a full ceramic coating. I did a lot of research on products and applicators and kept coming back to Detail Boss and Ceramic Pro products. Chris and his brother Christian couldn't have been any better to deal with. When I stopped by to see their shop and look at some examples of the work they do, Chris was extremely helpful in explaining the process and showing me their work. As you would hope, their shop is immaculate and very well lit. They sent me a quote with several options to help manage the cost that evening. I was able to schedule my truck and they had me in and out in two days! That's right, two days! At my request, they communicated with me while they had my truck by periodically sending me pictures with updates as they were working on my truck. It was hard to imagine that a truck with less than 200 miles on it could look any better but it does. The color is deeper, the shine is off the charts and the finish feels like ice... it looks incredible. Did I mention it was done in two days? In one morning and out the next afternoon. When I picked it up, they walked me around the truck and went over everything they did to it and talked me through the dos and don'ts on how to care for it. Finally, that evening they followed up by sending me information with their recommendations for products to care for my truck's finish such as shampoo, mitts, towels, etc. Chris and Christian are artists at their craft. They are serious about providing not only a quality product but a great customer experience. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I totally think they get a kick out of seeing their customer's reactions to their vehicles when they see them. Detail Boss is passionate about what they do and have certainly earned a customer for life.
