I've had consistently great experiences at the Cobblestone location on North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale. The team is always friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Carlos, Brian, and Mike provide excellent service as service writers as they are professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Mike, the GM, also does a fantastic job running the facility, and it really shows in how smooth everything operates. Highly recommend this location for both great service and a great team! read more

The first time I went to this car wash, I asked for an extra service to Armor All the interior. They took that literally and brought my car to the very back of the building, but they didn't actually wash the outside -- even though I had paid for a full wash. They also Armor All'd the floor mats, which made them extremely slippery and unsafe to drive on for weeks. The second time I went, the service was just as disappointing. They rushed through the job, left the windows streaky, didn't clean the rims, and didn't even vacuum the passenger seat. It looked terrible, and I still ended up paying over $40 plus a tip. Also wanted to add that when I drove up that the guy was trying to hide with his hands, the cheaper car washes and shaking the hand out so I couldn't read it and I told him to stop shaking it and remove his hand so I could actually see the options. read more

I haven't been to this car wash in four years and now I remember why. A guy hands me my keys and I'm staring at one entire half of the left side of my car with giant black smudges all over the doors and rear quarter panel. Same for the front hood. I thought the guy was kidding so I just took a rag and started cleaning it myself, which annoyed the guy and he said he would just run it through a second time. After the second washing, it was still dirty, and they tried handing me the keys again. These people are either blind or are trained to not give a shit about quality of work. And the prices are utter insanity. Somebody please open up another car wash in North Scottsdale and put these people out of business. read more

I hadn't been to this location in many, many years. I wanted to surprise my husband and have his car hand washed. I went on a Sunday and it was super busy. I opted for the $59 hand wash. There were many different car wash machine options but his car has a chrome delete and I didn't want it to get messed up. It did seem to take awhile for them to finish the car. I could watch them outside from the window. It seemed like a decent job but I did notice some water stains when I got the car home. I'll probably go back to Tom's Thumb - Their hand wash is $40. Everyone was friendly. They had fresh popcorn in the lobby for us to eat while waiting. read more

I took my car in to get washed today, and it was by far the worst job I've seen. First off, the employees seemed more concerned with gathering around my car and doing things like revving the engine, which I wouldn't mind if they actually did their jobs. They didn't even attempt to clean the part between the driver-side door and the wheel behind it, there was bird feces still on my roof, unwiped soap residue by the vent on my hood, and spots all over my car. These aren't even things you have to look at to see, it's all right there. read more

My wife got the van oil changed and we had a coupon, the service members up sold her on a bunch of stuff not needed, the service ended up being more than at the dealership. Upon the next oil change I did broke a 3/8 ratchet trying to get the over tightened oil filter housing off, luckily it didn't get stripped or cross threaded and ruin the pan. I do no reccomend getting service other than a car wash done here. read more

I went to the Cobblestone Auto Spa in Scottsdale and paid for the $80 Diamond Touch Wash, but honestly, I'm not even sure what that package is supposed to include beyond the basics. From what I could tell, they vacuumed the interior, wiped things down, dressed the tires, and dried the car, but that was about it. For the price, I expected a much more thorough clean. There were still bugs on the front and even some bird droppings left on the exterior when I drove away. That's the kind of stuff I'd expect them to catch automatically at this level of service. What's frustrating is that I've actually had better cleanings at this same location in the past, though it has been a few years since I last came here. Based on today's visit, the quality has definitely slipped. I really wanted to walk away impressed, but instead I left feeling like I paid premium pricing for a pretty standard wash. It's like hit or miss at this location . The majority of the time I use the fast lane because I have a pass. One thing that irks me is when the person that guides you into the wash area is supposed to rinse the front and the back of the car, and they act they are so busy they spray the front and don't spray the back .. weird when I just saw the person spray the front and back of the car in front of me . This happens often or they spray 2 drops and then walk off. Then one time I went through the full service and they put the tire dressing only on the driver side and not the passenger side. I only noticed it because I stopped to get gas and looked at the passenger tires and they had not been wiped with the dressing. Make it make sense for the amount I pay monthly. Yesterday, I went through the full service side and as I was driving off, I noticed dog snot was still on the passenger side window .. so they obviously did not wipe the windows and they weren't even busy at the time so there's that. RUINED MY CAR! Melted the plastic on my brand new car. When I confronted the workers they all of a sudden couldn't speak English. It's awful when you feel powerless and are blown off by a company who should care about the work they do but are acting carless! Terrible quality. For $150 at that too. This is their warning!!!! For those preppy Scottsdale supercar owners, go to the Thumb gas station on Bell Rd and try a tank full of their Sunoco Super Sport 100 and fall in love with your car again. You're welcome! "Auto Spa" ????? That in itself is false advertising. I wish I would have read the reviews before going. I waited over 30 minutes and was not notified my vehicle was done. The quality of the wash was not worth the $34 I paid. Vacuum job was shoddy, at best, foot prints on the interior drivers door, something had been spilled on the center console during the wash and was not wiped, there was NO air freshener applied, and I was sent on a scavenger hunt to find my keys. Vacuum job was half ass, the windows streaked and when I drove away, all the water in the mirrors (they didn't hose ) went frickin everywhere. I got a full service car wash. They removed the transponder from my car so I could not get back into my neighborhood gate when I returned home. I had to purchase a new transponder. I reached out to Cobblestone multiple times. I was told they would call me back but they never did. They don't care at all about service or their rating on Yelp apparently. The time before this car wash, they knocked my transponder lose and it got moisture underneath so it also wouldn't work. I have a pack of washes but I am worried if I go back, they won't be cautious of my transponder. read more

Didn't even the fragrance that I pick when I checked in. They didn't even wipe anything down on the inside. I must have 'idiot' stamped across my forehead: I first pulled up to cobblestone and wanted the exterior and and mats cleaned. The sales guy told me he would give me a great "deal" for only $250. When I balked at the ridiculous price, somehow it then came down to $110. By the time I walked inside to pay, my bill was then $150. This is the trash car wash I paid for. You tell me if this was worth the price. Could have got a better wash at the quick quack. Also, one time I came here asking for a similar wash and the guy handed me a receipt for $550. Of note, my car is a jeep wrangler, not a Ferrari. Will never come here again. read more

The car wash didn't clean the outside of the vehicle very well. Lots of uncleaned bug spots and dirt still in nook and cranny areas all over the jeep. I had to use the supplied rags to go over the entire jeep and clean missed areas for almost 30 minutes after passing through the wash. Not impressed. read more

Today was the second weekend in a row I went to Cobblestone (N. Scottsdale Rd) thanks to a couple rainy days. Both times terrible, although today the worst ever! I only frequent them as in the neighborhood but for $24 it's a joke! It looks like they're drying the car but when you get to it, it's still wet on all sides. I had to go side by side, mirror by mirror as he couldn't figure it out on his own. Finally, the grill (flat plastic on an EV) had dirt all over it, so I asked for a rag so I can clean it myself. He was taken aback by this and cleaned it himself. You would think when you buy a "full service" wash you would get that, instead barely one step better than a drive-through, as they vacuum & possibly wipe the inside. I sure miss the days of Weiss Guys where the owners were outside with the staff making sure all was right. read more

This place is an absolute joke. The guy was like OK. Your car is ready. I walk up completely covered in water spots doesn't even look like they tried to towel dry it then I get inside nothing's wiped down barely anything even vacuumed. Didn't even touch my backseat what are we even paying for for them to drive it through the tunnel for us? Are you getting what you paid for????? I live around the corner from here and wash my cars here frequently. About 10% of the time I get a wash of lesser quality than what I paid for. Pay for a premium and get a polish and shine. Today I paid for a polish and shine and got a basic. If you're not paying attention there is a chance you are getting cheated. They make good every time and redo it but I wind up wasting another 20-30 minutes every time this happens. read more

Paid full price for Full Service car wash. By the time I paid and walked out they said it was done. I tipped and then pulled over to self service area to check it because there was no way they could detail it clean in those couple of minutes. I do not understand how a $30 basic car wash doesn't leave my car any cleaner than I when I brought it in. Nothing cleaned in the interior-just VERY bad vacuuming. Just went to Cobblestone today on Hayden & Frank Lloyd Wright. No attention to detail. Had the Supreme wash plus front mats done. Left the trunk open when we dropped it off at the vacuum area and asked them to vacuum it. They didn't vacuum the trunk. The back seats were not vacuumed and still had crumbs in the folds of the seats. When they removed the front mats to wash them which we paid for they did not vacuum under the front mats so when I removed them when back home to dry there was dirt underneath the newly cleaned mats on the footwell floor. Will never go there again. Too expensive to not be detail oriented. read more

Quality here is horrible. I pay the 34$ a month for unlimited washes and come get the car washed at least every other week and it never looks any different...... today I brought it to an empty car wash (pic below) and still had to ask them to do the rims and the interior was not even touched with a cloth at all! I have brought my car here multiple times, and over the last 4 years I have repeatedly received a subpar car wash. At this point I feel like they should be paying me to bring my car here. Unfortunately this is the most convenient car wash to my house, forcing me to continue to use their services. I pay for a monthly unlimited subscription and find that if I don't do it myself, I leave annoyed and unsatisfied. It's so disappointing that no one cares here. In the past I have even called to give feedback for a teaching moment. I know that sounds like a Karen move but as someone that works in customer service I depend on feedback in order to improve and meet the expectations of my guest. My call was not received well. I was told that if I washed my car more frequently then the staff would be able to clean it better. Note: I wash my car almost two times a week. Your menu doesn't say "if you have a dirty car don't expect much". Today I had time for a full service wash and didn't expect much as I have been burnt repeatedly by this location in the past. When my car was done I hopped in and noticed they didn't wipe the dash or the screen off. I was expecting this level of service so I just took it on the chin and drove off. Pulling onto Scottsdale road the sun hit my windshield and there were so many streaks across the front I had to pull over, as I couldn't even see the road. CLASSIC !! Just left Cobblestone at 22111 N Scottsdale Rd, and I have to say this was the last straw. Every time I come here, I get the hard sell for a membership or deal. I understand sales are part of their job, but when a customer says "no" multiple times, it should be respected. Today, I dealt with a particularly persistent salesperson and politely declined their offers, as usual. I paid for my wash and went inside, only to come out and find my car parked in a vacuum stall--completely unwashed. To double-check, I rolled the windows down and back up to see if there was any moisture--nope, bone dry. It seems like Cobblestone decided to be petty because I didn't sign up for a membership. Instead of doing the service I paid for, they left my car untouched. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. After a long day I thought I would treat myself to a carwash (yes, I got lazy). $35 later and I had to spend another 15 minutes in the parking lot actually cleaning the car. Hard sell at check-in on some kind of frequent use program, no thanks just want a car wash....yes I understand the economics of it, still no thanks. Went inside, paid and by the time I walked outside they were yelling my name (less than 5 minutes from checkin to finish). Water spots, dirt still on door sills, bugs still stuck to front of car, needed a complete blow out and wipe down. Tried to bring issues to managers attention but a bit of a language barrier. This location is so frustrating. For being one of the few locations in the nearby area you can self service after and dry and vacuum yourself, they have such a limited amount of spots. It is ALWAYS packed and there are no open spots. The last three times I have gone there are absolutely no spots to go to after the crash and the dryer does basically nothing so my car was left with water spots on it since I couldn't pull anywhere to dry it after. I opt for the self service after because I took it through to let the crew clean it after once and the inside hardly looked vacuumed and the screen was still dusty so not even sure what they did.
