Notorious for poor and incomplete communication. Appointments never feel solid and that other customers have been stood-up isn't a surprise. While he did a beautiful job for me a couple of years ago, he is in over his head when it comes to scheduling and customer service. In fact, we were "scheduled" for a detailing today on same vehicle and I have zero confidence it will happen. Going to the gym instead! NOTE THE RESPONSE FROM Pristine Mobile Auto Spa: Feedback from customers should be received as a gift. We are telling you where you are coming up short and hope you will continue to improve. We picked you...in a sense, we voted for you and many have been let down. Work on your customer scheduling and communication! Hire someone to help or purchase software that assists with this. Finally, refrain from challenging customers in your posts. Bad form. Remain humble, polite, and tolerant. Your tone was a massive turn-off, and a bit arrogant. You are in the customer service business and you have to own the scheduling/communication process...not the other way around. I have led and trained hundreds of people in these disciplines for some of the world's most successful and demanding companies. I am giving you some very valuable advice for free. I do not recommend. Had an appointment this morning to clean 3 vehicles. Never showed up. I called 8-10 times. Left a message. Never answered or returned my call. He's a very nice kid, but for whatever reason he doesn't show up. And if you'll read some of his reviews he has quite a reputation for no show, no return call. The point is he's unreliable. IF he does show up he will do a fine job.. but he probably won't show up so you'll never know. read more

Did not show up and did not respond to text messages after offering to reschedule. Company and owner are obviously unreliable and I would look elsewhere for car detailing services. I had set an appointment with this company to get my wife's car detailed for her birthday at 7 am last Saturday. By 7:30, they hadn't shown up, so I called, and after a few rings it went to voicemail. Left a message asking when they were coming. By 10:00, when the appointment was supposed to end, I hadn't heard anything. Finally at 10:30, the owner texted me and blamed "water damage" on his phone. I'm not sure why, exactly, a water damaged phone prevents you from getting in the car and driving to your appointment, and I suspect there are other reasons a person might not wake up for a Saturday morning appointment. The owner asked if he could get me back on the schedule. In a pinch now, I asked a simple "When can you get out here?" No answer. That was it -- the last I ever heard from Nicholas. Missed the appointment and then didn't make any effort to reschedule. So disappointed. read more

Missed appointment with no contact to let me know. I waited an hour and reached out via phone. Was told the crew was delayed because they were on an RV that needed additional work and he would let me know an estimated time that the crew would arrive. 1 hour later I reached out via text and got no reply. 3 hr late I reached out with another text requesting update, No Reply. Had to book with another company but lost an entire afternoon for my Wife and I as both vehicles were to be washed. Complete disregard for our time. Super disappointed & hope he works on communication skills. To just leave people hanging like this is a really poor way to run a business. If your so busy you don't want new business simply don't provide a quote. This website really misrepresents the way the company is run. Not professional, more like run out of a guys garage and its not his number one priority. read more

I have two vehicles that are too costly to replace. My 1990 Porsche and 2003 Tahoe are both up in years and they looked it until Pristine made it over. The cost to get them detailed by Nick's team far out paces me doing it and the replacement value is just ridiculous for a new Tahoe or 911 - I don't have that kind of payroll. I am very pleased and wondering if some wizardry was done - Nick detailed the Porsche 911 (1990) back to showroom new and then jumped into my 2003 Tahoe. I have not seen the paint and the trim jump on these vehicles like this before. Here's the incredible part if getting a great detail job is not enough. Nick shows up at your house and keeps you working on what you are good at while he takes care of what he is good at with your vehicles. Just to be clear on how special this is for us - Nick came by the house all the way in Waddell - that's 303 and Northern. We are 35 miles west of Phoenix. Next - the two vehicles have not been driven in months and there were more leaves in my Tahoe than what was on the trees. Nick took care of all this and the truck looks awesome. My husband had Nick come out and service Mia today. Don't worry, nothing kinky happened. Mia is my "New" used Mercedes CLK that I just bought. The engine and well, basically everything under the hood, was in pretty rough shape when it comes to cleanliness. Nick started by washing and detailing the exterior. He then moved Mia into the garage and worked some serious magic under her hood. I'm amazed at what he was able to do. Mia feels and looks like a new woman! Thanks Nick for a job beyond well done. Sadly I cannot comment on the "quality" of Nick's work. I can however comment on the professionalism! I originally contacted Nick after wanting to maintain my new cars "like new" look. I reached out to Pristine after reading many positive reviews and received a response relatively quickly: Sadly, this is when the good experience ended. We had an appointment for a $250 detail (on my BRAND new car) confirmed and on the day of my appointment at 6am, I got a text to confirm my address. My appointment was for 7am and by 9am still no Nick, 10am.....no Nick.....11am....no Nick. All my text and phone calls went unanswered until ~2 weeks later at which time he thoroughly apologized and explained he had experienced a family emergency. I was very understanding of this and decided to give him another chance. Fast forward to Round 2 of this mess. I re-book my $250 detail, confirm the dates and times and once again, the morning of my booking comes. 7am I'm waiting for him to show up and he's not here. 7:30am I text him to confirm he has the correct address and around 8:30 (90min PAST my 2nd appointment with him) I receive a response telling me he "accidentally" booked me for the 30th, not the 29th, despite me confirming the date and time with him via texts that I saved. He then proceeds to offer to do my detail the following day on the 30th and when I ask him what times he has available......he NEVER responds. At that point it became thoroughly obvious to me that Nick was not only unreliable but also unprofessional and although I cannot confirm he lied about the original emergency, it certainly doesn't look "good" to have the same thing happen a 2nd time so I will let you decide whether he's also unethical. If "time is money" to you, I would seriously reconsider using Pristine. read more

First time at Pristine, I am impressed! Nick the owner was very polite and accommodated me in allowing to have my SUV at his location. Very prompt service, even got a text before he started to re confirm exactly which service I was looking for, which is good as there were no surprises later. My black,older Tahoe looked new again! I decided to give him a call to do my Silverado and WOW it looks better then when I bought it brand new. Based on all the great reviews, used Pristine. Owner was very responsive and accommodating with payment from car dealer. Dealer took car for a 100 mile joy ride with a pet. Unfortunately, owner didn't arrive in time due to error in scheduling. The work seemed rushed. Water spots on exterior and didn't clean inside windows. Missed areas inside including not removing dog hair (main reason for job). I feel like you would get better results at nearby car washes for way less. Definitely disappointed. Waiting for him to come out and fix the conditioner on leather seats that is rubbing off to hands and clothes as well getting interior windows cleaned. Promised to follow up and fix issues and never did. Would not recommend. read more

Nike is a joker! He gave me a date three days out from when I called, no problem. Requested that I move my RV to avoid the sun as well as asked me to be available at 5:00 am in the bloody morning. I agreed, it made sense due to the heat. The appointment date roles around, 5:00 am. No Nike! I wait 40 minutes and then I text him. Eventually he replied, this is when he informed me that he had a flat tire and Discount Tire does not open until 9:00 am. Now he's flat out lying to me. I didn't believe his flat tire story for a minute. Discount tire has opened at 8:00 am for years, besides that, mount your spare Nike. Communicating further through text messaging Nick informs me that he uses a "Hand Sander" to wax vehicles. There are oscillating, orbital, variable speed polish machines made specifically for waxing. You never use a "Hand Sander." In the end I went to a lot of trouble to accommodated this guy but probable dodged a bullet. God only knows what he would have done to the finish of my RV with his "Hand Sander?" Don't waste your time calling this guy, he likely will not so up and doesn't have the cutesy to contact you. read more

My wife noticed a small scratch on the back door panel of her car that she had pruchased only a few months earlier. Nick was coming to the house to detail the car so she asked if he would be able to fix it. He was able to buff out the scratch so that we can no longer see it. I'm sure this can't be done for all scratches, but Nick said if the scratch is not too deep he can usually get them it or make it less visible.
