I do believe this store has great staff, but their manager is nothing short of ignorant. She has no people skills, professionalism, or pride in her work, i feel bad for the employees that have to look at her as their "leader"I have bought 4 pairs of boots at this location in the last 2 years. I was refused an oiling and cleaning on a set with the slightest mud on the soles because they were "too dirty". I stand behind redwings boots and often refer them to friends and co workers, what I will not do is tell them to go to the Abbotsford store. This has to be the worst Redwing store in Western Canada. One set of boots were not warrantied or fixed. She claimed my problem was that I didn't put insoles in. Which in fact I put the insoles they recommended after the scan in every pair of boots! If she would have looked at my history there she would know this. I love red wings and have been wearing supersole 2.0 and have a pair old 6 years old. I maintain and look after my boots religiously. I will keep referring people redwings, but I also have been telling people to stay as far away from this location as possible, seems like this is a common issue for other reviews, save your time and go somewhere else where they value longtime customers!!!!!!

I have seldom had a pair of shoes etc that would fit or could be altered for the leg lengths; so, when I find a pair that does fit I nurse them along for literally decades. To that end I have searched constantly for a good cobbler and found one here. I NOW have a pair of slippers (first time ever!) custom made sandals repaired after not being able to wear for 15 years, and an old pair of sneakers with a replaced heel. 3 visits, 3 perfect outcomes.
