Who would've thought the easiest thing I did that day would be buying a car? That was my experience back in August when I leased an Ioniq 5 Limited through Moiz at Coastal Motor Group. He had everything handled and even had a porter deliver the car to me at a time and place that worked for my schedule. It was effortless--and honestly kind of fun? Fast forward to this week--after months of me bragging about how smooth the process was, my parents finally trusted me (and Moiz) for their next car. We just picked up a brand new Nissan Ariya Evolve+ for my mom, and she loves it. The entire process was just as easy the second time around. Moiz had us ask for a specific person at the dealership, and when we arrived, they had all the DMV paperwork already prepped and ready to go in a folder. Even better--we had already received the full dealership contract via email ahead of time, so we were able to review everything privately and at our own pace before stepping foot on the lot. All that was left was a few signatures and a quick card swipe for the drive-off. The Coastal Motor Group broker fee is worth way more than what they charge. You skip the dealership games, the upcharges, the hours spent in glass offices pretending to think things over. No surprise add-ons, no regret the next day. We also opted to pay a bit more to qualify for Nissan Loyalty, which saved us $1,000 in incentives--Moiz laid that out clearly up front. It's a five-star experience, period. My dad literally asked for their info on the way home so he could send it to his friends. And he definitely regrets not using Moiz when he leased his Mach-E--those payments are brutal. Already looking forward to going back to Coastal when it's time to get him into something new later this year.

I picked up my new leased Hyundai Ioniq 5 this past Saturday and I had such a good experience with the managers, Mr. Young Lee and Mr. Moiz, because it was my 1st time to have an additional vehicle since 2006. Like most people, I didn't know where to start and was intimidated from pressure how to deal with auto industry salesperson. But I contacted them and they tried their best to find my target(the most popular but least found color white) and got me the best lease deal to have it done very smooth and streamlined in a very impressive way, as easy as Costco shopping! So I was lucky to work with them and will go back to them for sure. They are such a wonderful team, two thumbs up!!

Hands down, the best buying experience ever. Pre-negotiated deal took the anxiety out of wheeling and dealing with the dealership. Milton handled everything professionally and patiently. I was very apprehensive (I have trust issues of being scammed) but I am glad I took the leap of faith. There is a fee paid to Coastal during the course of the car purchase process but this fee ended up literally saving me thousands upon thousands of dollars. This was one of those 'too good to be true' deals but didn't come back to bite me in the butt. Thank god for that. Milton is the real deal. I'm so excited that this deal actually happened and I'm already in possession of my new car!

I found CMG from positive reviews on Leasehackr. I already knew I wanted an Ioniq 5 XRT, then problem was dealing with the Bay Area car dealer games, and I'm too busy for that. I sent a text to CMG and they said they would get right on it, and sure enough I had a pretty good lease deal in my messages. I waffled a bit and the car I wanted sold, but they found another one in SoCal that could've shipped to my door! It was about an hour of time from text to sign to delivery -- $599 was worth it for to wrap up a solid no-haggle the deal fast! read more

I found Moiz from Coastal Motor Group as I was looking for good lease deals through the Leasehackr.com site and to further check legitimacy, also looked up Coastal Motor Group here on Yelp! and saw their 5 star reviews. I had never used (or even contemplated) using a broker before to get a good deal on a lease but as I live in Vegas, I was striking out trying to get a compelling EV deal locally. I was looking to get a Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV to take advantage of the EV tax credits that end in September and in Vegas, while we have 4 dealers throughout the valley, they're all owned by the same company so there is no REAL competition. While there are good lease deals to be had at certain CA based Hyundai dealers, I was told that I had to be a CA resident to get the best pricing so I was striking out everywhere I looked. Enter Moiz from Coastal Motor Group. I reached out to him and he responded immediately. I found him to be unbelievably easy to work with throughout the process, he was super helpful answering all of my questions and made the process of getting a car ridiculously easy. He asked all of the specifics for what I was looking for, and within minutes found the exact trim level and color. With that, he sent me an offer that saved me THOUSANDS over anything I was able to find on my own. For a completely fair broker fee that was well worth it, Moiz got me a 0 down deal that saved me roughly $18k off of MSRP (!!!) and that was about $7-$8k better than anything I had been able to find being from a non-CARB state like NV. Unreal. After accepting, I signed some electronic dealer documentation which was easy and painless and proceded to pick up the car at the dealer thst Moiz worked with and drove back to Vegas without issue. Needless to say, Moiz and Coastal Motor Group gets my highest recommendation. I can't wait to find a reason to use him again. It's rare to find a really nice guy doing legit superhero level research and work to help those of us trying to negotiate a good deal. A++++ read more

I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.

Got us the exact car we wanted, the color and trim (which was normally the Premium choice charcoal on black, but he made it happen with ease). Made sure it was in our monthly payments budget and even had the car delivered.
