I called and spoke with Vicky who was super nice and helpful. She was able to get us in earlier than later since we close at 2pm. I'm not kidding when I say they came in less than an hour. The two gentlemen were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, they had what they needed in the truck, so in about 2 hours the work was complete and our door was as good as new. We paid about $375 for parts and 2 hours of labor. I found this very reasonable. They were very professional and courteous. Great job Eastern!!

Dealer said "sure we can do that. I have an opening in three weeks. But that will give you enough time to say farewell to your first borne child." But at Eastern, I walked right in and job complete in under 20 minutes. Now they certainly were swamped with service calls and there were two other walk-ins when I was there, so at times you could see a little longer wait depending on the complexity of your requirements or the volume of other customers. Child still with Mom, key remote fully functioning in less than 3 weeks, and enough pocket money left over to treat the missus to lunch. Bonus.

I called "Lady Locksmith," asked my questions and received instant response!! I got an instant quote, a time when this young man would be at my house, plus he even called me with updates on the way here. He put in a Keypad Combination lock on my Apartment Door plus the new door handle that just opens the door. He was smart and educated me every step of the way! He taught me how to use my lock and made sure I could get in and out with and without the key. It was worth the price for the service that I received. If I ever need anything with door locks or any camera equipment in my home or property I will call the Company first!! I could not believe, how many locksmiths I had called and the phone was slammed down in my ear!! Blessings, Bruce and thank you Celia Herron

The prices for the quick and complete service was very fair. In fact, lower than a few other quotes and she has military discount for the military.

I bought a replacement key fob on ebay and I gave these guys a call. Victor came right to my house within a couple of hours and had everything he needed to program the new key. Unfortunately I bought a key that had been programmed before and wouldn't work w/o flashing my computer. Victor said he could do it but had risks so I opted to get a new key. He said there would be no charge... I gave him $20 anyway for the trip: It was my mistake. I bought a legit key and gave him a call back. Victor showed up again in their cool little van and had my new key programmed in less than 10 minutes and even applied the $20 from the first visit to my final cost. I was extremely impressed. TL;DR: Victor is punctual, gracious and honest.

We were given excuses concerning programing and restoring our Chrysler 300 2008 Key FOBs. The Chrysler Dealership refused. "It's too old" After waiting 3 hours we had to have the car towed to AAA, and were told that the old FOB "may need a new battery!" Called several local locksmiths, and they may not have the diagnostic tools to program new FOBs, but for a home visit they would have to charge us over $100. + Then, on line, I discovered Keywest Lock and Safe Company. Called a real nice lady who said they specialized in car key FOBs. Several days later, just off Holland Road, I was introduced to Brad, who I was told was their #1 Key FOB man. After examining, looking up, researching, testing and prepared a little tool kit with a tablet attached, Brad went to work like a skilled professional, to my parking spot in front of the store. He told me it might take some time, but I didn't wait long before I heard my car beeping and Brad had just pulled off a miracle. Both key FOBs were programed, both keys were cut and working great. After months of insecurity and worry about breaking down, we have accomplished getting the backup Fobs we needed, and if they have a ceremony, and if they crown Brad of Keywest the "KING of FOBs", we can only hope they send us an invitation. I recently had the pleasure of consulting with the gentleman at All Day Services, and the level of professionalism I experienced was, quite simply, phenomenal. While our interaction was limited to phone and text, the impact was immediate. I am currently in the planning stages of a project and wasn't yet certain of the exact technical scope required. Rather than rushing me toward an invoice or giving me a "call back when you're ready" brush-off, he took the time to educate me. His communication was prompt, transparent, and paired with an incredibly personable demeanor that made me feel like a priority rather than just another lead in a queue. In an industry where service can often feel transactional and cold, All Day Services brings both high-level expertise and elite character to the table. I wasn't ready to pull the trigger today due to my own project timelines, but the search for a locksmith ends here. There is no doubt in my mind: when the time comes to execute, this is the only call I am making. If you value craftsmanship backed by a gold-standard work ethic, look no further. Beyond highly recommended.
