He then even agreed that I should've got a quote first, and even told me I should've refused paying and called him directly ( impossible to get a hold of anybody at that company as they use a third-party ). I requested half of a refund which I thought was generous. He strung me along for a month and I could never get in touch with him. I had to even fake a tech call from my wife's phone number to actually get a call from him. In the end, he blamed the company owner on not giving me any sort of refund. Absolutely horrible service and borderline illegal. I've submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Virginia to have them handle it.
