The "key" to a successful business is the quality and efficiency of work/product and customer…read moreservice and Safety Locksmith Services (SLS) has it "locked" down! See what I did there haha. We've been in our new home for 2 months and we hadn't changed the locks yet so it was definitely time. Our Home Warranty was being ridiculous, chalking it up to the systems being down, so we decided to take matters into our own hands and just call a locksmith on our own and save ourselves a prolonged headache. With a quick search on Yelp, I found SLS. A nice man answered the phone and asked how many locks we had to change and asked what kind they were. He said he could send a technician within the hour for a free estimate. Sure enough, Avi, the technician arrived within the hour. Super nice guy. He assessed the locks and in 10 minutes, he got us squared away with a new key. Not bad for $100 for 10 mins. We would have had to pay $100 deductible with our Home Warranty so, this was a much faster and efficient way and no hassle. I highly recommend them! They accept credit cards on site. Stay safe, Friends!

I am blown away by my experience with Eastern Lock and Key. We had a problem with our front door of…read moremy place of business. It was closing and opening loudly and hard to open. I called and spoke with Vicky who was super nice and helpful. She was able to get us in earlier than later since we close at 2pm. I'm not kidding when I say they came in less than an hour. The two gentlemen were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, they had what they needed in the truck, so in about 2 hours the work was complete and our door was as good as new. We paid about $375 for parts and 2 hours of labor. I found this very reasonable. They were very professional and courteous. Great job Eastern!!

Dealer said "sure we can do that. I have an opening in three weeks. But that will give you enough time to say farewell to your first borne child." But at Eastern, I walked right in and job complete in under 20 minutes. Now they certainly were swamped with service calls and there were two other walk-ins when I was there, so at times you could see a little longer wait depending on the complexity of your requirements or the volume of other customers. Child still with Mom, key remote fully functioning in less than 3 weeks, and enough pocket money left over to treat the missus to lunch. Bonus.

We were given excuses concerning programing and restoring our Chrysler 300 2008 Key FOBs. The Chrysler Dealership refused. "It's too old" After waiting 3 hours we had to have the car towed to AAA, and were told that the old FOB "may need a new battery!" Called several local locksmiths, and they may not have the diagnostic tools to program new FOBs, but for a home visit they would have to charge us over $100. + Then, on line, I discovered Keywest Lock and Safe Company. Called a real nice lady who said they specialized in car key FOBs. Several days later, just off Holland Road, I was introduced to Brad, who I was told was their #1 Key FOB man. After examining, looking up, researching, testing and prepared a little tool kit with a tablet attached, Brad went to work like a skilled professional, to my parking spot in front of the store. He told me it might take some time, but I didn't wait long before I heard my car beeping and Brad had just pulled off a miracle. Both key FOBs were programed, both keys were cut and working great. After months of insecurity and worry about breaking down, we have accomplished getting the backup Fobs we needed, and if they have a ceremony, and if they crown Brad of Keywest the "KING of FOBs", we can only hope they send us an invitation.
