I asked the older man how much it would be after he informed me that they couldn't guarantee the programing would work. he replied it would run me around $55. the younger man did the work. he came back in and after maybe 10 min he told me my truck was ready. right before that I heard him ask the older gentleman did he give me a price? the older gentleman said no. I went to pay and he told me $103.50. so did he charge me 45.00 to cut a key? Either way I will not be back.

But at Eastern, I walked right in and job complete in under 20 minutes. Now they certainly were swamped with service calls and there were two other walk-ins when I was there, so at times you could see a little longer wait depending on the complexity of your requirements or the volume of other customers.
