Tech told me to give it some time to learn the truck. After more weeks of issues, one where I filmed me locked out of my truck, I made an appt to come down from Richmond to fix the issue. Apollo didn't show. Today came down from RIC again. He analyzes and says it's the battery and had the nerve to charge me &10! Then says 'I told you over the phone to change the battery' which is a lie since he told me he needed to see the truck in order to diagnose. Even if true what kind of locksmith expects the customer to change the battery on a brand new $250 key fob - where they didn't cut the hard key. I made sure the guy who referred me knows to never refer anyone there again.
