I called "Lady Locksmith," asked my questions and received instant response!! I got an instant quote, a time when this young man would be at my house, plus he even called me with updates on the way here. He put in a Keypad Combination lock on my Apartment Door plus the new door handle that just opens the door. He was smart and educated me every step of the way! He taught me how to use my lock and made sure I could get in and out with and without the key. It was worth the price for the service that I received. If I ever need anything with door locks or any camera equipment in my home or property I will call the Company first!! I could not believe, how many locksmiths I had called and the phone was slammed down in my ear!! Blessings, Bruce and thank you Celia Herron

We've been in our new home for 2 months and we hadn't changed the locks yet so it was definitely time. Our Home Warranty was being ridiculous, chalking it up to the systems being down, so we decided to take matters into our own hands and just call a locksmith on our own and save ourselves a prolonged headache. With a quick search on Yelp, I found SLS. A nice man answered the phone and asked how many locks we had to change and asked what kind they were. He said he could send a technician within the hour for a free estimate. Sure enough, Avi, the technician arrived within the hour. Super nice guy. He assessed the locks and in 10 minutes, he got us squared away with a new key. Not bad for $100 for 10 mins. We would have had to pay $100 deductible with our Home Warranty so, this was a much faster and efficient way and no hassle. I highly recommend them! They accept credit cards on site. The two gentlemen were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, they had what they needed in the truck, so in about 2 hours the work was complete and our door was as good as new. We paid about $375 for parts and 2 hours of labor. I found this very reasonable. They were very professional and courteous. Great job Eastern!!
