I am blown away by my experience with Eastern Lock and Key. We had a problem with our front door of my place of business. It was closing and opening loudly and hard to open. I called and spoke with Vicky who was super nice and helpful. She was able to get us in earlier than later since we close at 2pm. I'm not kidding when I say they came in less than an hour. The two gentlemen were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, they had what they needed in the truck, so in about 2 hours the work was complete and our door was as good as new. We paid about $375 for parts and 2 hours of labor. I found this very reasonable. They were very professional and courteous. Great job Eastern!! read more

Both of my key fobs have been acting up and finally just decided they no longer wanted to play. Purchased some after market replacement that needed programing to the vehicle. Dealer said "sure we can do that. I have an opening in three weeks. But that will give you enough time to say farewell to your first borne child." But at Eastern, I walked right in and job complete in under 20 minutes. Now they certainly were swamped with service calls and there were two other walk-ins when I was there, so at times you could see a little longer wait depending on the complexity of your requirements or the volume of other customers. Child still with Mom, key remote fully functioning in less than 3 weeks, and enough pocket money left over to treat the missus to lunch. Bonus. read more

Called for an emergency home lockout on Thanksgiving right before 9:15 am, which isn't ideal given the holiday but since the company is less than 3 miles from the home I figured this would be the safest bet. Was told 45 minutes wait time. It is now 12:15 pm as I'm writing this and they still haven't showed up. Called back twice for an ETA and went to voicemail. We've called another company to come assist so I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I was looking for some high security deadbolts that are difficult to find, but had questions that required technical knowledge of the product. Eastern Lock & Key was very informative and helpful. Went here to get a motorcycle key cut. I called ahead to see if they did, which they do. I wanted to go here because the one I went to previously (which was a bad experience), didn't serve me well at all, and going there again was a long drive too. Had a hard time trying to locate it since there are many businesses around the area, but it was because I didn't go further down the street. I finally found it after a couple of minutes. It is a fairly small place, but I noticed that a lot of work gets done there. Usually when you enter in a locksmith business, they are usually busy with a lot of things, so it was a while that I was noticed, but when I was, I was given full attention. I got my key cut and the man who was working on my key told gave me a great price on the key. I wasn't sure if it was because I was waiting or..? After I got my key cut, I asked if they do certain master lock keys and if they carry in stock motorcycle blank keys. They answered yes to all my questions and I will be coming back to get ore keys cut when I find that I am not working.
