Dropped my 2011 Honda Pilot off for a timing belt, water pump, etc at 110,000 miles. SO impressed with this shop. My car broke down and I assumed it was the alternator but wasn't sure if it was also the battery gone bad. I had my car towed to their shop and was really hoping they could do it quickly, same day, even with no prior notice or appointment. I've finally found my Auto place. Went in because my Acura needed a smog test and the maintenance light was on. I had taken it to Acura previously and the long list of repairs needed scared me. Chris at Coastal checked me in and said he would call me with repair needs. When he called I was surprised it only needed a few things fixed to keep it safe and running well. When I picked it up and told him I needed a smog he called up the smog place close to him and got me in immediately. The whole experience was good and inexpensive. read more

Sorry but gotta give a 1 star. No parking, tech was incorrect about my back breaks and they never called me back for an estimate of price. Stopped in to their shop, had to park on side of a car no spots, and waited for them to call back with price and when they could do it. No call so found a mobile guy who let me buy the breaks and he installed them. About half the price and did the breaks the next day. read more

They have done quite a lot of work on my 2005 (very loved) Honda Element. Fixing things others said couldn't be fixed as well as sorting out a weird strut failure I had. I've swung in there with an engine light one and they'll check it - explain it as well as all options. I was just there earlier this week to see when they could get me in for an oil change - they went the extra effort to check the oil level (for I wasn't bringing it back for 3 days). The attention and care is beyond amazing. You truly feel as though they see you and your safety as if you were a family member - they genuinely care. They are honest, very forthcoming and up front with you. Beyond strut replacement, baring, brakes, oil change and a lot more - I have never trusted any auto mechanic shop as I do them. I took in the car for engine noise on my 2012 Volvo. They ran a smoke test for the leaks and identified an issue with the PCV system. As they did not have the equipment to fix the crankcase breather assembly, they referred me to another garage, without charging me anything for the diagnostic work.
