My husband and I are very satisfied and impressed with their expertise, professionalism, efficiency and their high quality work. Their crew was very professional, respectful, friendly, talented and fast. A team of four guys worked at our house non-stop for about 4 days, they cleaned up and left the house sparkling clean and as good as new. We highly recommend them if you need your house painted and protected from the wet winters and the hot summers that damage the siding and the rest of the house. On top of that, they cut through several of my irrigation system tubes and simply left them that way without saying a word. When I contacted the owner and asked if they could fix the damage, his response was, "We're in the concrete business, not landscaping." So not only did they do subpar work and damage my irrigation system, but they were also dismissive and unprofessional when I brought the issue to their attention. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you decide to hire them, be aware that any damage to your property may become your responsibility.

It is more than I even dreamed of and functions better than I could have hoped for. If you are a perfectionist, or even think you are, like I did, this is the company for you. I have been wanting this particular project done for so many years, that it seemed to take on a life of its own because I was unsure of every detail that I wanted and didn't know how to get started. I wanted it to be perfect, whatever that meant, and I had, unfortunately, very high expectations for it to be beautiful, functional highest of quality and a real focal point of our living room, WHILE not Standing out like it didn't belong in our home that was built 17 years ago. (understand the fear of getting started?) This leads me to 5 stars+ reason 1) The collaboration: After the initial visit with Jeff Jablonski, the owner, and Mike Boddington, the woodworker/builder i.e. Artist. Mike got to work immediately with his mad drawing skills. He listened to all my ideas, and contributed many of his own. Mike has great vision, way better than my own, and suggested many thoughts and ideas that might make it visually more interesting and functional. He offered ideas that incorporated my own but made them somehow even better. Shortly after our visit I got my first design. From there with all my ideas and pictures I have seen on Pinterest, and hopes we could incorporate them. Mike was great, he listened and accepted all of my thoughts and ideas and even encouraged me to "talk them all out", saying that the the more he understood what I wanted, the more confident he felt he could deliver. I got one or two designs more, and I loved them! I couldn't wait to get started. From there everything was custom built. Nothing came from a factory. Mike built everything. I requested, and confirmed, more than once mind you, that the slides and bracket hardware for the drawers, and cabinets were top of the line and would not fail me or seem rickety. Well, they are as you will see in the pictures and videos. ( unfortunately I am unable to post the videos that demonstrate the quality hardware with soft close) His work speaks for itself as well as the amazing subs they used. Stand outs are his painter (Eduardo) who takes incredible pride in his work and is also a complete perfectionist. He goes the extra mile. Just when you might think it's already perfect he is still working to make it more perfect. My counter top was done by precision and they worked hard to also make it perfect. I don't remember everyone's name to thank them but the contractors that Next Level uses are top notch. Mike and Jeff were amazing to work with. They held to the time frame they promised getting things done right in front of the Holidays 2023. I am a little belated in writing this review and this is why. two reasons: 1) I was hoping to finish the backsplash myself to get the final pictures but haven't gotten to it yet. (I kinda wish I had them do it cause it would have been done a long time ago, but didn't want to make a decision on tile yet and I am a good tile layer myself) 2) I really wanted take my time and give a well thought out review. Their "design" services consisted of using the Pinterest photos that we provided and some basic CAD drawings. They didn't show up to an initial meeting, (admitted putting it on their calendar incorrectly, this should have been a red flag), didn't read or respond to multiple emails with important information, didn't incorporate several specific written requests into project plans, and continuously wasted time, but they certainly charged for every minute they may have been even thinking about our project. Of course what we paid would have been a small portion of our overall project budget, but to have received virtually no timelines or final plans, or even basic communication, and to have wasted months of time that could have been used actually planning and completing the project, we decided to cut our losses. Before posting a review, we reached out to the owner, Jeff, (I am always very hesitant to post something that could negatively impact someone's livelihood), but from his defensive response it seems like this is just how they do business, and I feel our experience should be available to anyone considering using their services. A roof tear off and replacement is no joke! He was difficult with all of the problems his crew created. Wrong gutters, broken garage light, mess everywhere and a leak during a rain storm that the crew hadn't tarped for even though I warned them! After completion we had another major leak due to incorrect flashing. Ben was incredibly difficult and sour with us when we reached out to him. I will never know why the stars didn't line up for us. We bought a new roof and in return we got vitriol directed at us for problems we didn't create. Nice roof, though. No stars should be given.

During the process, Elements discovered--and showed us--that nearly all our roof decking (the plywood sheet layer) was warped and needed to be replaced. So, we ended up paying nearly twice as much as originally quoted. (Initial inspections never find this level of "uh oh." It would have happened with any other roofer.) Things we liked/appreciated: 1) Quick and thorough responses to our questions - especially detailed questions that helped me compare one bid with another; 2) Ease of reaching and communicating with Jessica, the Operations Manager, who worked with us to schedule our job; 3) Quick and courteous responses from Ben, as well as excellent communication between Ben and the work crew; 4) Ben's final walk-through with us was on time and thorough. To consider: Elements involved multiple team members, which sometimes was great and other times resulted in crossed wires. They had to reschedule our initial inspection, and sadly we didn't speak the same language as the inspector who arrived on the revised date. (The written report was clear and thorough, though.) All in all, replacing a roof is a stressful act of trust for the homeowner. Elements did a solid job for us.
