I waited a few days and then contacted him. "Oh - family emergency, we will start next week." Next week comes by and still no one comes. I wait a few days again and contact him again. "Oh - I injured my foot - next week for sure." I wait for the next week and again no one shows up. I wait a few days and contact him. "Oh - my foot is still injured - but next week for sure." Guess what - he did not show up the next week and then just stopped responding to my texts. I understand that delays come up but why is it my responsibility to have to repeatedly contact him when no one shows up on the scheduled date again and again? If something comes up, LET ME KNOW! And if you don't want to do it, LET ME KNOW! After a month of having my texts ignored, we gave up on him and contracted with the city to do the repair.

He made the appointment for the following Saturday (4/19) @ 8:00 in the morning. At 8:30 I texted and asked if he was coming. No show, no call. I chose this company because of the reviews. Professionalism, communication, and friendliness. So much for reviews. Would never recommend.

It's been an absolute joy working with Bill and Sue on replacing a few retaining walls and cracked…read moreconcrete on my property. They are honest, open, communicative, and work like crazy to get the job done! Bill does really high quality work - he always explains in detail how he's tackling the job and sends a ton of photos so you can see what he and his team are doing at every step. One of my retaining walls (see photos) is in a really precarious location on a public sidewalk next to a busy street, but Bill and his team were able to handle it like true professionals. He estimated the work would take a few weeks, but after assessing the situation he decided that they needed to get the sidewalk cleared as quickly as possible so that people could walk by, so he brought in reinforcements and finished this wall in three days. Three days!!! No exaggeration - the "before" photo was taken on a Thursday, and the "after" photo was taken on Saturday! I have no idea how he pulled that off, but I so appreciate that he worked so hard to get the wall done quickly and cleaned up the area perfectly so that my neighbors wouldn't get mad at me :D Long story short, I feel really well taken care of by Bill and Sue - they treat you like family and I absolutely love my new "hawaiian style" wall :) Mahalo Bill and Sue!

They communicated well from start to finish, everything happened on schedule, and there were no surprises, all of which were priorities for us in pursuing this work on a fixed budget. We will definitely seek TGR out for our future project needs when they arise. Many thanks for the great work!

From the beginning, after contacting Pavers N Stones for a quote, they called back same day and I…read morescheduled them to come and help us with a side yard that was just gravel ( installed by the builder and not functional at all). We also had a backyard with a 40 degree slope and was difficult to access and navigate. Both owners Malika & Alex came out and listened to our concerns and shared their vision on how to transform our side yard and backyard slope into something that addressed all our concerns. They even provided one the spot renderings so we could envision what the final outcome would be. I can't begin to explain how they turned our project into something that is showcase quality. Their attention to detail and professionalism is of the highest standards. The crew were respectful of property, genuinely professional and they completed our project in record time. I think this company from the top, down to the crew are hands down the best company in the area.

Worked with AG on a multipart/day project where he and his team expanded a slope, built a retaining…read morewall around that slope, carved out a section for gravel + wood stairs, and then backfilled the top with 1/4 clean crush gravel for a low maintenance finish. I added descriptions for each picture but you can tell there was a lot of care and detail that went into leveling out the area, digging out the soil, moving it to the wall area, and getting that pretty square corner out of these curved blocks! The right side of the stairs (looking at it) is sloped and supported by the dirt that's also supporting the retaining wall. The left side is a sharp dirt edge which we left like that with a bit of a gap for a future fence, so no point smoothing it out. Very communicative, happy to make adjustments, double checked that everything was well explained before working on it, and reasonably priced. They got this job done in no time and made some intense work look easy, highly recommend.
