Leon made short work of this project and was out the very same day I contacted them to mark the ground for 811. As soon as the surveys were completed Leon scheduled the work and had it completed in less than 2 days. Great communication and great workmanship. They even came in under the estimated cost of repairs. CFP&S will get future business from me.

The contractor was not able to come up with a design that passed the calculations and insisted the only way to proceed was upgrading the main line (into the meter) from 3/4" to 1". This is a $22k, 4+ month project with the water company. I reached out to CFP based on the good reviews and with the first phone call with Leon found him to be very helpful, knowledgeable and confident we can work something out with the 3/4" main. Within 4 weeks we had an approved design and permit from the city. 8 months later we passed final inspection. In all our interactions, I found Leon to be friendly, responsive and generally very helpful/accomodating. I have verbally recommended him to neighbors and if you need a superstar fire protection design and implementation, look no further. Thank you again Leon and Central Fire Protection!

He asked for photos of the leaking pipe in our fire sprinkler system. He provided a quote within minutes and we scheduled the repair appointment right away. The crew was clearly knowledgeable. After shutting off the water at the main, they drained the system at the start, then waited (about 15 minutes) until no more water came from the system. They repaired problem in under 2 hours. That included having to go to the local hardware store to get a replacement fitting that was non typical. They offered me to keep the old parts they replaced. Materials, which included pipe, fitting and a pressure gauge, were fairly priced. Their rates were lower than the other two places I contacted and they didn't charge something called a truck charge. While there was a minimum of 4 hours (which all the other businesses I called also had), I was happy it went less than that and would call them again if I needed work on my home fire sprinkler system.

I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, but I also don't like paying a lot of money for poor quality…read moreservice. I hope that this helps someone else. My experience with aa fire systems was very, very bad. A couple months ago during a remodel a pin hole leak was caused in our fire system line. We shut off the water to the house and called aa to fix the leak. They sent 2 plumbers to our house, who cut the line to make the repair. Residual water from the pipes caused over 4,000 worth of flooding damage to our home (bucket loads of water poured from the second story floor into our garage below and in addition flooded an upstairs bathroom) They claim we had a clog in our drain line. But they never attempted to drain the system before hand, they made the assumption that the system had been drained...or didn't think to drain it. They also refused to answer any questions we had about the event afterward. We were left with a huge mess and they made no attempt to help clean it up other than to soak a huge piece of carpet padding with the water upstairs and then drag it over to the floor of another room and leave it there (which I discovered hours later)I made made a couple calls to the owners of the business but they wouldn't refund my money. They feel that because there was a clog in the line that they aren't liable. I don't think it's right to ask a homeowner to pay 230.00 an hour for such unprofessional service (they also have a minimum charge of 4 hours) These men did not exercise intelligence, professionalism, caution, knowledge, or concern. They did not check the fire system drain beforehand if they had, they would have noticed it was dry (indicating it hadn't been drained recently). One would hope they would be astute and communicate with the homeowner and say "did you drain your own fire system line recently?". If they had I would have said "what's a fire system drain?" Both my husband and I knew nothing about fire systems at the time. In my calls to the owners and managers of company afterward I learned that the men grossly under estimated the amount of water that leaked through from second floor to the first and indicated that the water damage was not a result of their work, but from the original leak. In addition, they told their boss that another company drained the line beforehand. These men lied to save themselves. These lies make me question whether or not there really was a clog in the line, or if they put it there afterward to take to their boss. The company stood behind these men taking their word as fact. I was charged 930.00 for 1 and a half hours of work. I was left with a huge mess, and had to retile a bathroom I wasn't planning on doing. I found my entire experience with them to be disgusting and I highly recommend looking for service elsewhere.

After cutting out that area of dry wall and noted the problem, I got a couple of quotes. Friendly Fire Systems is very reliable. The boss Benito responds to text very quickly and answered all questions professionally. Scheduling was easy and uneventful. The technician, Rafael, arrived on time. He did the whole job by himself. The access box was too small and Benito was able to help him to locate a bigger one quickly and Rafael went to get it. They replaced the pipes with CPVC plastic pipes. They also replaced the valve and water pressure gauge. Rafael did everything in 1 day. The other impressive and important quality I like this company is the post-repair follow-up service. The new water pressure gauge connection was seeping out water with drops of water slowly. I texted Benito right away and he was able to have another technician, Miguel, to come to my house that same evening and it was Friday. Miguel arrived on time that evening and tightened the connection up. The slow leak persisted and noted the next day. I texted Benito regarding that the next day, Saturday. He again responded to the text immediately and offered to have Miguel to come to my house Monday early morning but afternoon worked better for me and he scheduled that afternoon for me. Miguel replaced the water pressure gauge and the metal connector as there's manufacturing defects causing the super slow leak at the connection. Afterwards, no more leak. Thank you Friendly Fire Systems and the boss Benito for being so reliable for the initial work AND more importantly, the follow-up care. Not that many companies nowadays are so reliable on follow-up customer service/care after they get the money for the initial service. Keep up the good work!!!
