I called dealing with an urgent plumbing matter and was frankly quite stressed and upset due to other life factors as well... from the moment I called they were incredible. Professional, Kind, Patient, Helpful and Supportive. They were able to get someone out to me that day. I LOVED that I received a text with a picture of the technician, a short bio and a tracking link for their arrival. Incredible service. They know how to build trust. My job required a return the next day. Day one I was Giovanni, amazing! Truly an incredibly kind, understanding and calming force when I was so stressed. He was understanding, warm hearted and treated me like a human being, not just a customer or "job". Day 2 was Jesus, wow two amazing folks... I didnt think it was possible to get that lucky! Jesus was incredibly respectful, kind and personable. He was accountable, experienced and great with communicating throughout the service. Im so grateful for them both. Cheers to this company and crew... you have a forever customer and am so grateful for each of you, I absolutely recommend their service.

Unfortunately, the quality of their work was fallen significantly. Any work requires multiple visits by the plumbers to complete. People are not of the same page in execution and also do not execute with the same level of quality.

We opened the sewage cap, saw backflow water, and after trying to snake it ourselves, found out there were tree roots in our sewage pipe. He showed us the camera footage so we could actually see where the problem was, and explained what a spot repair would involve versus replacing the whole sewer line which was unnecessary in our situation. He worked efficiently, cleaned everything up before he left, and was friendly throughout the whole process. Thank you Al!

Savior was recommended by our neighbor who previously had the same issues, and they gave a competitive quote. Jaime was excellent, completing the repairs in just a few hours. Everything worked well for a couple months until the backflow valve leaked this month. Apparently one of the reused shutoff valve parts broke and caused the leak. Jaime again fixed it quickly and efficiently at no cost since it was under warranty. Unfortunately some dirt debris was introduced into the line and the backflow valve caught it, did its job, and gushed water out the evening of the repairs when the irrigation timer came on. I spoke with Tom, Savior's owner, who explained everything that happened and came out with Jaime to discuss in person. Jaime flushed the line and reset the backflow valve. I appreciate that Tom came out to explain the situation and ensure I was satisfied with the service repairs. It's good to have the personal touch from a local company.

Before even coming out, he took time to try to help us troubleshoot the issue, which we really appreciated. After arriving, he was able to clearly explain the situation, walk us through our options, and provide quotes for several jobs. We ultimately hired him to remove the extra pipe and reroute the dishwasher water supply to the kitchen sink, and he did a great job. He was professional, informative, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. When our motion sensor kitchen faucet started giving us trouble at the end and the hot water would not stop running, he went above and beyond by contacting Moen for us, helping get a replacement part sent out, and then coming back to install it and make sure everything was working properly. He was also very respectful of our home, including wearing boot covers, and his pricing felt fair for the quality of work and service he provided. It's not always easy to find someone who is skilled, responsive, and genuinely helpful, but Daniel was all of those things. We really appreciated his professionalism and follow through, and we highly recommend Cardona Plumbing.

They've done a variety of electrical work at my house, from installing recessed lighting to fixing an old contractor's shoddy electrical work. I've always been happy with their work and I like the owner, Massis, and his electrician Trevor. The reason for this review, however, is that recently my home lost all power one night. I called AMZ and they came right over. Massis and Trevor spent several hours checking all the wiring on my panels and solar system, then recommended we reach out to PGE to check their lines. PGE took a few days then responded and told me I needed a new main panel (apparently they're the only ones who can remove the meter to check). I called AMZ but Massis was on vacation! I left a message, and Massis called me back (while out of town). Massis ordered me a new panel and reached out to the city for permitting while he was still on vacation!. Massis came back and AMZ took care of everything from ordering the parts, to permitting with the city, to coordinating with PGE. I had gone several days without power, and Massis made it a priority to get me back up and running ASAP. Finally when it was all said and done, AMZ gave me an outstanding all-in price. Trust me, AMZ is the only way to go. Good, trustworthy people - outstanding service.

What impressed me the most was that Ivan stayed after installation to do a sweeping quality control - turned out there was a slight leak with my old plumbing setup - he stayed to ensure that got fixed. I was absolutely thankful for him to stay on to ensure everything worked flawlessly.
