We are excited to no longer have the horrible scale build up on our appliances and have noticed we need radically less soap in the shower. Additonally, we are really enjoying the reverse osmosis system under the counter as well to make sure we have safe drinking water for the family. The owner Justin was patient and explained their products and benefits well. Extremely knowledgeable with every question I had. I did some research before deciding on a system and this company only uses the best products (tanks and valves) and won't try to unnecessarily sell you on a system you don't need or cheap out with lesser materials. Fair quotes- great work- don't look any further if you need a water softener for your home.

Even though our 2026-built home didn't come with a water loop, he found the best spot and made the installation look seamless. He even handled a putty patch-up too. The wait time was a little longer than I would have liked, but once Justin arrived, I felt like we were in good hands. Despite the delay, I'd still keep PureFlo on speed dial.

The water taste thick and old sone are slime taste . A place I'm not saying in Tracy yes it's cheap but the water taste cheap not fresh ! When ever I come in I see the person go to the water filter pump station and see him switch the filter machine off ! I realized my water wasn't tasting pure fresh and starting to have a thick slime taste like old water not being filter constant .. so another search since I'm from the Bay Area ! Nice to the valley it's very hard to find super pure water ! It took 2 years until I got lost looking for a place called pure water . But this place was called super pure so the name pulled me in .. And I took the risk to judge and my feed back is The water taste delicious fresh pure ! I may live 30 min away but it's worth every dime !! Trust me !! I judge even how the place looks ! I been in dusty places and dark water stations and they taste the way the water station looks !.. I give this place for now 5 stars it's a little farther but the water taste is worth the drive and I see it's always busy not like other water places in lathrop or Manteca or Tracy ghost town !!.

Top-notch work! Highly recommend Crystal Water Line!…read more Amar installed a Clack split-tank water softener and an under-sink Reverse Osmosis system in my home. Al explained everything in detail prior to installation and left no questions unanswered. We wound up getting a prefilter and two softener units that require no electricity and provide a constant supply of soft water to my house. When one regenerates, the other one goes on line automatically. With a single unit, whenever it regenerates it is bypassed and your feeding hard water back into the house. On installation day, Chris Rubalcaba showed up on time and got right to work. He was very meticulous in his work and in the end, we had a well designed system with a very neat and orderly piping system. He installed the RO unit under the kitchen sink and ran a line to feed the refrigerator ice maker as well. When he was done, holes were patched and jobsite was cleaned up. We decided to use Potassium Chloride instead of Sodium Chloride, but we were told that if we wanted to switch to sodium in the future, it could be done. Their system was competitively priced, and for the price we paid, I feel we got a very good system and one that will last for a long time. I highly recommend AAA as well as the system that doesn't require electricity.
