I've shortened my complaint. I was so mad that day ( on 11 th street) this young man was so biased and rude towards me, still unfriendly still works for you at new location on S Ttacy Blvd is still on his phone ~Constantly and again he is 5'10 ish or so maybe taller but not as tall as the super friendly helping young man , darker skinned maybe even thick wavy hair id say Hispanic. I had a legit complaint, I'm not mistaken. I purchased my 5 gallon water bottles with spouts from the original store on 11 th street , I was a long time ( years) loyal customer and that day he did have on a Fancy Gold Chain/medallion that day, it was exposed on his neck. BUYERS BE AWARE WHEN PAYING WITH THE Purewater PREPAID CARD! Employee accused me of not paying. Today I went in to fill my 3 of the 5 gallon jugs. As my water was getting filled I handed my card to the employee so he can mark the number of gallons. He marked it off and handed me the card. The employee was too busy chatting with his friend who was filling up the water as well. They definitely knew each other since he said " i will meet you there tonight". After I loaded my cart and was walking off he said " hold on you didnot gave me your card to mark off". I told him he already marked it while he was busy chatting with his friend and showed him the card. This was the new card which had 15 gallons marked previously and he marked 20 gallons off. I told him to correct it but he said I can leave or else he will mark off 15 gallons as he thinks I didnot gave him the card. I told him to pull the cameras and he said they don't have cameras. I told him to call his manager he said he is the manager. I asked him to give me the owners contact information he said he cannot. I asked him to give me his name he stated he is not supposed to give me his name. The other weird thing is and I called him out on it since he stopped me by saying I didnot gave him my card to mark off. I asked him how did he knew I was paying with their prepaid card or with credit card or cash. He kept repeating as I didnot handed the card. He didnot apologized for his mistake and I left. This guy has very short term memory and not paying attention. Make sure to give the card right before you walk out and also get his acknowledgment that he has marked the card or record him with your camera while he is marking your card as an evidence. Now I have been a long time customer from the time they were in Safeway shopping plaza and have never seen this guy. Even at this new location I have met the other person. This horrible customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will find another water place to fill my water as this guy is very disrespectful and insulted me infront of other customers who were walking in. read more

we've been coming here for years, water card and all. customer service is great. it wasn't until about a month ago we brought 5 5gal bottles home of their alkaline water (pricey but tastes better & better for you) that we noticed a very metallic taste, since we never had issues with water from here we assumed it was our water dispenser that we purchased 6 months ago. we properly cleaned it, rinsed it & put the bottle back in. again, metallic water. cleaned it again, still metallic. we were so sure that it wasn't the water itself that we had to replace the water dispenser. threw out a perfectly fine water dispenser that was a pretty penny all because we were sure it wasn't the water. finally we realized the entire batch of the water bottles weren't drinkable, our whole family had upset stomachs until we realized it was the water we were drinking. okay no problem, pretty frustrating but accidents are allowed & we notified them that there is something wrong with their water. they apologized and said it wasn't cleaned properly but they fixed it. filled up the 5 5gal bottles again with regular water. again the metallic taste. frustrated again & notified again. they apologized again said it wasn't cleaned properly again. went back for the 3rd time (we were trying to make most of the water card that we purchased) and got alkaline again. AGAIN THE METALLIC TASTE. three times all because we were trying to use our $45 water card. as a family that doesn't have filtered water at home we were beyond frustrated from all the hauling of the water bottles that weren't drinkable and tossing a perfectly fine water dispenser. we tossed the half used water card and officially moved on to a better water refilling store. disappointed is an understatement. please do better. read more

Looking at the recipient, it does not indicate that the products are final sale or non exchangeble. I wanted to purchase another water dispenser. I been coming to Super Pure Water in Tracy to refill 5 5 gallon Jugs for about 6 yrs now and never had an issue. As always the staff always helpful and friendly until yesterday 8/7/2024. As usual I went with my 5-5 gallon jugs and bought a 200 gallon card. At 1st employee Jessie whom also stated he's the store manager was polite when I made my purchase and payment for water card. I proceed to the jug cleaning station and rinsed 2 jugs when he approached me from the back and said Ma'am put jug all the way in and started to wipe down some water I splattered while rinsing jugs. Then he walked away. As I was rinsing last 5 gallon jug I accidentally splattered a little bit of water again do to pressure on the cleaning station. He approached me againg very pissed off and told me I did it on purpose after he told me not to splatter water again. I told him sorry and that if he wanted I could wipe it off as soon as I was done. He said no and told me to leave after I asked him for his manager's name and he stated he was the manager and refused to give me the store owner name as he stated that that was his store. He continued to be mouthy and I told him to get out of my face and to let me finish getting my water because I was going to be late to pick up my son from school. He said what if I don't get of your face what are you going to do. I told him I would never go back alone again unless I go with my husband which often we go together and he said so what. I told him I hope the owner would see the cameras and he just laughed at me. I seen a customer walking to get her water and I told Jessie are you really going to keep going look someone is coming and he didn't care. He continued to tell me stuff. As I was walking out I told him I would let the owner know of how he treated me and he said...oh are you telling me I'm going to get it?? I was like I never told you that. I put my water in my vehicle and came back to return cart and he grabbed it as I was walking in and told him I would put it back and he forcefully yanked it from me with force. I felt super humiliated by his actions specifically when at the end there were customers getting water. I would like the owner to please respond to this. Thank you. I've always had good service here at this store, but after today I will no longer return to this business. The employee, a guy with a mullet and mustache, was not wearing his mask. A customer asked him to put one on and he said he doesn't have to. The customer said it's a state ordinance and the employee said he doesn't care. The employee proceeded towards the entrance where the customer was and said " please keep your money and don't come back." The owner of this establishment needs to take action on this employee as this is the health and safety of all customers at risk if this employee doesn't where his mask. It looked like he also allowed his mom to come in the store to give him food without a mask as well. Health and safety of all customers and employees is key here. If employees of this establishment doesn't care about health ordinance, then does the owner care? read more

Definitely 5 star worthy! Especially during this COVID19 crisis. I mean I did have to wait 2 weeks until they got in their inventory of 5 gallon jugs, but was definitely worth it. I called every morning for 3 days. Then the guy (unsure if it was the same man) but he told me they could put me down on a waiting list, so I opted for that. Yesterday 30 mins before closing he called, said they received the gallons, and that I should come in ASAP to purchase as he's pretty sure by Monday they'll be sold out again and with every store ordering it could take weeks again for them to stock up. So I was added to the waitlist. He called Thursday evening around 6pm. I told him i'd be in first thing Friday morning, he confirmed my name and how many I wanted (4) and I was able to get my first water fill up "free" but since they upped the price to $17 per jug, it basically wasn't free, still very considerate that they were holding the 4 jugs for me!! Great customer service. For as long as I live in the area I will continue to fill up here. read more
