I am new in this area and is very much spoiled by the water place in the town I used to live in and wanting to find another place that'll do the same to me. But, this is not it! lol. This place does what it's meant to do though, give you clean and crisp drinking water in which I gave them the 4 stars in. I am very particular with the water I drink and could tell the difference in them. Located in the plaza next to food4less, this area can be a bit congested during peak hours or when a lot of people decided to get their water all at the same time. Now, the first time I was here felt like I was entering a worship service with all the religious stuff around you and would be hearing a sermon all at the same time. The man that works here loves to talk, I mean it doesn't really bother me that much. But there are times that I just wanted to be in and out of this place as quick as possible and he would still be chit chatting. He's really friendly though but most people were not a chit-chat kind so this is a bit of an annoyance to them. This place also offer water card if you tend to refill weekly and it'll save you the hassle of looking for change. They also have 24hr water station outside which is very convenient. read more

This is not the place to refill your water quickly. Believe the other one star reviews. The man inside doesn't know when to stop talking even when slowly walking away and making it clear one needs to go. He says many offensive things to the point it almost feels like harassment. He once told me Catholics, Muslims, Mormons, and Buddhists are ignorant. If he believes in something that's fine, but don't make people uncomfortable. Keep religion and business separate ! read more

Want water quick and easy. It was nice and pleasant experience the first time. The next time I want to refill more. No worries, it'll be fast. I trust this place from my first experience... I was wrong. Very wrong during my second visit. This guy comes to me and have a small talk about "religion." I usually want to refill water quickly and be on my way, but I also don't want to be rude at all to the person I'm talking to. But this religious guy kept talking and asking what I believed in. Look, its important to keep religion and business separate, but this guy couldn't separate the two. His approach made me uncomfortable and I felt the judgement come in for having different beliefs. He couldn't even take the hint that I was not interested in hearing what he had to say. I ended spending way more time there then I should until I finally got my water and left. I don't get why there is a need to spread their religious beliefs, but I should have seen that the moment I walked in and saw all those signs. God was giving me the signs to run away from that place. Now I rather go get water at the Watermill Experss near the gas station. At least I would refill water quicker and not have to waste my time dealing with stuff I don't want to hear. Convenient and fast compared to this service... Anywhere else but there. Plus, the parking sucks here too. It's very tight. Good luck not denying other people's cars. read more

This might be my last review but I just want to shout out two special women that I came across last month and also today. The first was this black lady that I ran into, at the water dispenser on West Lane in the parking lot of the McDonald's that is located there. I was filling up my 3 gallon empty water jug and for some reason, it just came over me to inform her that there was cheaper water located on Wilson Way. Then she turned the tables on me and informed ME, that she rarely gets water at this fill station because it's actually cheaper at Ultra Pure Water. I didn't know what Ultra Pure Water was, all I knew was that I was raised all my life in Stockton, CA and we drove by this place all the time when I was a child. Well, when we could afford to eat the buffet at the (now closed down) Round Table Pizza. So here I was, I am not sure, maybe 20 years later now coming across this very decked out (fashion forward) black lady who just passed on knowledge that I should have known if only I had spent more time getting to know my city and not the world. But alas, this information that was kept from me because I did not seek it myself, for some odd reason, now found itself at my door when all I did was spark up a friendly conversation with the intent of passing on what I thought was regular information. And in doing so, she, in turn, informed me of this hidden gem which I have only gone, about twice now, as far as I can remember. But I do mean to come by more times hopefully in the future and will update this review after more experiences here, but all I can say, so far, is that I love the environment, the asian lady that owns this place is the nicest person ever and I do hope that more people will visit here and save money wherever and whenever possible. read more

Support this local business! I'm not religious at all so I wasn't sure about entering this place that has religious references EVERYWHERE, but now that I have been in, I won't hesitate to return. Very nice owner. There is a hot water rinsing machine to clean bottles and the filtration system is on display. The prices are reasonable. read more

They have a cart you can use to carry a bunch of water jugs at the same time. They have a station to wash your water jugs. Staff is nice.

Great service, very friendly worker every time I go in. Always starts a conversation while the water is dispensing. The prices are awesome! So much cheaper than buying bottled water or new filters for filtered water. read more

This was originally a great place to get some very clean water. The staff is nice, but just one huge issue. My wife came in for a refill and everything was great at first. It was her first time refilling there, but I went there a couple times. After some small talk she was suddenly was asked about her religion. She was shocked. The man helping her was saying some very offensive words. No need to elaborate. The mans wife then entered and had some words to say as well which made my wife extremely uncomfortable. This place is supposed to be a business, and not a place to recruit for religion. I'm not sure if they were the actual owners, but small talk would've been it and there was no need to judge and speak about religion to any customer. We will never return to this location ever again. Good people who work hard to earn your business. I purchased a nice water dispenser and of course water. Their water prices are so much cheaper than buying by the gallon, they are about a fourth of the cost per gallon compared to discount retailers. Of course city water is cheaper by the tap, unfortunately I am consulting in an area that has terrible well water. read more
