Joe was communicative, ready to answer any question, and very lovely to work with - he is very detailed and came to visit the site often despite their busy schedule. The work also comes with a 10-year warranty, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The entire project was completed within 5 days, exactly as promised in the contract. It included a swinging door that was built with a custom metal frame (they built the metal frame on-site), which was an impressive level of quality. They built 10' x 8' privacy fence between us and the neighbors (on the left side), and they laid DG to suppress weeds and hold the slope. The team was very courteous and communicative. They brought a 3-4 man crew with lots of supplies (including a porto potty). I hit a few snags along the way that had to do with the specific list of work that was to be done. Rumaldo had the crew come back to address the details that bothered me, which I appreciate.
