I really loved the spring/summer collection/selection they already had out on showcase. They had the basic color wallets & spring/summer designs. Unfortunately, they didn't have the original navy blue women's wallet. That is what I was looking for. The other merch was cute though. Some woman employee helped me but I didn't get her name. There was some good sales(value for your dollar) but I came for that wallet specifically. It's for a gift for my cousin. The merch is a little more affordable here b/c it's an outlet. I've been to this Coach Outlet store at Clinton Crossings many times. You are greeted upon walking in, usually with a coupon for some percentage off everything in the store, including clearance items. I do get emails from Coach Outlet online, so when I make a purchase and have something to return, I come here to do it. This was the only option in CT for such a thing until the newer outlets at Foxwoods opened, but that drive from the highway to the Casino sometimes bothers me, so this is still my preferred location if I just need to run in a store or two and am not trying to make an all day event out of outlet shopping. The store is always clean and the associates are always great, willing to help find something if you have shoes you're trying to match or can give them an idea of what you're looking for. They're quick to grab their calculators to give you the price with the percentage off that day. I've never had an issue with returning/exchanging/purchasing and will be back. Also, I noticed the last time I went that there are many newer restaurants in the area! There used to be limited options so I'd sometimes eat in Middletown on the way home, but I'll be trying one of the restaurants near the outlets soon, probably when I'm back shopping for the holidays. The prices in this store are very close to the prices of Coach Online, so don't believe the review on price gauging, the retail prices are what they are, right on the tag, then you get some amount off of the retail price, it's just how it works at all Coach Outlets. I have been to this Coach Outlet many times over the years. I'm pretty sure I've bought a bag every time too. Haha. The staff always greets you when you come in and there is almost always some kind of sale or deal going on. They are happy to help and answer any questions you have. The bags are in sections and are well marked so it's easy to tell what price ranges you are looking at. My best experience tho has to be this last time I was in. I had bought a tote a little under a year ago and I went to use it and noticed the tiny gold Coach logo had fallen off the bag. I always keep my receipts for the bags I buy for at least a year because I'm a weirdo. I had a problem with my last bag and I brought it in and they repaired it for free and shipped it back to me. So I was shocked to hear that the policy had changed when I brought this one in. The new policy meant that I could get a new bag for the price I paid for my old bag...A total win! They helped me select another great bag which ended up being slightly less than I had paid originally and because I had my receipt they gave me a refund. I'm sure there are exceptions to this new policy so that people don't take advantage of it cuz I could see that happening. They have great customer service. I'll definitely continue to purchase my bags here. read more

Ok, so first off this is one of the cleanest and neatest stores I have ever been in. All the associates are really friendly, almost to the point where you might think they get commission for the sales but I don't think they do. You will be greeted when you go in and you will be asked several times if you need help, if you have any questions, and if you are finding what you need. That is all ok and welcome in my book and I'm glad my business is appreciated. This is not my first time in this store, I love coach, don't care if it's the "newest" design, and hate paying full price for things! I have found that the outlets are hit or miss. Sometimes you find a boat load of awesome shoes, and sometimes not. Sometimes you hit a sale that makes you feel like you may be stealing from them, sometimes not. The best time to hit this store is before Christmas! In the past, that has been when I have gotten the best deals. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone who loves coach and would like to save a little money too. read more

We've been visiting this store quite a few times this year so I thought I would write a review for it. This Coach Factory Store is located within the Clinton Crossing outlet mall that is right off of I95, which makes it quite convenient to visit as a rest stop during the long interstate drive. Almost every time we visited, we were handed a 50% off coupon but I don't recall ever using it. Instead, we've been ordering their bags online and have been returning the unused bags here. Decided to go shopping at coach for my birthday as I do every year. First of all it was impeccable and spotless and had great variety! Not only they are carrying purses now they carry loads of accessories. The employees were very eager to help which is wonderful. They also were having amazing sales. And I believe today it was 50% off the entire purchase which I took full advantage of. I came around closing and all the employees seemed very on point and not burned out which brought my mood up immensely. I was helped the whole time by a lovely woman named OKSANA which didn't mind me and my crazy mother asking questions about each item. She was super patient and actually listened to what kind of purses I was looking for and actually went around and showed me each bag that she thought might suit me which was amazing because it was like having a personal stylist! Between calculating prices and showing me the merchandise OKSANA was a joy to work with she actually pick out the purse I ended up falling in love with and purchased! It was a LEATHER CRIMSON HOBO bag and she also talked me into The Coach Moisturizer after she gave me the do's and Don'ts with cleaning this delicate purse. Without her knowledge she shared with me somewhere down the line I might of used the wrong cleaner/product and would of ruined my bag! All the employees I have dealt with in the past we also very nice and knowledgeable but OKSANA was definitely the MVP of the staff on October 03, 2014 in my opinion!!! PRICES here are always amazing compared to going into a department store! Everything is high quality and fashion forward!
