At Brentwood, Brian and Romero have been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and honest in guiding fit and selections. They actually listen, which makes all the difference--especially when you're trying to get something as specific as the right pant fit. And more recently, Nancy at the Camarillo outlet went out of her way to help coordinate sizing, share photos, and make the process easy and seamless. That level of care--especially across locations--is rare. What stands out most is the consistency: no pressure, no upselling--just smart, attentive service and a genuine desire to help you find what actually works. It makes shopping feel easy! They rock!

We were there few weeks ago checking out a leather jacket, since it was our second store we started…read moreshopping at, we decided to come back later for a jacket I really liked. I asked the girl nicely that I really like the jacket but would like to look around and come back for it. She looked at me head to toes and said: "I can only hold it for 20 mins" in a really condescending tone. The first store we went was theory men store right next door and my husband a sweater held for later. When I asked what the final price would be; she was very unwilling to pull her calculator out and said it's not refundable because it's final sale again in a condescending tone! I say okay I will think about it, she said have a good day and took the jacket out of my hands in a rudely manner!! I don't wanna be racist or anything, but if the manager reads this she is Asian young lady and have her hair dyed Ashy grey/ blonde. It kind of put us in a bad mood after we left the store and didn't even wanna come back the second time. But deep down, I feel sad for her life!

She gave a quick history of the store and explained how the owner procures items. She was so sweet to ask about our day and share some tips for exploring the area. Items are well organized and clean. There is a fairly large selection of formal wear, kept in individual plastic covers, in the back which I don't see often in vintage boutiques. I found the prices to be a bit on the higher end, but it worked out ok with 20% off regular prices. A lovely skirt came home with me. :)

I did however picked up two tops for myself and a pair of pants for my partner. Men's section is more limited but still fun to browse through. Smaller store because it is an outlet, but worth stopping in. Definitely noticed the inventory here had more women's sizes in the 0-2 range. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I lost one of my precious earrings in the changing room and when I went back two days later to inquire about it, they had it in their lost and found! They even have a jar of Milkbones for the fur babies! My dog certainly appreciated the treats.

Although those days are long gone, and many of the stores that made it "premium" are no longer here, it's better than most. There are still some good deals. It's also fairly large so you'll spend a decent amount of time walking through every section. We're usually shopping for something specific -- today it's jeans for the husband. But we always end up with more than planned. :) We browsed through many of the stores, spending much of our time at Lucky Brand, Levi's, Lululemon, adidas, The North Face and Ralph Lauren. We got the best deal on jeans at Levi's and surprisingly found a nice lightweight sweater for him at Lululemon. We like to grab a light snack or drink treat while we shop. Wetzel's Pretzels is a favorite but today we discovered that Boba Time has joined the outlets! Overall, it was a really nice day. I realized when we left that I missed going to Pottery Barn! We'll need to start on that side next time.

JOE'S JEANS & SEVEN FOR ALL MANKIND ARE GONE!…read more I'm really disappointed because I drove down to Camarillo from Santa Barbara to go to Joes jeans and Seven jeans specifically. And yes, I checked the outlet website before I left for hours and it appeared that both stores were active and open. When I arrived, Joes was simply gone. I went over to the kiosk map to check and it was still listed in its usual location. But it had been replaced by another store, Reformation, I believe. An employee of the outlets walked by and said I looked confused and told me the map hadn't been updated in a minute. Disappointed, I then went over to Seven, which was also gone! Replaced by Fabletics, I think. The point is that Joes and Seven are still listed on the outlet website and they are still listed in the on-site kiosks as active stores. Not only am I disappointed that a few of my favorite stores are just gone like that, but I'm especially disappointed at the glaring lack of communication that lead to an entire afternoon being wasted. The outlets otherwise appear to be going down hill. I don't think I'll be back after this.

No one greeted…read moreus at the door as they used to, offered to take our items to the fitting room while we shopped, and was around when trying on the ones we had picked. The ladies at the register were nice. Prices were reasonable, but quality seems to have declined. I am very sad because this used to be my favorite store. My main reason for writing this review is the sorry state the fitting rooms were. The floors are really deeply filthy with blackened gum remnants here and there. See the pictures.

And at prices (I assume) is cheaper than you'll find at their usual mall and online locations. The clearance section is a bit messy, but beyond that things are clean and well organized. Fitting rooms also looked well maintained. Friendly staff. Not pushy at all but happy to help out however needed.
