Nice place to go if you don't want to spend $500.00 for a bag at Macy*s. I wandered down there while I was out of work for a week or so, I picked up a wallet and change purse for just under $120.00. I just went back and got a $320.00 bag for $140.. BUT those sales ladies are snooty. Just because you sell hundred dollar bags doesn't mean you need to be stuck up little ladies. Worst employees, i guess. I love to shop at this store. Unfortunately, was so in a hurry on mother's day, May 12th, sunday. Shopped for my friends for mother's day, and left my sunglasses at the cashier area.. thankful for the person who surrendered/gave my sunglasses to one of the employees there. 2days after the 12th of May, i realized i don't have my sunglasses. So i called first fossil store, since that's the last store i went to but im sure i did not left it there because i did not put my stuffs down and did not buy anything from them. So i realized, to call Coach outlet since it's the store that i went and bought presents. I spoke with an emplyee named "Lorie". She asks what kind of sunglasses i have, and so i was able to described the item, then she confirmed that it was there and that it was surrendered to her/them.. so basically, i assumed that i claimed my item and it is secured in their lost and found box. She asked for my name so that when i go and get the item, she knows it was me who called. Im the only person who knew about the item i left at coach, no body else does. Days went by, i was not able to pick up my item because i was not in camarillo area. A month had past, i called today, June 24 to check on my item and let them know that i will get it tomorrow. I spoke with the same person "Lorie", then put me on hold for 10mins, then went back to me and said that the safe does not have my sunglasses anymore since it's been a month that nobody claimed it. Wow! I knew somebody will have interest on it. Then she said that all items unclaimed for a month will be sent to the lost and found department of the camarillo outlet. Amazing! All i knew is that my item is safe in there. They must have thought that nobody will get it or remember about the item. Where's your employees honesty and integrity..??? Im soooo disappointed! This is a great Coach store. The people working are always nice (maybe because my wife is Asian) to us as we enter. I've always had the help I've needed. This store gets very busy-- very early. The line outside is part of the outlet mall experience. Then when you get inside, prepare to be bumped and waiting in line to check out. I've never seen less than 3 people ringing people up. My wife and I have a thing now where we will enter the store, I'll look around and then stand in line and her shopping ends when I'm the next to get rung up. I got a beautiful planner at this store for $50 that retails for $218!!! read more

Sorry, I'm not about to stand in line to get into a store who's prices are only discounted by 10% and the customers act as if this is the last Coach purse they will ever own (even grabbing them out of your hands!). I brought my mother here and this place always has crazy deals. They were offering coupons on top of the already discounted prices. Only downside was this one associate who "tried it". She went out of her way to ignore us and literally stepped over us to get to another customer. It was finally time for me to retire those $5 New York alley purses. And as much of a conversation starter my Zabar's bag is, it's just not very professional in a business situation. So I thought Coach would be the place to get a sensible, not too logo-ized, and pretty handbag. And lo, there is a Coach outlet at the Camarillo Outlet Mall. Now, while all the other shops in the center were still in the morning doldrums, the Coach store was heaving, absolutely heaving with people. They had set up barriers for the queue, like three switchbacks deep. I was just shocked at the amount of people in there, all lunging for bags. I was also slightly disappointed to see that more than half the bags were logo heavy and tacky-trendy. But if that's what these ladies were going gah-gah over it, all the power to them. I found just two little handbags that suit my needs. Sensible and nice, with not a single overt label. Each were supposed to retail for $200-$300. They sold both of them to me for about $120 total. The people working there were very nice, very helpful, put some leather conditioner on my bags before wrapping them up. And the wrap job is pretty impressive. The counter chicks make sure they come around the counter to hand you your bag. Really detailed service...and for an outlet store, too. But, sorry, a point off for the place being raging pit of frenzied shark feeding on the Coach purses. The woman in front of me, I swear she bought over 20 handbags, maybe more. She yelled at her impatient young boy, "You stop that, RIGHT NOW. I'm doing what I have to do. Stop texting me!" Calm down, ladies, it's just a bag to carry your car keys around. read more

This place is pretty awesome for the 50% off coach purses. I saw one I wanted in Macy's and thought I'd look here first before spending the 500 on it...and it was there!! I was so happy. Idk what people are complaining about the pricing...look if you're going to buy a designer handbag be ready to shell out the money the fact you can get a 500 bag here for 250 is pretty amazing...stop being cheap or go to Ross and buy a cheap purse! I went there on Nov 24, 2013 around 7 pm, an African-American male cashier and his manager were so rude. She's not suppose to be a manger! My friend used gift receive to get 15% discount on Cabazon outlet on Nov 23 when i knew that i went to Coach outlet at Camarillo to buy some wristlet bags. Unfortunately i forgot to take a original receive i brought only a gift receive. The manager told me i can't use that gift receive to get discount because they just got new policy that customers need to bring an original receive. Is it possible??? They're gonna their policy in a last minute.I tried to ask and talk with the manager but after she finished the thing that she wanted to tell me she walked away. This is too rude and disgusting. I love this Men's Coach outlet and I love my leather wallet from them. It's the same thing I would have bought from an actual store but the only difference is I paid $60 less for it. Yep I had extra money left over for dinner and a movie. About this place on the weekends it was packed, but yet the employees were able to manage all cliental at the same time. Very impressed with that. On the weekdays is the best time to go so I advise if you can avoid the weekends please do so as they get extremely busy and make it uncomfortable to shop. To many people pushing and shoving freak me out and I need my space to breath. read more

The staff at this store is super helpful. They helped me pick out a wonderful computer bag that doesn't look like a computer bag. They were super patient as I actually put my computer in several different bags and walked around the store with them to see how it felt. While one clerk helped me with the bags, another one got to work on my "classic black everyday coach bag". I don't know what she did to my bag, but it looked amazing after she gave it some TLC! I bought the leather conditioner, and I've tried it at home.....I think they teach them some sort of special technique, because it looks *better* after I work on the bag. BUT, when the Coach clerks do it, the bag looks YEARS younger! read more

50% off, how could I say no... well, I didn't!! I was really impressed by how neat the store was and how great their customer service was. Employees made sure we knew they were there, but they were also quite discreet. I will definitely be back!! I don't know how you find out about the 50% off sales, but it seems like a lot of people knew about it. Definitely get there early!! I got there about 10:00 on a Saturday, and it wasn't too crowded. The manager Maria is very rude and Store clerk Ariana. I bought 3 same styles of shoes. Me and my neice wore it for least than an hour and our feet terribly hurts and almost got blister. I am trying to return but they refused. According to them they have a no return/exchange policy. I was surprised because it was never disclosed to me at the time of purchased. The rude Mgr Maria and store clerk Ariana said "it's in the receipt" . I said "what, you expect me to read the fine prints?, you should have verbally disclosed to me at the time of purchased?". Mgr. Maybe my opinion is a bit clouded due to the amazement of the Outlet in general- Was my first time visiting an outlet and was amazed at some of the deals they had going on. I purchased a beautiful purse on sale, It was 50% off plus ADDITIONAL 30%! Crazy, right?! Well, I would give them 5 but the store is a tad bit on the messy side. She went extra miles of searching good deals for me. she even went to the back store to search for more bags. Offer big carry bag to me to place all the items that I have chosen. She offered warm smile and greeted me. Thumbs up for her and the store should have more staff like her. However at the cashier counter I encountered bad experienced with the cashier named BIANCA. I purchased 5 clutches during a sale last weekend. I came back today to exchange two of the clutches for different colors. Not only did they not honor the original price I paid and charged me $25 extra, the woman was so incredibly rude when I questioned why. THEN I asked the cashier processing my exchange for a gift receipt for both of the new products. She forgot the first gift receipt, then told me there was nothing she could do to get my another gift receipt. I won't be shopping here again. read more

This store is amazing. The staff is super nice, and not pushy. Never pressuring to buy anything. They truly care about their customers. The quality of the bags is amazing. I have bags from here that I use almost every other day, and after 5 years, they still look brand new. Keep in mind, I throw my bags around when I get to work and carry approximately 20 pounds of stuff in them every time I use them. Coach makes really amazing quality bags, in my opinion, better quality than my Louis Vuittons or my other designer bags. And they stand behind their products. I cannot complain. :-) read more

Was given a Coach purse as a gift and wanted to exchange it for a different color. Brought my purse in, still brand new, tagged and boxed. Spoke to Rita, told her that I didn't have the receipt because it was a gift but would like to exchange my purse. She was very helpful and friendly and told me what price she could credit me on the purse and then promptly showed me various purses in that price range including the style I returned. I looked around and in the end decided to get the exact purse I returned except in a different color. A straight across simple exchange. I get in line and end up with some tall greying older gentleman...Rita was ringing up other customers. Told him about the exchange, he took my info, etc. and then said, "That'll be $16.00" Say what?? I said, "Wait a sec I was told it would be a straight exchange" He obnoxiously says to me, "But without a receipt we don't know what you paid for the purse" My husband and I both tell him that yeah, it was a gift...duh (did he just not bother to listen?) I mean we already told him that?? He just stares at us so without thinking I pull out my wallet and pay the $16.00. Ok, so I get to the car and I'm fuming. Yes, $16 is nothing for a Coach purse. But it was highly insulting to me. They still had in stock the exact purse I returned and it was the exact price and style of the one I wanted in exchange. According to Rita it would've been a straight across exchange. But this over pompous jerk decides to make money off me. So basically it cost me $16 more to exchange the exact purse because I got him instead of Rita. My husband promptly got me out of the parking lot before I went back in there to give that man a piece of my mind. Not something I ever do, but I felt very cheated. Needless to say I won't be going back there. Had I stuck with Rita I would've given a much higher rating but when they employ jerks like that, not happening. At the VERY least he should've spoken to her to see what she had told us about the exchange. Not a good experience at all. read more

Visited coach last weekend intending to buy a bag and wallet, however the sales staff were very rude. They did not all of the wallets out but I noticed the stand had drawers with wallets so I was looking at them a sales associate came over to me and said I could not look at them and he would help me find something, when I said I would like to look at the wallets he said I couldn't. WTF? I then asked him where I could find them outside of the drawer and he just repeated I couldn't look in there. Neeless to say I did not purchase anything that day. I will continue to shop at the Ontario location where they are friendly. I will never visit this location again. read more

Never again......and not afraid to tell everyone! So, I just went in to ask if I could have a wristlet I was give (second hand) authenticated by a sales clerk. I was pretty sure it was real but wanted an expert opinion. Two sales clerks got involved. I don't know why?! The first one did just fine and recognized my wristlet right away. She told the second one to show me where the wristlets where, which never happened. The second one started telling me that it was a retired style and asking me questions about it and "if it was fake then wouldn't the owned just donate it to the thrift store?" Through this encounter I was made to feel as if I was doing something wrong by asking for some expert opinion (Haaaaaaa...how DARE I ask if a COACH item is authentic!! What type of idiot am I??!) At this point she gave the wristlet back, ignored me and walked away. I was stunned! I walked around the store a little, which was crowded, and got pissed. I walked up to her and the first sales clerk and said, "I didn't mean to offend you in any way. I guess this place is too ritzy for me!" and I walked out. Will not be going back. I can only imagine if I was really interested in making a purchase:( read more

People absolutely LOVE this place, why I'm not exactly sure. I've seen lines a mile long outside as if they were giving away GOLD bars for free. They are only purses people! Nevertheless, the wife is a fan and you can occasionally find a good deal there. If you got the time and can push your way though the crowd (mostly of women), then this store is with a check out.
