Interior condensation can lead to mold and damage to the wood trim, so being told it sometimes happens is not helpful. I live in a home that is 100 years old and do not have moisture on the inside of the original windows. At this point I am not satisfied with the product performance or the response from the technicians. I would like a permanent fix or replacement on these windows.
