Also they had installed a automatic garage door opener. The guy (Rob) who came out was great. He arrived at the on time. Rob was friendly and professional. The repair and install was completed well under the predicted time. Rob was very safety conscious and replaced the old cables and created a safety cable for the old spring in the event of a critical failure. He took the time to explain the features and operations of the automatic garage door opener. Rob was awesome! I had you guys (Comfort) in a number of years ago to quote on a project. The problem I had at the time was that Comfort's price was just a little higher and the company I went with assured me they had the same quality workmanship and products. After the other company completed the work... (using the term completed loosely) I had nothing but problems. I called the other company and they told me to call the manufacturer. What a nightmare that turned into. This time the Comfort quote was still just under 4% higher than the next competitor but everything I have read told me to give Comfort a try. So I did! WOW ! is all I can say. I have never seen a construction crew as organized as your guys. The workers were friendly and polite. I didn't hear any swearing like I did with the other company. When the Comfort guys completed the job they walked me around the entire project showing me exactly what they did and why. I was amazed at the finish work, even the calk joints looked perfect unlike the other company who smeared calk everywhere. I am so thankful that I selected Comfort and cant wait to have you back in the spring for the next project we have in mind. Lastly, the guy Chris who came out to estimate this job, I guess he is a salesperson. He was just great... he was here for quite some time and answered every question we had. We went to all of the top companies in Upstate and Pella was the best for quality and longevity. We ended up getting full replacement on all of our windows in the whole house. Totaling at 32 windows in all. They are the black lifetime warranty. All of neighbors love the windows as well. It has definitely cut down our energy bill. Do your own research but We had a great experience here. I think as far as service goes we dine some minor issues with nails and they came and picked them up with a magnifying screen.

I went to their showroom and it is cleaned out to the bare walls. Called number on the window and they have no showroom right now. This business shows signs that they may be going out of business.
