He set up a date/time for the 9 old, fully grown cedar trees to be removed and showed up on time & ready to go. At the last minute an existing fence that was promised to be removed was not removed. Also promised was support poles 8 feet on center, we got 10 feet on center. Several other issues such as loose bolts and sloppy workmanship were all excused under the "unavoidable interruptions" clause in the contract. The building inspector said it was a shabby job and I should think about challenging it but when I showed him the contract he agreed that I'm was stuck with it. Lesson learned here, get everything you agreed on written on the drawing of the plan and have an out clause if they delay a lot.

He showed up Sunday after asking if he did the space out for the parking space. Monday he came and chopped the limbs off the tree as per uploaded.
