He set up a date/time for the 9 old, fully grown cedar trees to be removed and showed up on time & ready to go. Well, they just finished and did a SPECTACULAR JOB and even cleaned up the entire section of yard as an added bonus. All the workers were dressed properly and were VERY NICE & RESPECTFUL. They cut two trees, and yanked out a huge old tree house in a few hours. They have their own trucks and equipment which makes the process a breeze! The arborist who came to my home was an apprentice. He quoted pruning, we gave a goof faith deposit of $200 cash. I requested an email communication confirming condition of tree and work to be done and after following up, 3 weeks later received a call from the office, saying the work (quoted at $1,300) could not be done because this arborist was out of town until November. They said they were returning my deposit. No offer to put another arborist on the job. Haven't seen a check a week later.
