I just wanted to give a shout out to Pro Scapes and their dedicated team. Not only are the staff…read moreand response teams extremely professional and polite on the phone and in person. They are always on their game. Their crew showed up here this morning "prior" to me having to call them to salt our parking lot. The driver Martin gave us his cell number to make sure if we did need the parking lot done we could call and have the truck come right over. When I determined that we did I called and the truck was here w/in 10 minutes. Thank you again for the service. Keep up the good work. Dr Vincent DiMento

I wouldn't recommend for driveway plowing…read more My father in law lives on Edwards Falls lane in Manlius, and is part of an HMA which contracted with Proscapes for driveway plowing, The service has been very poor. First of all, they will only come if there is 4 inches of snow fall per day. Although you might be able to get through the driveway with 4 inches of snow, the city plow will still come by and pile two to three times that at the end of the driveway. If it snows 3.9 inches every day for 3 days, they still wont come, and now the driveway is impassable. And, if there is any drifting from wind, this does not count toward snow fall, so you're on your own. When they do come, the don't plow the whole width of the driveway. This last storm, they plowed within 1 ft on the left side of the driveway (which I could live with), but was 3 to 4 feet from the left side of the driveway. So, the driveway which is normally double car width is reduced to 1.5 car width. This has been typical of every time they plow. Also, to save time, they drive the truck in forward, drop the blade, and then pull the snow backwards with the plow. This doesn't do a good job getting down to the pavement, and to make things worse, they don't clean up the snow they dragged back so that there is a drift left at the end of the driveway, before the city plow comes and makes it worse. The end result is that the driveway is so poorly plowed, it is virtually impassable, even after one heavy snow fall. This means someone has to go out and manually shovel to make it passable. Unfortunately, my father in law is stuck with this service since the HMA does not allow him to opt out to get his own service. Based on these results I would not recommend Proscapes in Jamesville NY for plowing services

See the photos -- this is the type of work we received. The service was absolutely ridiculous…read more When you first contact him, he is very nice and keeps calling and following up until you agree to get the job done. But once the work is finished, his attitude completely changes and he becomes very rude. He did not properly remove the dirt, just piled up stones, and you can still see the fabric underneath. The quality of work was terrible. This was one of the worst experiences we've had with a contractor. The person we dealt with was Ben, and based on our experience, I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful before hiring them.

Benedict Tree & Stump Removal hit it out of the park again!!!…read more From the initial meeting with Kim with her reasonable quote to the thorough cleanup after our 20-something trees were removed--most with the stumps ground--Kurt and his crew worked like a well-honed machine. Everyone was friendly and professional and genuinely interested in doing their best work. Kim patiently answered all of my questions and made it clear that she wanted me to be happy with the result. They were respectful of our property and asked for our feedback throughout the process. Kurt also kept a keen eye on the safety of both his crew and our property. The team works incredibly well together--it was almost like watching a well-choreographed dance as they got the job done efficiently, carefully, and remarkably quickly. I have had numerous tree service companies provide maintenance on my trees in my yard. They have overcharged, left the cuttings in the yard, said they were arborists (taking the test next year)..spoke to me in an insulting fashion ( I know that trees grow to the light..I did go to 6th grade).. were uninsured, and when questioned about what type of trees I had..said "Tree" ..Ha! And of course, many just did not show up. Native American Tree Experts was just an incredible experience. Sam..who came to give the estimate was so knowledgable..spent time teaching me about my trees and really went into depth answering my questions. Today..The crew came ..and what a GREAT experience.
