Two quotes were received, the deck stairs was fair. The black vinyl chain link fence with a double gate quote was $9800!!!!!!! When I told him I was holding off on the projects and getting other quotes he claimed he'd already bought the stairs materials (the day of the quote, no measurements done, I had not obtained permit yet etc etc). This was an obvious manipulative tactic. I got a fence quote from a local, reputable, professional fence installation company for $3100 for the same black vinyl chainlink. AVOID Troy Henry. He does not provide written quotes, is manipulative, and takes advantage of women.
