I recently tried to schedule for those recommended services plus something else I had been wanting to get done (i.e., replacing shocks). Long story short, they refused to replace the shocks (because I had purchased them from summit racing). I wanted to explain why I had purchased independently, but they didn't seem to care and cited policy. I even sent an email which did not get a response. I thought I had found a decent shop in German Drive, but they had no interest understanding the situation, and apparently don't need my business. It's bad business to have no flexibility to work with your customers as there are often extenuating circumstances that can be worked out without risk to either party. This would generate much more customer loyalty. Please don't bother with a response intended to CYA for your own optics as I know what you really think about your customers now. I'm just glad I found this out early in my dealings with German Drive and didn't spend a nickel more with them.
