    Corn Cheese (LW)

After bookmarking this place for a while now, we finally made it down to try it. First impression, it does give a Korean pub/Mom and pop restaurant with the decor. You order at the counter, grab paper utensils, pour your own water, and choose a table. The decor is random so it does remind me of a mom and pop restaurant and it gives a homey feel. Service was friendly and food comes out relatively quick. The food was delicious. The chicken was juicy but also crunchy - even with the honey. The tteokboki was also really delicious with the cheese. It wasn't too spicy for us but still very good. The corn cheese was also cheesy and very good on a sizzling plate. The kimchi fried rice was also another fantastic choice. Definitely will come back. One of my new favorites for Korean fried chicken.

If you want to taste Korean street food specifically fried chicken this is it! The service is fast and friendly and the staff is happy to answer any questions. The ambience is very down to earth and a great place to enjoy this food!

Really interesting chicken. Very juicy and flavorful. Cajun fries were really good. Owner is nice but could be more flexible on 2 sauces with 10 piece order. Clean and nice patio

Once again, our meal and the service were exceptional. The restaurant is very clean and the owner is the man working the front. He clearly cares about his business and the food product he puts forward. He is friendly and genuinely grateful to the people that choose to eat at his business. The Cajun fries we ordered today were fantastic and all three of the chicken options we ordered were well prepared and tasty. He makes and serves some of the best kimchi I've had since I was in Korea. The place is a hit and if you enjoy Korean fried chicken, this is the place for you.

Best chicken wings in Denver, seriously. I got the spicy wings with a hot honey side and fries and it was incredible. I wanted to give the staff a hug, but they were busy. The food, staff, and cleanliness are elite.

Delicious food. We came in around 7:30 pm and there was nobody else in the restaurant on a Saturday. We had to order from a kiosk which was not my favorite considering the price of a lot of these items, but it seemed there was only one employee there so it's no big deal. $100 pre tip got us 8 different dishes, all of which we had no complaints.

I came here for a friend meet up on a Friday night. We had a group of 15 and they were able to accommodate us very well. Khang was a rockstar! He put tables together so we could all sit together and brought out waters right away. The restaurant itself is rather large and they have indoor and outdoor seating. We basically ordered all of our meals at the same time (I'm sorry!) and it came out pretty quickly! More importantly the food that came out and was delicious! I was so impressed how tasty the fired chicken was and how good the sauces were. My personal favorite was to eat the chicken with rice but I know some people loved it with fries. Highly recommend and I would be happy to come back! Overall 5/5

Picked up an order of the Soy Garlic Spring Onion chicken tenders on my way home from work and WOW! It is a quiet spot and the service is excellent. I had a short interaction with the woman working there, but she was so sweet and even packed some extra radish in my order! The tenders traveled well on my 10 minute drive home and they were absolutely delicious. Looking forward to going again to try more flavors and eat at the restaurant since it was spacious, clean and welcoming!

Service was amazing and the food was even better! We got 2 different kinds of sauces both of which were delicious. The drumsticks were huge, and the wings were very well portioned as well and the tenders were perfect! Chicken was super crispy but beware they are not kidding with their spice levels had to learn that the hard way!

Host was very nice brought a salad with a new dressing. The salad was amazing, but the chicken was absolutely the best fried chicken I have had. The drumsticks were massive and crispy and cooked perfectly. The sauce on the garlic spicy chicken was amazing it was sweet with a little kick and still crispy

The sides are wonderful as well. The service is as good as the food. Everything is a la carte. On Sundays they were doing buy one get one draft beers and that is about the only thing that is considered a deal $9 for 2 draft beers. We weren't sure if the banchan refill were free as the menu indicated extra sides are more $$. So we didn't get anymore banchan than the ones they brought over. The pajeon was limpy and lack of caramelization... I did not try the corn cheese but I was told it was very sweet... We ordered the combo deals that's a tofu soup with a grilled meat of your choice for about $30-38 a person, depending on the meat of your choice. The meat is tasty, the bulgogi is a little bit on the sweet side... and the tofu soup... it's probably the most saddest, mediocre Korean tofu soup I've ever had, and essentially $20 a pop - definitely not worth it. The broth flavor was good, the soup literally had tofu and the meat of your choice... no veggies, no kimchi, no egg... The employees were nice but they didn't come check in on how the meal was until towards the end... we had asked for more napkins when we sat down and the napkins never showed up. Mandatory 20% tips added to a party of 5+. At least they called out that the price was with tips added. I really hope to like this place more... but looks like I'd need to trek back to Aurora for quality and better pricing.

At least for lunch combo, the thoughtful assortment of main dish and side dishes as well as soup of the day are very satisfactory. Their food is little bit more on a savory side compared to other Korean restaurants who use too many spices. Before I met Baekga, i was pretty disappointed in local franchises of Korean eateries in Colorado, but Baekga not only they have very calm and toned down atmosphere for pleasant meals, it is the venue I would actually bring my visitors to. The location is little far for me to explore their dinner menus but I would love to when I am nearby next time. Champagne kimchi was inspiring. I never had any kind of Kimchi taste like this. I really praise for the creativity. It would be a good pair with a variety of food such as charcuterie board, katsu, sausage dish, barbecue, and simple with wine! I personally liked Dakgangjeong, Beef radish soup (soup of the day), and champagne kimchi from my visit. Frankly, this venue maybe a polarizing Korean restaurant especially for Korean natives, but I personally think this venue deserves more recognition compared to other local Korean franchise in Denver/Aurora who just serve the food items but not the sincerity and/or creativity.

When it's mixed with the onions and veggies and rice, everything tastes really good combined. I would skip on the pancakes because they were a little burnt.
