CM and associates made my first home buying experience a true joy. Charles is a genuine, caring, efficient, wonderful person, and I am envious of anyone who gets to work with him. Charles initially ran all of our information so he could provide us with advice as to what we could afford. House hunting was a lot of fun, and Charles was available to me all the time, especially when I was worried that I would never find a house that I would love and could afford! Charles is a great communicator, and made all of our interactions with outside parties smooth and stress free. Michael secured a fantastic rate and loan for us. I understand what, why, and how much I am paying, and I am able to speak intelligently about my loan. Amazing experience!! I can not say enough about how great our first time home buying experience was....ALL because of CM & Associates!! I had read a few books on First Time Home Buying and took a class through the local community college on buying your first home and all of it simply made me confused. CM made it such an easy process and gave me answers that I could easily understand to all of my many questions. CM understands the market really well, which is the sole reason we are now happy home owners. They know what the market trends are and how to make a good knowledgeable impression with the seller. A year ago I contacted Charles and asked him what I needed to do to get into a home. He took the time to review my husband's and my financials, credit and etc. and instructed us on everything we needed to complete. Here we are, one year later, unpacking in our dream home! Charles and his team made my husband and I feel like priority number one. We are first time home buyers so a lot of the legal jargon and standard negotiations go straight over our heads. Charles took the time to explain absolutely everything to us and even made sure to strategize on getting us things we didn't even think of! He answered every text, every call and every email I ever sent. Our home purchase was a little unique, in my opinion. The seller's agent was a little difficult to work with.
