I really liked it and thought it was a quality roll with soft buttery and toasty bread. Not sure I would rush back to return with the high cost. I wish I had come about an hour later in the day because, after ordering, I learned that they have a happy hour from 3 to 5:30 each day where The Truth Taco is $3.50 and other dishes are cheaper as well. Some street fries were ordered for the table, and I had fished out about 5 fries without the sauce (because I figured there was a dairy sauce and cheese on top) and the fries were really tasty as well! The atmosphere inside is very fun and bright with huge glass garage door windows letting light in and colorful paintings of animals on the walls. If you have sensitivity to noise, know that they keep the music volume pretty low, but since the restaurant is right on the boulevard and has large glass windows, you're likely going to hear some noisy cars drive by. I do want to next time I see the truck! So Filipinos have their own version of empanada with the biggest difference being the doughnut. Ours is thicker these are flaky and light and fried. Always good when things are fried! I really like the chicken (could really taste the adobo powder yum!) And the cheese. Very "pully" which i like. Lol the ground beef....hmmmm....not a big fan. I would have loved to taste an empanada with peril in it. Overall not bad though. I woukd definitely get it again! And next time try the alcapurrias.
