Hennessy is always delicious, but he fun part is when we got Bryan excited! He likes to create and make drinks so I told him to use his imagination and make me a drink with 219 parts. I was obviously joking, but he answered the call! He came through with a Sidecar at first. A Sidecar is basically cognac, orange liqueur and lemon juice. He stuck with the dark liquor theme since I was already drinking dark. He added his own twist and it was delicious, served with this hilariously big ice cube in it. I loved it. Next was the Old Fashioned. It's made with muddled sugar, (which I watched him do), bitters and whiskey with some citrus zest! Another hit! This dude is legit. Like I said, go see that man.
