The staff are friendly and greet me by name everytime. They offer suggestions when I need them, they are flexible, fast and suggested I sign up for loyalty program which I've never done, but it's PAID OFF, I earned my 2nd free smoothie yesterday! Go to Jamba! Always makes you feel better... my favorite is Apples and Greens, and Aloha Pineapple!

This Greek yogurt bowl with granola, peanut butter, Nutella, banana, and topped with a waffle was actually a huge snack! We pulled into the Bel Air parking lot, which is crowded with other businesses. Many many places to park. We walked in on a rainy day and ordered 2 of these. They don't come in a small size, so we got the smallest size we could. A medium. The woman working was pleasant and smiley. She had great attitude and was happy to make our bowls. While she made our bowls, we noticed the chairs had already been put up. It was nice and clean and we tracked in water and left footprints... oopps. She was kind and said she didn't mind and thankfully, she had not mopped yet. There were small papers to color for St. Patricks Day! So we colored ours in a hurry until she finished. We took our bowls to the car and these were so delicious, we ate about half and saved the rest for when we got home. They were sweet, tart, and I like the crunchy texture with the granola with the creamy textures of everything else. 10/10 on that peanut butter bowl. You gotta try it!

The online ordering system was not working - it balked at payment - so I phoned them and ordered that way. On the day, we got a pile of plastic bags each labeled with our name, and inside mine I found my hot sandwich, still pretty warm, inside a foil wrapper. Mine was the Italian melt, lots of different kinds of meat plus provolone and a little onion and pepperocini and a mildly spicy marinara sauce lightly dabbed in. It was not too thick but nicely dense, as well as delicious, with a well chosen mix of ingredients. I didn't want too much bread, so I ordered it on marble rye, and that turned out to be fairly thin, not overwhelming, and also strongly and delightfully flavored. I'm not ordinarily big on deli sandwiches - I don't think they have much else - but this was a major find.

Stopped here at around 1:20PM on a Sunday, and it was moderately busy…read more Really friendly staff, family owned (I think) and a good amount of seating inside. There is a bathroom that you must ask for a key to. Once 1:30 rolled around, I was excited to try my sandwich given the great reviews, then came 1:40, then 1:50, and I did not have my sandwich until around 1:55. I worked in a sandwich shop for 3 years, so I know sometimes a wait is unavoidable and can recall dealing with rude customers, so I did not approach the staff regarding the wait. They were trying their best to accommodate the orders. However-- 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches, I think, is a little excessive. In the end, my sandwiches were spectacular, genuinely well crafted, and met (maybe even surpassed) my expectations. When I got back to my car, I noticed the worker (owner?) gave me a full sandwich despite me ordering half. I wasn't sure if this was purposeful as means of saying "our bad", or just a mistake, but I will say it left me in better spirits. If you have some extra time to kill, with friends etc., this is a must try. However, if you are on ANY sort of time restriction, I would not recommend stopping here. I'm sure this is not always the case, but as a stop on a long drive, I did not consider an extra 45 minutes for a sandwich. If the owners are reading this, I truly mean well and hope you know a long wait is a sign of success. Growth is inevitable!

I have received a few gift cards to Panera and I finally used one (one that I got over a year ago,…read morelol.) This location here in Auburn is located off of highway 49 and Bell, next to McDonald's. Parking is very limited if you are trying to park right in front, but if you don't mind the walk, there is plenty everywhere else. I like that there is an option for outdoor seating and that there is a drive thru available... which I have never used. It is probably convenient if you use the Panera app, where you can earn points on every order you make on it. On my visit, the gift card I was given was malfunctioning while I was trying to use the self serve computers where you can put an order in yourself. So I had to wait a few minutes for the employee cleaning to come back. It was malfunctioning for them a well and it needed to be put in manually. There were 3 team members that helped us and it was all pretty confusing. After we ordered a bread bowl of Mac & Cheese with extra bacon and a Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack... we sat at a clean table and waited a short time. At the pick up window (inside), there are condiments and pasticware available if you think you need them. The registers and pick up window inside were separated by walls from the dining room. I got a few bites of the Mac & Cheese. It was not mushy like I imagined. It was good. The chicken bagel stack was really delicious, but kind of all over the plate. The spring mix was spread out on the plate and I had to put it inside the bagel sandwich. The dressing in it meshed so well with all the flavors. There was also cheese inside, but some of the ingredients didn't spread out over the bagel enough... for example, the tomatoes were pretty small. Overall, delicious food, clean location, and service was great when I needed help with the malfunctioning gift card. Just when I thought there was nothing I liked here at Panera... along came the Bagel Stacks. Steak was recommended to me, but I am more of a chicken kinda gal.
